So very very please, I recently chipped my front tooth. I called my dentist office Blanchard and Richard and and...got in the next day. Doctor Richard did an amazing job on my chipped tooth! I can, can not thank you enough! Looks as good as new, WOW, so very pleased. Thank you Doctor Richardson. Beaut ..tee ful work and my worries are gone regarded my damaged tooth.

I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service with this office. I scheduled my initial appointment and cleaning (which I had to wait 2 months for). When I got there, all I got was instruction to reschedule for a series of deep cleanings which would take 4 additional visits (according to them).If my gums need that sort of cleaning, you are telling me that I have to wait an additional 8 months to complete the entire treatment? The condition of my gums is my fault due to my prior smoking habit, but I pay a dentist to fix my gums so that I can move forward. If I go by this dental office timeline, I might as well sign up for dentures now. Perhaps that is their goal?When I complained about the 2 month wait between appointments, the office staff blew me off and acted like it didn’t matter or they couldn’t do anything about it. The good news for me is that it won’t matter when I take my entire family to another office who shows more compassion, care, and attention to clients.

This is a great practice. They have always been great about taking me back quickly, so you wont be in the waiting room long. All the ladies are wonderful, as is Dr. Richardson! Hes really fast and efficient. I normally dread the dentist but he was so amazing Im finally having some old silver fillings redone.

Phenomenal staff, I am always greeted with a friendly face! They make you feel very comfortable and explain everything thoroughly! I would travel far to be seen here! :)

This place is very good until you catch on to them when they make a mistake and confront them then your a target! Our whole family went here at first they were so nice and amazing... They made a small mistake that we asked about and called our insurance to make sure that we were seeing this correct. We contacted this facility and talk about Jekyll an Hyde!! I do not recommend this place. I have the paperwork showing the mistake on their end and they refuse to fix it. Petty is all I can say to describe this place! Petty!

This office is modern with TVs in every room, and the staff is friendly. The dentist I saw was exceptional! His work on my teeth was done with pride, not just get in there and get done. The oral hygienist is really great too. I find myself not being afraid to visit this office, and thats saying a lot!!

We have been going to this office for many years and love them. I was referred by a co-worker who had also been with the office for a long time. My husband and now-adult daughter are patients as well. The office is not convenient for us at all but we travel 30mi to see them because over the years they have helped us take good care of our teeth with regular visits and good recommendations. When we first started coming to the office I needed some repairs done and a root canal that Dr. Blanchard did, and Dr. Richardson took care of a cavity or two. Since then, (many years ago) I have only needed the bi-yearly cleanings. This is clearly a sign of a good dentistry. We have worked as a team. Dr. Brian recently found the beginnings of a cavity under a very old filling which they had been watching for a while because of a suspicious shadow-which he explained can just be a part of the filling, but this visit they saw a change in the shadow which indicates the start of a cavity. Kudos to them for keeping an eye on it! Boo to me for not cleaning this area enough. It is a food trap and I thought I was doing well. Regardless, it is a very small area and it will be a simple filling replacement once the cavity is filled. We do our very best to keep our teeth healthy now as we are getting older and would like to keep them as long as possible. Thanks to this wonderful office for helping us to achieve our goal!

While the office was modern and the overall staff were friendly enough, I was unfortunate to have Dr. Von Feldt as my dentist for the morning. I had my 2.5 year old daughter with me who behaved wonderfully during the entire appointment and she greeted him with a smile and some toddler jargon. He then questioned if she was speaking English, to which is responded that she has a speech disorder. After hearing this he then said, verbatim “well I guess at least she understands her gibberish then we don’t need to right?” Then laughed caustically. What kind of person mocks a toddler, especially one who was kind and sweet, for her speech, AFTER he finds out she has a speech disorder? I don’t care about the actual cleaning (it was good, but he didn’t do it, a very sweet hygienist did), I don’t care about how streamlined and clean and modern the office is. Those are all good things. But a practice that hires a man who thinks this kind of behavior is acceptable to a CHILD (who, by the way, heard every word he said, because she can understand language fine), especially one with a known language issue, will not be getting any of our business anymore. I think that kind of cocky behavior is best suited for the corporate world where arrogant persons can talk down to others. But at a family dental practice? Absolutely not. It’s appalling, inappropriate, unprofessional, and disgusting. I did call the practice manager, and she said she would speak to him and that he is fairly new. In my opinion, I doubt a verbal slap on the wrist will do much good, the issue runs deeper than that. If you do go there, be sure to request a different dentist if having somebody with a pulse matters to you. I hear the other dentists are nice.

Michelle and Ashley were amazing. I had my baby with me and he started to get fussy and they calmed him down. The office is sweet and amazing. I can’t thank them enough

Dr. Richardson is fast, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He is always on time for my appointments. He honestly is the fastest dentist Ive ever met when it comes to fillings and he did a wonderful job on mine. His hygienists are also amazing. She took the time to get the stains off my teeth and got them cleaner than any other hygienists at other places Ive been to. I highly reccomend this dentist office.

Both my husband and I have gone to this dentist and all the work done has failed within a year. This is the second time that I will have to get the same tooth worked on because the filling broke off. the first time, my gums were sensitive because a lot of food had built up. I didnt even know that the filling had failed until Dr. Blanchard offered to fix it no charge. I think the filling failed well before 6 months had past. Now I recently flossed out a huge chunk of the tooth, leaving me with a gaping hole. It has probably been about a year and I will not be going back. My husband has had a similar experience. He has had the same tooth break three times now. Dr. Blanchard is a nice enough person and gets the job done very quickly but I have never had any problems with any other filling. I absolutely do not recommend this dentist, 5 fails in less than two years. I dont care if he will fix it for free. I want it done properly by someone else!

We have been with the dentistry for years with 3 kids who are now teens. I cant say enough for the staff and Brian Richardson. They are professional and helpful in every way. I used to have such of fear of going to the dentist but not anymore. Thank you Brian and Staff!

I am one of those despise going to the dentist people but Blanchard and Richardson are fantastic... The Dental Hygienists & Dentists are friendly, gentle and caring. I highly recommend them!

Dr Richardson is the best! He fixed my tooth and I am grateful for his professionalism and skills. I will refer him to all my cliets, friends, and family. BTW, My Family all uses him already!

Ive tried a lot of dentists in the area and this office is my favorite! They are on time for appointments and get everything done quickly. The hygienists are great and Dr. Richardson is very good and nice.

The services they have provided for both me and my wife have been excellent.

Waiting for a class action lawsuit to be filed against these jokes of modern dentistry. really just a matter of time.

I had a bad experience 3 years when I went to a different dentist for a crown. Come to find out I had a major infection in the same tooth the other place fixed. my mouth was super swollen and was killing me, so I called Blanchard& Richardson and they saw me the same day. They are fast and efficient. I ended up needing a root canal (everyones worse nightmare, but I knew that it needed to be done) but they made me feel comfortable. I had to break the root canal into 2 appointments because of how bad the infection was. but after 3 years of this stupid tooth giving me hell. THEY FIXED IT!!! I cannot tell you how happy I am. They fixed my tooth. I had been putting off for years because of the last place I went to, but now I never have to worry about this stupid tooth again. I can even eat on my left side again. I cannot thank Dr. Blanchard and his staff enough. Thank you! :)
