This place is great! I have super thick hair and cutting it into an A-line is a challenge but both girls that have cut it have done a great job 👏 Definitely recommend!

Came in after having a botched hair coloring job done somewhere else. Whitney was so kind and helpful with giving suggestions and how to get my hair back to being healthy again! I knew wed have to cut it and she listened to my concerns and what i wanted for my hair cut. I get compliments all the time on my hair cut and that it looks healthier already! Josie is a true professional. She listened to what I wanted and understood. She was just the right kind of friendly - let me get some work done and then was fun & easy to talk to when I wasnt working. She made every effort to ensure I would be happy with my hair, even though she knew I didnt actually live in Logan, and even though I wasnt pressuring her to change things. And, in the end, the color in my hair developed just as she said it would and I am very happy with it. She knows her stuff and took the lead when she needed to. I dont know what average rates are in Logan but her rates were very fair to me - Ive paid double for much poorer service in bigger cities. If I lived in Logan, Josie would be my regular hair stylist.

New beautician, Geena gives a great haircut and highlights. The fact that she is my granddaughter makes the Kutting Edge my favorite go-to salon for pampering.

I was excited to get an appointment here for my bridals due to all the great reviews I read. I booked an appointment for an updo and when I sat down in the chair the first thing the stylist said to me was, Im not sure why they put you with me, I dont do a lot of updos. Its not really my specialty. I ended up showing her the picture of how I wanted it and she assured me she could do it. It was NOTHING like I asked. I wasnt expecting it to look exactly like the picture, but she really had no idea what she was doing and I walked out of the salon looking like a pioneer woman. Everything was slicked back and in a tight bun instead of being more curly like I wanted it. After, we tried to find someone to set up an appointment for my actual wedding. After asking many different stylists they couldnt find anyone that knew how to do updos nor wanted to. They finally just booked me with someone who they thought would be okay with it. It was so awful that I ended up going home and redoing the whole thing myself. So not only did I waste a lot of time but I wasted over $40 for nothing! Im sure they are great with hair cuts and coloring but why advertise that you can do updos if none of your stylists can even do it?? I would NOT recomend this place for any type of styling!

They are very friendly, take their time with you, and make sure that your hair is done correctly. I highly recommend this place!

I had my roomate cut my hair a bit over 2 months ago. Went in to see if a stylist could do better. Nope. Sad day. Used non sharp tools, free-handed the scissors (really), and engaged in very minimal conversation. With me that is. Its ok to talk to her friends while working, but customer gets 2nd priority.Will not be returning. Maybe there are better haircut people who work there. But I cant spend $20 every time to find out.
