I am not one to usually do reviews on places but Dr. Susie and her staff deserve to be praised. Canyon Echo literally makes me LOVE going to the dentist. The thing that I love the most is the way they treat those that come in. You can tell that every single person you talk to actually cares about you, your comfort and the health of your teeth. I have nothing but great things to say about this facility and I am looking forward to my next visit!

They totally made me feel at ease. Havent been to a dentist in probably 7 to 10 years because Im afraid of Dentists . They were so gentle and kind. They didnt make me feel guilty because I dont have the best teeth in the world and I will definitely will be back

This was my first visit to Canyon Echo Dental and boy was I impressed! The First impression was fantastic....office is warm and inviting. Front desk staff were friendly and courteous. The waiting room was comfortable. Once back in the rooms, again I was met by friendly, courteous staff. It was a pleasant surprise to be sitting in a chair that gently massaged my back as the dental hygentis did her work. The dentist was professional and friendly as well. She made sure to answer all of my questions so my experience was a positive one. From start to finishing couldnt have been more impressed with Canyon Echo Dental and I look forward to them taking care of my dental care needs.

Nice clean atmosphere, with swiveling flat anchored TVs above your chair, and the chair MASSAGES your back while you’re getting dental work! I love how they throughly explain things as well! I have been used in seeing doctor Susie Williams and her ladies for a couple years now for my dental needs. They are sweet ladies who is concerned with your comfort and pain level while you are in their care. I have an intense gag reflex during x-rays. They spray a shot of numbing agent in the back of my throat and I can can handle having x-rays taken. I cannot recommend some more highly.

The folks at Canyon Echo Dental are fantastic, friendly, and fully qualified! I enjoy every visit I have because the staff members make me feel comfortable, no matter if Im there for a cleaning, filling, or crown.I appreciate how Dr. Worm visits me every time I am in the office, even if its just for a cleaning.Its great to be able to watch TV in their comfortable massage chairs. Those amenities definitely add to my comfort.I love their new appointment reminder system. I receive a reminder email and a reminder text message before each appointment.

Super friendly and helpful reception. Love the complimentary water/coffee while you wait. Dental chair has light massaging for added comfort, and before they begin any work, they offer you the remote to the TV theyve positioned in front of you for easy viewing. Dr. Worm and the hygienists are great at what they do. Susie takes care when doing her work and it always comes out beautifully. They have a 24 hr cancellation policy but they always remind me of the appointment with enough time if I need to cancel or reschedule. So courteous! I also love that they communicate via text if you would like. Totally recommend to anyone in need of a dentist!

The office was very busy but they managed to fit me in to their schedule. This is an office you wont dread going to. Went to Canyon Echo Dental for the first time today to get my teeth checked and cleaned. The office is very clean, fancy and relaxing. The massaging chairs are definitely nicer than just your normal chairs. They also have high def TVs you can adjust to whatever angle you are sitting and you can change the channel to whatever you want. It was great, I got to catch up on my sports watching ESPN. Then theres the staff. Dr. Worm and Tracy are great! I felt welcomed the second I walked in the door. They were both very personable and I enjoyed talking to them. Dr. Worm explained things very well. I definitely felt the appointment was top notch! I would highly recommend giving Canyon Echo Dental a try! Oh and by my math, when every single review is 5 stars, the average is 5 stars!

I started to try this place because it was close to my house. After my first time there, I loved it! They made me feel very comfortable, and when you go there, they treat you like a friend, not just a client.Then, I brought kids. It was my youngests first time at the dentist, so I was nervous, and did great. They not only took care of him, but made it fun!What impresses me the most, is the way they take the time to work with your insurance, and make sure you understand what is covered before you go forward. Came here in hopes of fixing a tooth done by a previous dentist. And they explained EVERYTHING to me before they did it, which I appreciate so much.Dr. Susie fixed the filling as best as she could. I came back later for another cavity to be filled and she did such a great job. Ive never seen such a pretty filling. And she was very gentle and perfectionist. Which I love about her!!!I had some problems with my insurance plan and if it wasnt for Tracy contacting them and finding out the problems... I would of been Paying triple the amount I was supposed to pay! Tracy is wonderful, she kept me updated the whole time with the insurance part. I appreciate all your work on helping me from spending more than I owed!!!I cant wait to come back here! So glad there is good dentists out there like you guys!!! Please dont change! Canyon Echo Dental is a beautiful, new office with all the latest technology in dentistry. From the moment I walked in, I was awed by the gorgeous colors in the art work. The beverage bar was also an added bonus.Three of my favorite things:1. The intraoral pictures of all my teeth so I could see exactly what Dr. Susie was talking about.2. The treatment chair actually massages your back. It is relaxing and comfortable.3. The injection with the wand was way better than a typical dental shot. Nobody likes a shot in the mouth, but the wand made it so much better.Dr. Susie is a thorough dentist who truly cares about her patients and their entire health and wellness. She operates with the utmost integrity and is very open and honest. I would recommend her to anyone!

Ive avoided the dentist for a majority of my life, mostly out of fear of getting a cavity filled (needles, drills, etc.). After having my wisdom teeth pulled due to a cavity, I decided I probably needed to see a dentist regularly. Dr. Susie found I had 3 more cavities in teeth that couldnt be pulled and my worst fears were made reality. However, Im glad I went to Canyon Echo for this procedure. Dr. Susie talked me through every step and made the process as pain free as possible. Even the needle I had feared for most of my life barely hurt at all! Ill definitely be coming back for all my dental work.
