I made an appointment for a lash lift and did not see results and they still charged meThey told me pay now and the next time it would be free, and the next day they spoke to tell me that they charge me even though my eyelashes did not fit well.They are very unfair because they did not do their job well and still charged!! I pay $85 for a mess 😔

I called Tranquility Spa on 6/6/2021 to make an appt for make-up for my daughter who was going to be a bridesmaid. I made the appt for 10/22/2021 at 11:30 am. I confirmed the appt in August and Sept. My daughter and I arrived at Tranquility Spa only to be told that she did not have an appt! I could not believe it! What was more heartbreaking was that they did not even try to accommodate my daughter even after we should proof that we made the appt and confirmed twice. We will never use the services at Tranquility Spa ever again!!

Meh. Use to be better and more relaxing. It needs sprucing up and major deep cleaning. Its dusty, dirty and noisy. The hair dresser didnt listen to my needs and so my cut was average. I know I can call and have it corrected, but Im busy and should not need to return.

I expected a high quality experience when I chose Tranquillity for my haircut. Don’t get me wrong, my stylist (Sydney) was great and she was talented at her craft. But I was highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the interior. It seemed worn and run down. My guess is that a year of COVID affected the establishment as well as the employees. However for the cost it just was not worth it. The young woman who checked me out (I do not recall her name, but she had a butterfly tattoo on her finger) was kind and engaging.

I’ve always had great experiences- but I do not recommend the blowouts. I expected a typical voluminous blowout with the flip at the end of my hair. But it ended up a simple wash and blow dry. So my hair looks the exact same as before I came in just with a lot more sticky gross texture spray. Also per the website info and my phone call I was expecting a $30 blowout special and they charged me $45 for hair that I ended up washing again as soon as I got home. I asked the front desk about the price difference and they gave me no clear reason why and said they would check out what the website says. Just kind of rude and left upset

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place for eyebrow wax!! I went yesterday to get my eyebrows done and THE LADY WAXED HALF OF MY EYEBROW OFF. Very traumatic. Nobody helped me. After this I went to Ulta to buy eyebrow products to try to fix it. Now Im trying to learn how to draw half of my eyebrow.

If your thinking of treating your special someone to a couples massage. This is not the place. It’s 3+ weeks out at all time. I asked the lady if they had any openings after 5pm. She asked is 4:45 was okay... it’s February 1st. The soonest they could get us in was February 23rd. Unbelievable

This place is amazing. If your looking for the perfect surprise for the perfect lady in your life then look no further. I got an amazing deal on a spa package for my girlfriends birthday. The staff are nice and professional. The place is beautiful and clean as whistle. And relatively speaking if you buy a package its not very expensive. I would definitely come back and I would definitely recommend this to anyone especially as a birthday/anniversary gift.

I had never had a massage before, Fernando was great! He explained the process as he went, and noted what parts of my body were tense. He even recommended follow up options.He made feel very comfortable.The establishment was very clean and well kept.I was in a couple of weeks ago and they were requiring masks. I had one, but had I not had one, they were selling masks for about $1.I will definitely be going back.

I received a Tranquility facial , massage, pedi and mani and WOW! It was incredible. They are so professional, clean and make you feel so relaxed. I truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be back again! 10/10 would recommend!!

Love the atmosphere at tranquility. Such a treat to go there even though I go every 6 weeks to see Maisie who is amazing. She started coloring my hair a while back and my color is gorgeous. Also she’s the first hairdresser where I don’t have to go home and restyle and or “edit” the cut with my own scissors. I leave her chair and ready to go anywhere. ❤️❤️❤️

I saw Fernando for a prenatal massage this evening and it was so peaceful. I am 33 weeks pregnant and experiencing a lot of back pain, he applied the perfect pressure, treating me with a lot of consideration but not like Im too fragile to receive a deep muscle massage. He was able to relieve a lot of tension. I highly recommend his services.

I’ve been seeing her now for the better part of two years and am so happy to have found her after a few bad experiences at a couple other salons in town. She’s friendly, detailed, professional, and just an all around sweetheart.

Had a facial/dermabrasion with Catherine. She was knowledgeable, informative and very attentive and caring. My skin looks and feels so much better after one treatment. Highly recommend her!

I received a gift certificate for Christmas, otherwise I normally wouldnt go here. My daughter and I went for pedicures. It is a beautiful salon. The services are a little more that Id pay for these services. The pedicure chairs are very comfortable. I like the dry pedicure as it is more sanitary. The ladies that did our pedicures were very friendly and nice. My daughter asked about a design on her toes and they dont do designs. When were done we were kinda just left their sitting in our chairs. I was however very disappointed in the final look of my pedicure. On my big toes the polish looked very thick like it was just globed on. I let my toes dry for over an hour before I put shoes and socks on. To the touch the polish seemed dry, however due to the polish being so thick when I took my socks off later that day the polish on both of my big toes is all messed up. So needless to say, I have to repaint my toes. If I didnt have a gift certificate I probably would never go back.

Tranquility Salon and Spa is definitely a 5 star salon! Everyone there is very nice and the building is beautiful. I decided to try something new and get lash extentions. I went to Mikayla and she did an amazing job! I couldn’t be happier and will continue to go to her.

We are new to the area and I decided to check this salon out. My son was the guinea pig for this trip.The salon is beautiful looking and your impression is that you will be treated well. Wrong!!!!We arrived for my sons appointment a few minutes early and we were the only ones there besides the staff. I had to wait for them to finish what they were doing on the computer before I was helped and there was 3 people behind the counter. I was ignored and not offered anything to drink such as water but she was busy chatting with her coworker. 🙄We finally go back for his appointment and the stylist barely says anything to us. After she is done we followed her to the register to pay. Again barely any words from the receptionist and zero words from the stylist.The whole experience of being in that salon was awful. I will never return there. They sell a special line of product that I use and I still wouldn’t step foot in there just to buy the product.This is a very cold place.

Came here on a recommendation from a friend. didnt have a preferred stylist so just took the plunge with whoever was available. This place is so appealing to look at. I felt really underdressed in my gym clothes. They did SUCH an amazing job. so accommodating. they have Coffee or water available. My stylist did an awesome job of clarifying exactly what I wanted and helping me decide what would look best. my hair came out a smooth ombre and totally blended, not streaky or chunky at all. I struggled finding a salon in Lincoln that I loved but this is it. this is the one.

I have been going to Tranquillity Spa for several years now, I am always greeted with a smile and offered coffee or flavored water. The stylist are all very knowledgeable and offer me different options when Im telling them what hair style/colors I want to do. I am currently seeing Rylie as my stylist and she is amazing, (Highly recommend her).I have had several of their spa treatments (message by Fernando, fascial by Nicole, and the new dry pedicures) they are great!!!!!To top off the experience the spa building and whole spa vibe is amazing. Very Relaxing!!They get ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stars from me.

Had a gift certificate. Was a little nervous with some of the negative comments. Staff was friendly. Was there for a swedish/dp tissue massage. Fernando did a great job!! I thought the facilities were a little cramped and like a hot tub or steam room prior to massage but that is a little picky. Will use again.

Awful. Just awful. I brought in a picture of what I wanted, the stylist said No were not doing that. Asked for a cut and she literally cut 1 mm off the bottom, no layers, no shape, nothing. On top of that, they charged me extra for the balayage like I wanted, and just dyed the bottom half of my hair blonde. Run as fast as you can from this place!

I got my hair done here and it was completely streaky. It looked like I got a ton of thick highlights all over. My hair looked more natural before I went in than after. I had them redo my hair and all they did was make it worse. I now have about 3 inches of dark brown hair that does not fade well into blonde hair.The lady who did my hair, Katie Vogt, said to me as she was doing my hair, Its not what you know, its who you know. I babysat the bosss kids! Totally unprofessional and by the way she did my hair, she is not qualified to dye hair. Then, Emily Coughlin was sent in to fix it and only gave me darker and more noticeable roots.Not only that one of the receptionists told me that these stylists have worked with celebrities in New York and when I talked to the owner she said that was not true.On top of ALL of that... I wasnt offered a discount. DO NOT GO HERE!
