I love coming here. I have been seeing Morgan for a few years now. She is super nice, caring and knowledgeable. She is an expert at what she does. I’m 52 and my skin looks better since I’ve been coming here. She really listens to my skin concerns and knows exactly what treatments to do. The skincare products are wonderful and the whole staff is wonderful. I’ve also gotten a deep tissue massage here and plan to get more. Thank you Skin Essentials for all you do to help me feel so good!

What a lovely spa. I was introduced to Spa Essentials, as a gift for my birthday from a loved one. I received an amazing massage from Tamara. While my MIL enjoyed a facial. The spa holds a very peaceful and enjoyable boutique atmosphere. They offer everything from skin care, massages, to laser hair removal. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis. I highly recommend indulging yourself or a loved one to one of the “many” treatments.

Diana Stoddard is honestly the best massage therapist I have ever been to! She is very attention to detail and did not miss anything in her assessment and treatment. It is obvious she is a master of her craft. Definitely has advanced knowledge of her practice and delivers immediate results. This is the first massage I have ever had where I actually left feeling tension relief. I will definitely be back and send referrals:) And, Laura is an absolute gem, making sure you have the true spa experience, beginning to end.

Best experience ever!!! My body feels like jello, I escaped reality for a couple hours and came back a new women! Jackie was nothing short of amazing! She gave me a relaxing deep tissue message. She spent extra time working out all of my many kinks. The spa was clean, relaxing and up to all my standards. I had Shelly give me a facial and can I say she’s got rhythm! The face and hand message she provided was phenomenal and she spent extra time extracting all of my pesky pores. I’ll definitely be coming back! Not to mention the front desk coordinators are rock stars! 🌟

Im not certain why it has taken me so long to write a review about my beloved Skin Essentials Spa. Ive been coming here for a looooong time, so its definitely time now. I come to the spa roughly once a month for different facial treatments and massages.The owner Beth is AMAZING and always smiling. Our conversations always pick up exactly where we left off from the previous month. She is always picking out great products for me to try for skin care and make up, I am very picky... (organic, local, vegan, environmentally sustainable, durable make up etc...). The facial treatments are the BEST - my skin glows and is spot free after going to Skin Essentials.And then you have the rest of the WONDERFUL Skin Essentials team...They are lovely rays of sunshine that greet me when I enter the spa. They are always very quick to offer tea, water, chocolates, anything to make you feel that much more special. I adore them as well!If youre looking for a place to get pampered, you should definitely try Skin Essentials Spa. But be warned, it can be very addicting...This is a place that you can totally decompress and leave feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.I absolutely LOVE the online photos of the spa... if you are more of a visual person...check em out.Happy to sing their praises, Ali

Ive been to Skin Essentials twice now and I have fallen completely in love with the place! The staff are always friendly and professional. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. What a perfect place to visit two days before Christmas!!! The spirit of Christmas can be found here anytime of the year but today it was especially cherished by me.If you want to take care of your face and neck (my face is 10 times tighter and fuller) this is the place. I absolutely love this place! Best spa in Colorado. The customer service to the experience of the anesthetics is top notch. They make you feel loved and relaxed from the minute you walk in the door. Any issue I have had has always been fixed after an apt there!

Caley took the time to understand my skin me my goals. She talked me through the procedure and let me know what to expect. And to top it off, my skin looks great! It was a quiet and cozy spa. I felt pampered.

Skin Essentials is the best! I started going there 7 years ago. After my daughter was born I developed brown spots on my face. The Skin Essentials team created a treatment program for me, and within 6 months all the dark pigmentation was gone. I have continued to go to Skin Essentials for treatments- and my skin has never looked better.The staff is so amazing too! They bend over backwards to help you, and I have never had a bad experience. The online booking is GREAT! I was able to schedule a massage for my husband the night before Valentines day as a surprise. Thank you Skin Essentials!

Ive been a regular at Skin Essentials for more than 5 years. Shelley is my go-to esthetician, with Morgan filling in if Shelley is not available. Im 50 and people often compliment my skin. Im an outdoors lover and havent always been kind to my skin so I owe those compliments to the Skin Essentials team. The facility is simply beautiful but what makes the place truly special is the atmosphere Beth and her team create for their customers. They have my highest recommendation!

My husband purchased a gift certificate from this place and when upon attempting to redeem the certificate Noone would answer the phone or return messages for 3 months. At this point I have obviously gone else where as Im not waiting 3 months. Now I asked for a refund and they wont do it due to their policy horrible service nothing was done and I definitely do not feel comfortable going there for a massage. Would not recommend this place to anyone ever...

I wanted to do the regular facial but I felt like I was being forced to pay the extra to get the hydra facial done. I gave in. I didn’t even love the facial. My skin got worse after. My rosacea got sooo much worse for days after!

Thanks!Original review:I never thought my first Google Review would be a one-star review. In fact, I would give this place zero stars if I could. The reason for that is because this place seems to be disorganized, attains poor customer service, and frankly carries a compromised ethical structure.Last week, I scheduled a Skin Consultation for today at 10:00am. The woman on the phone informed me that a facial after the consultation is possible, and the fee of the consultation would be weaved in. I was open to that option, but the reason why I scheduled an appointment here is due to the positive reviews (which I question if they are real or not) and the Reveal facial analysis system (which is part of the consultation). I wanted to know the condition of my skin on a deeper level, which products were a fit, and the best treatment options suited for my skin following the consultation. I was prepared to spend the money, I just wanted to see the data first.Fast forward to today at 10:00am. I walk into Skin Essentials on time during an intensely snowy day, was greeted by a nice atmosphere and a quick ‘how can I help’ from friendly staff. I was seated in a waiting room, with some tea, to fill out a form and was later greeted by an esthetician. We talked for a moment, and she led me into a facial room and asked me to change into a gown to prepare for a facial. I was a bit confused because I did not schedule a facial. The esthetician asked me if I was expecting to have a facial, and with hesitation I said I was open to it, but the reason why I visited was for the consultation I had scheduled. She informed me that someone else was using the Reveal laser (at the time of my appointment) so she couldn’t get me into the room to use it... I asked if it was possible to receive a facial and then use the Reveal system after, but she preferred to do the Reveal first (which is understandable). Ultimately, I couldn’t get the service I made an appointment for, so I had to go back home. They asked if I wanted to reschedule but I didnt see a valid reason as to why I would, considering there are several other places that also do similar types of consultations.What was disturbing about this place is that 1. It seemed like the esthetician tried to pull a fast one on me by switching my service before first informing me of what was going on (and might I mention, would have cost me double or more) 2. They didn’t at least offer me a discounted or free service until the Reveal laser was available (it would have been an hour or so wait, and I wasn’t just going to sit there and do nothing) 3. The fact that I booked a specific service and couldn’t even attain it…What a waste of time. Being someone who works from home, I fortunately have the ability to shift my schedule a bit. Traveling to Skin Essentials and back in semi-dangerous winter weather conditions took away time from work with no considerable outcome.Too bad... I had high hopes for this place.

I have been going to Skin Essentials medical spa for about three years now and have truly noticed a difference in my skin. Not only do they offer top of the line products (Image and the Hydropeptide lines are my favorites) but they also have an atmosphere which is serene, private and relaxing. All of their staff are extremely knowledgable about skin and the body, and they tailor their treatments to specially meet your needs. As a VIP member, I get to choose each month whether to have a massage, facial or microderm treatment. With so many great options, I have a hard time choosing what I want, but I know my skin and my body have greatly benefitted from going on a monthly basis. The Hydropeptide facial is a favorite for a relaxing, therapeutic facial, whereas the Hydrafacial will leave your skin super hydrated and radiant! And the monthly rate ($89) is a far better value than many other spas, with what I find to be a more knowledgable, highly trained staff that will always guide you towards the best treatment for you. I can’t recommend Skin Essentials, or the VIP membership enough! Your skin and body will thank you!

Ive gone here twice for services. The first time I went for a facial and the second time for dermaplane and facial.I wanted so badly for this to be an amazing skin spa, which is why I gave it a second chance 6 months after my first visit.My first visit was pleasant and the employees and esthetician were kind and welcoming. The esthetician seemed to know an acceptable amount about skin care. (I have a lot of knowledge of skincare products and procedures and a lot of experience getting facials, and other esthetic services, and take very good care of my skin, so my standards are high as to what I expect the esthetician to know.) The results were not bad. My skin looked fine, but not as tight and clean as I would have liked.My second visit was for dermaplane with a facial. I recently had amazing results with dermaplane at a dermatologists office out of state, and I was so excited to get it done again. The esthetician doing the service at skinessentials began using a technique that I could feel was not taking off dead skin, and felt gooey and gross. My previous dermaplane experiences never applied goo to my face before scraping off the dead skin. The skin was always dry for dermaplane. I asked her about it and she said that was how she was trained. At one point she cut my face with the razor and I was bleeding. I didnt make a huge deal about it and said that I still would like her to finish. Once complete, my face looked uneven. I could see the razor strokes she made on my face and small scratches, in addition to the razor cut on my cheek. My skin did not look tight and amazing like it usually does after dermaplane. She apologized for cutting me. It was obvious she was embarrassed. I was polite and paid and left. She did not offer a discount for cutting me, which I think would have been a classy and professional gesture. I also tried to ask her about the product lines she used and found out after the service that they do not carry those lines. I dont know if it was miscommunication or deceit, but either way I was bothered.I really hate to give a bad review to a small business which is why I gave it a 3 instead of 2. It seems like many people get nice results here. I just really wish they used better product lines like Skinceuticals, and had more experienced estheticians. Not to say everyone here is inexperienced, but both estheticians I had seemed very unsure of what they were doing and did not give me amazing results. The space is very pretty and the location is convenient. I wish the best for this business.
