Great place, great people, great dedication... Everyone who works here currently is amazing. The team makes an effort to get to know everyone who walks through those doors. Even the providers that youre not currently working with as you pass them in the halls will say hello or ask how your day is going. Jared, the owner, will pop out of his office now and then and say hello to everyone in the waiting area and asks if anyone needs anything to make them comfortable and he is always good for a laugh. They are human just like all of us and of course everyone has not so good days but this team is very cohesive and will collaborate to resolve anything that needs taken care of. If you have any issue you can always ask to speak to Jared. He is very busy so they may tell you to email him but he does an AWESOME job at responding and promptly fixing things. They are always upgrading and innovating and finding new ways to help their clients on their journeys. They also have a very integrative and diverse staff allowing for Amazing multi cultural services. No one will be left behind!!! They always keep you up-to-date when there is changing going on. They have transitioned from one building to another and brought all of their clients over with them even when insurance changes I have seen staff on the phones trying to get approval for continuation of care. They will ALWAYS do their best to help in ANY way possible. I would trust them with any relative or friends care 100%. Great job team!!!

Its tough finding a therapist, but I think its even harder talking about needing a therapist. Its a difficult subject to broach, with others and with yourself. Pine Lake Behavioral Health is a local small town practice. They care about their patients, no matter how hard the situation maybe. Thats the Nebraska way. Theyve got honest intentions on helping anyone and everyone that walks through their door, and then they take those intentions, and they use them, actually helping. I know, I know....weve all had a bad therapist, you know the one. The one that doesnt empathize, and cant connect, says no matter what that everything is your fault...Well theyre not like that here. Pine Lake Behavioral really strives to help all of their patients. Theyve helped me, even when Im bad at asking for help. I cant thank them enough. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing someone to see.

I have had a Great experience there. Pine Lake Behavior Health has been a huge part of my recovery. The staff is more than compliant and helpful, just a wonderful place overall. I suggest you give them a chance. It has changed my life, literally.

I seriously wouldn’t be alive without Dr. McNeese. He has been my saving grace. All the staff here is so kind and professional. I’ve seen multiple therapists here, and have attended group therapy as well, and have recovered so much. Can’t recommend it enough.

On December 1st I got into a serious car accident on I-80 driving to Lincoln. Jared Ray was headed the opposite direction but turned around to help me. In fact, he was the only person who stopped and had I been injured he would have saved my life. Jared and his daughter stayed with me while I spoke to police and got my car towed, in fact Jared made the call to get my car towed while I spoke with my family on the phone to let them know I was okay. After everything he drove me back to my house in Lincoln (this whole process took over 2 hours). He canceled his plans and went out of his way to help a total stranger. Im so grateful to him, he was an angel in such a scary situation. I know many people have reservations about counselors but Jared is the real deal. Hes a wonderful person who will do everything in his power to help. If you are looking for a good person to listen and talk you through your problems, I can think of no one better than Jared Ray.

I have been taking my son here for 8 months now and I highly recommend their services!! The staff is great and they have been wonderful with getting us an appointment when needed.

The staff were all professional and made me feel welcomed. All questions and issues were addressed in an expedient and pleasant manner.

Dr. Kerry Ropte has done wonders with my daughter. Complete 360 since we started sessions with her. The receptionists are amazing as well and GREAT with kids!

Fantastic place, full of caring and wonderful people. I know that they have helped not only myself; however, many others like me also. Ive walked a pretty wild path, and the staff here at Pine Lake Behavioral Health have helped me through maybe the roughest to date, and hopefully of a lifetime, patch of time in my existence.
