Do not allow Lori (nursing staff) to handle your care. She is dangerous. She has acted outside her scope of practice (in regard to my case) twice in the past 4 months. Loris actions have placed my health and wellbeing in jeopardy.

Theres a reason only the destitute go here. One of the worst therapists Ive ever met works here. If you have any other alternative I highly recommend you use it.

I lost my health insurance due to the pandemic and they have been very helpful. I was able to get in quick and have a psych evaluation done and prescribed medicine the same day. They also offer therapy and many other services. The staff is very nice and I look forward to getting better with the help of the centerpointe staff. Thank you guys so much.

I was living at oasis hotel before it closed for re modeling. They was they said they would help me find a place to live but they didnt help with nothing. But they help out other people.

It really is a good and helpful place, especially with regard to their 24/7 helpline and their crisis counseling any during open hours. The problem is - probably due to low state funding - their staff is limited so it can be a while before you get the care you need. Lincoln has good physical health services for all walks of life and that will hopefully expand to mental health services soon.

This out patient treatment center is by far one of the most caring, helpful, wonderful place to improve your lifeCounselors are excellent and knowledgeable. Could not imagine going anywhere else.

Tried multiple times to get in to continue seeing my psych doctor, and while I have never had an issue with her personally, the facility keeps telling me to call when I was told I could do a walk-in as a new patient, then, when I do so, Im told to do a walk-in. All I needed was a refill on medication that was doing great for my ADHD and now I have to go find a new doctor.
