I have been a Sterling Ranch resident for 3.5 years and have had the opportunity to see this community grow and thrive. Sterling Ranch offers some great amenities to residents which include a half dozen parks within walking distance from our home, a clubhouse/pool, urgent care/primary care, a taproom, and nightly food trucks available to residents. Most importantly, our neighbors that make up our community are amazing. It is amazing to think of all the friends we have made and the number of friends that our children have gained in our time here. Sterling Ranch is a place I am proud to call home and I couldn’t imagine a better place to raise my family.

Best part about Sterling Ranch are the wonderful neighbors. There’s still a small-town feel here even as we continue to grow. Having a coffee shop and brewery in such a small neighborhood is a huge plus. Clubhouse and pool opened in 2019 giving residents more amenities. The CAB does a great job of creating social, fitness, and educational events that give people of all ages something to do if they want to participate.

We moved to Sterling Ranch to build a safe home for our elderly father and special needs adult brother. We love our home and our neighbors who have been so kind to our family! We have also appreciated having a UC Health Urgent Care just up the street. Truly, Sterling Ranch is a wonderful community to be a part of!

We love this neighborhood! Moved in December 2018, in one of the first 250 homes. We have watched the community blossom, despite manageable bumps along the way. Everyone here is friendly and we have made life long friends. Moving from out-of-state and not having a support system in Colorado, we are grateful for everyones willingness to help...the friendly culture is deeply engrained already. Fast internet (1G fiber to every home) has been a great bonus, allowing us to weather the pandemic and still be productive in our careers. We love having a coffee shop and brewery tap room a short walk from home. This is the place we want to be for a very long time!

Looks like my last review was erased!!Living in a new community is nice but a lot of things you learn once you move in.You live in a house that is 100% monitor by how much water and electric that you and your family use. You have a 3 Tier level watering system and the amount you use is the Tier it will cost. The gallons you use outside versus inside are different. You don’t get to pick your front yard out (landscaping) You have to finish 100% of your backyard but has to go through a approved process. (Don’t plant any extra plants trees they might come knocking or fine you. Sterling Ranch claim last they don’t have an HOA but everything has to be approved. What do you call that?? You pay for a sewer drain that is nowhere near the homes every month that’s tied in with your trash as well as a street light that we asked about from the beginning and we are getting charge for. They just went through the neighborhood and changed out something with the gas lines because it was not functioning 100% in the homes. Kind of scary. The Internet has been completely off on off on and you have no choice but to pay for the Internet. You have to use their provider or nothing works. Advertising 1 GiG ha yea right. If you have a 2 story plus basement good luck getting internet on top floor bc they put the box in the basement. You have to have Internet or your house does not completely function with water sprinklers being turned off and on etc. You live in a community that homes are half million plus and you don’t even get Christmas lights coming into a neighborhood unlike the rest of Highlands Ranch an Littleton area but again you’re paying for streetlights. You’re paying for rec center that doesn’t even exist. Maybe this is our charging once it’s complete. You are paying a higher tax in this community not sure why? Please check everything out before moving into the community. We were told schools would be built in a year that’s definitely not happening. Maybe they should put some speed bumps around the neighborhood on the main streets that go around the neighborhood construction workers and people flying around not stopping at stop signs. I feel sorry for the people that moved here in 2013 and were promised a ton years ago. Maybe some things will change soon.
