Im an athlete and tend to develop some pretty hard to release muscle tension/binding in my upper back and hips that I just cant get to feel better in my own with various rollers. Tammy is very friendly and does a great job digging into those problem areas, and often finding things I didnt even realize were tight. I always feel so much better after a session. I wish I could go more often! After working with her for almost a year I cant recommend her enough, especially if youre looking to maximize recovery and performance.

Tammy is great. I went in with some issues on my left knee and after just one session its already a whole lot better than it was plus shes helped a whole bunch of other things so I cant say enough about her. Highly recommend
