Heidi is fantastic. She does things with my eyelashes that I didn’t even know were possible. I’ve been to other people in the past and her work looks so much better. She has a real talent for what she does.

Heidi is wonderful and I especially like her because she is a health care professional who now does skin care...this isnt a hoity toity spa where you overpay for cucumber water and a robe with average service. I always leave my facials with Heidi feeling relaxed and my head clear of cobwebs. Ive brought my mom and husband into the Sontuosa fan club too.

Jackie truly went above and beyond during my treatments. It was the most gentle eyebrow wax I have ever received, and they looked great. As far as the facials, it was something Ive never experienced before. She uses less chemicals and products but supplements with facial rollers that stimulate your skins natural healing properties! My skin looked and felt great, and I loved knowing it was a totally natural experience!!

I have struggled with acne for almost 20 years and getting chemical peels from Jackie has really helped clear my skin up! Jackie even puts my favorite music on before I get there to make sure its a personalized and relaxing experience for me. I have also gotten a 2 hour massage (amazing!) from Jackie and several facials. She is incredibly skilled at what she does, as well as caring, considerate, and generous. This is a wonderful and relaxing gem! I battle adult acne and have for years. I thought it so unfair that acne was not confined to teenagers as us aging adults also endure increased wrinkles and fine lines as well. Since seeing Jackie both the acne and the fine lines have improved dramatically and I am forever grateful. In addition, Jackies calming presence and relaxing atmosphere really helps create a wonderful experience. On top of my facial, she gave me an amazing neck massage that left me so relaxed I felt ready to conquer everything else in my life.

Amazing customer service!! Veronica was super sweet! She did an awesome job on my eyebrows, I got the best facial wax. She used a lot of hydrating products and was very clean, delicate and attentive plus a lot of tips on skin care and products.

This place has lost what used to make it good. My eyebrows were waxed very unevenly and were left totally underwaxed; they looked almost messier than before I went in. It no longer has a friendly spirit and lost it’s care for skin types and customisations to the wax to improve experience.

I had a Gua Sha facial and thoroughly enjoyed it! My skin felt gentle and vibrant for days on end. And not only was the facial an absolutely soothing and relaxing experience, I also really appreciated the in-depth education about how to better take care of my skin on my own. Awesome! I love going to Sontuosa to get my skin taken care of by the best. Every time I go, it gets better and better. I even took my mom for her birthday and purposely didnt tell her what to expect. When she came out, she said what I said the first time I visited: that was the best facial Ive ever gotten. We are really into the Gua Sha facial AND I love that Jackie and her staff are constantly getting trained on new services and bringing them to us, their clients. Everything Ive tried at Sontuosa Ive loved. Really cant recommend them enough! Go and try them out - you will be totally pleased!!!

Ive had Brazilian waxing done before so I expected it to be painful but this was worse than I could have imagined! It took her almost an hour, which I think is far too long, and I didnt even let her finish because I couldnt take any more. I told her 4 or 5 times that the wax was too hot. When I left I was very swollen, still sticky from the leftover wax, and stayed swollen and bright red for 4 days! It was by far the worst experience ever. And now, 2 weeks later and my skin is still sensitive!

She is very relaxing and makes you feel so comfortable. I wont trust anyone else to go near my face.
