I expressed my disappointment in finding out my cancer diagnosis via MyChart (around 2:30 pm) and not receiving a phone call the same day. I also was not able to get through to the office that day as the line was busy. I filed a complaint with Bryan Health. The practice manager contacted me 2 weeks later and said she was sorry that this happened and that she would do everything in her power to see that this procedure changes. Granted, I understand this is a systemic issue within the Bryan Health system. About a month later I received a call from Total Respiratory stating they had received an order for a CPAP from my doctor and that they were on back order, but would let me know when it came in. I never received a call from this office informing me of my sleep study results and now I can only assume I have sleep apnea! So for the second time I have been given a diagnosis from someone or something other than a health care professional. It is extremely discouraging and demoralizing. I do not feel cared for at this office. I hope to find a more professional office to switch to soon.

Doctor Hussein is Very rude to her patients and does not see her patients on scheduled time! Hour wait in the waiting room! She seems to be angry and upset when asking her questions. Do not recommend her to anyone! Did not apologize for being so late!!

No assistance for people in need. Went in with mental health issues and Dr. Wang listen to me for 5 minutes before prescribing me with antidepressants which Ive told her Ive had issues within the past. They dont make me feel good. She insisted I try them anyways and also prescribed me Adderall for my apparent ADD because I couldnt get do my job. That seemed to be what she was focused on a lot too was for me to be able to function so I could do my Job. I could care less about my job Im more worried about my own mental health. For the first month it was working, but again same as it happened before, the medication to started to do the opposite and cause extreme suicidal thoughts and depression. I later found out that Adderall and antidepressants can cause a harsh reaction in some people. When I called back saying im in a bad spot and have stopped taking the Adderall she advised maybe I take two antidepressants to help. They want to see me again in June and Im still paying on $300 for one 10 minute visit with the doctor for them to have caused worse issues in the first place. I will never be going back here.

I had a test ordered by one of the physicians at this location back in September that I have been seeing for several years. I was having heart palpitations/pain and so they entered an order for me to wear a holter monitor. When I never heard back from the results I assumed no news was good news. Nothing ever showed up in My Chart and I was seen at the clinic subsequent to this testing and had various interactions with the clinic staff online through My Chart. When I began having issues again I asked via My Chart if I could get a more detailed report from the holter monitor since I never heard back Come to find out, my doctor/staff never followed up with the holter monitor provider. They never requested the report from the doctor who read it. They sent me a message via My Chart indicating that they didnt have those results (again, from the HEART test they ordered) and that it was up to me to contact the provider to get the results. When I reached out to the provider they were shocked my doctor never requested the results and apologized for their lack of follow up. Since when was it up to the patient to request their own records from a test their doctor ordered? When I messaged my doctor about the issue they blamed ME. Their response was this is why we try to keep within the Bryan system so issues like this do not happen. THEY SENT ME to the provider. They sent the order to the other provider for me to pick up the device. That was six months ago. What if the results showed something serious? What if there was something urgent that needed to be addressed? I would have never known. I realize we are in a pandemic, but if a patient is having heart related issues and they have testes ordered to help determine what is going on, those results should be followed up on by the doctor who ordered the test. Not the patient.

I will be seeking care elsewhere. Perhaps I am old fashioned to think it is my right to participate in my own healthcare decisions, how often I want to consult with a doctor and how strictly I want to follow official guidelines. My physician at this facility has told me that the government is in control. I must be seen every three months; I must have blood drawn for tests every three months, and I cannot get refills for more than three months on meds I have been responsibly taking for years. Mind you, I am very stable health wise, and am not taking addictive or high-risk medications. If this is now the state of healthcare in our country, as I am led to believe by my physician at Bryan, Im ready to say stick it. I will find health care from a physician who is not a pawn of the government or I will go au natural.

Ive been seeing Dr Wang for 5 + yrs now. They recently moved to a new office in the same complex area. Now its super nice w all new equipment. Dr Wang has her specialty in Intermal Medicine. Shes a great fit for me.

That phlebotomist lady draws blood needs to go back to school and learn to be patient and know how to communicate better with patients ! She holds your hand like she’s playing with a mannequin not a real human!!! My hand still hurts and turned blue! I told her can you please give me a second I was scared of the needle she literally told me to go home and come back another day! I wasn’t that scared I just told her to give me a second! Holy! Please someone train her better! Everyone works at this clinic is amazing! Expect that lady! She’s not friendly at all! Lot of us don’t like needles because of that someone with a smiley face needs to be there to make us feel comfortable seeing the needle! Needle plus her face is just a nightmare!!!! Hope someone reads this!!!

The people here are incompetent. Had a doctors office just to get the wrong invoice papers, not see the doctor, be asked to come back after I had left, and to be told the doctor I was going to see doesnt prescribe birth control medication. Absolutely hated my first visit and unsure if I will return.

I have been a patient of Dr Boharts for many many years. he is a great doctor, and takes plenty of time at every appointment to answer my questions. I was so comfortable with him from day one that I talked my husband into switching doctors and he goes also to Dr bohart. I like their new building, the staff, the nurses, I even like the lab lady who draws blood she does a very good job and I have to have Labs every two months. Im very happy with this Clinic, Dr Bohart and all the staff.

Absolutely love Lincoln Southeast Family Medicine. We see Dr Hamann and she is very caring and thoughtful. Does not make you feel like you have to rush out of there, will answer all your questions and or concerns. I would strongly recommend her to anyone!! Our whole family sees her. Really like they have a Dr. on call too!

This clinic & particularly vandenhul & her staff were downright bad for us. Her nurse was demanding & didnt get information down correctly. Vandenhul wanted to take complete control of our lives & while she would take a moment to listen, she would then disregard whatever I told her & do what she wanted. There was a particular medication I didnt remember the name of but was in my medical history I told her I didnt want, but that was the medication she prescribed! I found her to be extremely arrogant & seemed to take a lot of delight just messing with us. I have a low opinion of Bryan Medical simply because they subject people to this.

Dr. Hamann is a very personable doctor. She listens to your concerns and responds with respect and compassion. The wait time in the lobby AND once in the exam room never lasts longer than 5-10 minutes. I have no complaints of my experiences so far and I have been a patient for 4 years.

Ive been going to Dr. Husain for 6 yrs now. Shes a wonderful Dr who always takes the time to listen to me and is very caring. I would highly recommend her to anyone. The nurses and office staff are great as well.

Very impressed with the care I’ve received. Office staff to doctors are friendly and professional. Dr. Husain is friendly and doesn’t seem to rush you during a visit. So happy I’m a patient at Southeast Lincoln Family Medicine.

My doctor dr Wang is excellent. She never tries to rush me out the door, and she listens to me and tries to help right away with any problems , by ordering tests, or setting me up with referrals to specialists very quickly. She really cares about the patient. Ive only been seeing her since jan, but wish I had found her sooner. I recommend her to anyone.

I called for work purposes: to ask what kind of insurance they take. The person who answer was not as friendly - more like intimidating. Wonder if she answers that way to patients.

My doctor moved to this office. We love her to death. But the office sucks. They are rude and unorganized. I had to fill out the new patient paper work twice. They had me show up 30 mins early. Really hate the office.
