*Covid Masks Required signs everywhere in the lobby where you stand for 20 mins in a dbl. line to register! NOTE: 30-40% of the guests did NOT WEAR MASKS! No staff to manage the crowd in line (25-30 people).*After registration attendant arguing with me about instructions I had received from their appt. team, I was put in the hallway to sit without safe Covid spacing. Also MANY staff NOT wearing masks!*Afterwards I HAD TO CALL THEM to get results of x-ray and MRI they had ordered a week+ before .*Received a call back from my PA to discuss and set a date for needed knee surgery. Then later spoke to scheduler about instructions that were mailed in a packet.*Surgery instruction packet arrived by mail, which created more questions and TOLD ME TO CALL with medication questions!!! NO CONTACT DIRECT OR PHONE EXTENSIONS WERE PROVIDE except a general phone number.*I CALLED 10+ TIMES leaving voice mails each time, MESSAGES LEFT WERE NEVER RETURNED!!!*CANCELED MY SURGERY!!!***My opinion is that this place is a ZOO and unsafe for human medical care!!!

Doctor was so quick and didnt take everything I said seriously. Ive called multiple times leaving messages with a question over the past week and they never call or email back. I even went there and spoke with receptionist who messaged in-house to reply but 6 days later nothing. They act like they dont care.

Very professional, polite and courteous. Excellent social skills and communication skills. Above average medical knowledge, compared to other facilities. I would highly recommend this facility and its staff to others.

Kevin took the time and explained my condition in a way i could easily understand. He helped me come up with a long term game plan for my knee. Good experience. I left knowing i have options and will have everything that needs done in my best interest.

Elizabeth was great, very professional, and listened to what I had to say. She consulted with the doctor and returned with the medical advice. I came to see the doctor, nothing against the PA. He could have popped in for the last 3 minutes, introduced himself and explained the advice given. That would have made the experience complete and full circle. Being a medical professional myself, I enjoy meeting my patients.

I have been a patient of James for about 9 months. James listens to all my concerns and he has taken excellent care of me. He answers all my questions. And he even was nice and printed off my X-rays to show my son & to make a skeleton, lol. James is a excellent PA, I appreciate the care he has given to me& continues to help me through all my problems.

OIO has consistently ran late on appts. Medical history form that had to be completed beforehand was not familiarized with before exam. PA was quite cordial and apologetic for their tardiness.

The doctor was informative and showed real interest in my recovery and current needs and issues

Super long wait, at least an hour but when we got in the Doctor was there pretty quickly. He was very attentive, listened, explained his perspective and answers to my questions. He gave me options for treatment and I was able to move forward with a very conservative approach without any recrimination at all. Very well done. Im glad I waited. Kudos!.

My most recent visit with Dr Patel and his most excellent associate give my the greatest experience one can have in a visit to a specialist as this office can have. I have been a patient of theirs for some time now and never have I had a bad experience not only are these 2 excellent the entire staff from entering the door to leaving! If u are in need of their specialties please reach out to them! I can guarantee you will experience the same as I have!.

I was anxious that I would need surgery but my mind was set at ease and full explanation given.

Yesterday I had foot surgery at your facility. Every step of the way I was treated by professionals who were friendly, compassionate and very proficient with the service . I also was very impressed with the speed at which each service was done. At every station I was taken to I barely got seated before someone would take me to the next station. I was so impressed and grateful for everyone who served me.

Simple, efficient check-in process and routed to x-ray area. Prompt service with rapid x-rays taken. Appointment was 8:50 and I was in to see CNP at 8:56! All handled professionally and caringly. We reviewed options considering my special requirements, e. g. blood thinners and recent surgery. Received steroid injection and discussed other options with physician and CNP. Very happy with experience! Melissa was tremendous and I recommend this practice highly!

Jared was very professional. He introduced himself and stated his title. He took time to explain my x-rays and my options as far as treatment was concerned. I felt very comfortable with his approach.

Dr. Briggs listens to you and what the problem is. He suggests a few remedies and lets you participate in deciding which treatment suits you best. His office runs on time but he gives you the time you need. I am pleased with him as my doctor.

I had an appointment with PA, Alec Curry. He was very patient, explained things very well, and listened to my concerns attentively. He made me very comfortable. I would recommend him to anyone with back issues.

The staff is always friendly!!!! Dr. Misson is the best with my multiple injuries. I’ve always experienced the best level of care and understanding from him and his staff. I met with his PA today and she was able to answer all my questions and conquer my fears about my much needed upcoming total knee replacement on June 29th. Christa & Dr McNeilan took care of my son for 2years with (2) ACL injuries/surgeries. They were really good with him. His nurse Rachel answered all my questions & never once made me feel like I was bothering them. The 3 of them are a great team & put the patient first & gave my son the care that he needed. And they got to know my son personally & not just as another patient coming through.

Love Dr. McNeilan and his staff! Very trustworthy and explains information to where you can understand it!

Kevin was very personable and very kind to my mentally handicapped brother. He had a good sense of humor and a good knowledge of the knee and the problems my brother was having. He asked very clear questions and explained in simple terms why my brother was experiencing the pain he was. I was very comfortable with his findings and treatment.

I was at ease with Dr. Anane-Sefah. He answered all my questions and gave me the info to make a decision on the best treatment for me!

Faye was super knowledgeable of my “golfers elbow”, and how to repair it. Today she gave me a cortisone shot for temporary relief. I have lots of faith & confidence in her and appreciate her kindness!

Very quick check-in, they gave me enough time to fill out my form since I was a last minute add on to their schedule, got into the exam room the technician took some information within 5 minutes I was seen by the Alec physicians assistant within 25 minutes I was out the door and real happy with the results and with the medical service I was provided!

Have always had great service and care from the doctors and staff at IOI. Always recommend to family and friends.

Had to wait about 30 minutes from my appointment time before I was seen. Not sure of the actual reason for this visit (I was seen by the Dr on May 17, 2021-Today is June 9) other than just kind of a preliminary check up before arthroscopic knee surgery. Maybe make sure I haven’t kicked off yet.Everyone was attentive and respectful.Don’t really know what else to add.I was kind of miffed that I’m going through arthroscopic knee surgery instead of just getting it replaced, which will most likely happen eventually anyway.I guess we’ll see what the results are from this and go from there.

OIO is a top notch facility, very friendly, knowledgeable, and kind!!! You can feel that the whole staff care when your in there!! I have had my rotator cuff surgery there and tomorrow I go for my back surgery I have the up most respect and trust with the teams there!!! I recommend anyone there!!! Thank you to the staff, nurses and Dr. at OIO for making everything awesome every time I’m in there!!!

The only thing that I didnt like was that I thought I had an appointment with Dr Sinclair, but instead I was seen by his PA. She was very knowledgeable but I would have liked my first appointment to have been with the Dr that I scheduled it with.

Staci, Dr.Misson and the support staff provided caring and professional interaction during my visit. Staci & Dr. Misson were attentive, asking questions, with Dr. Misson consulting with a colleague regarding course of treatment.

Finding it hard to believe that they are unable to do anything to help with the pain and swelling of my left knee and lower leg. Left to limp out after being billed for a brace that didnt fit, but couldnt return because I had tried it on. Going for a 2nd opinion elsewhere so if they say the same thing....I could be changing my review, but I would advise against getting fitted for any kind of braces from there.

Dr. Otte always takes the time to thoroughly explain my daughter’s conditions and the steps we need to take to fix it. He does all this while maintaining a positive attitude and answering all questions in a respectful manner. I highly recommend him.

I love the orthopedic Institute! Over the last 16 years I’ve had many of reasons to be affiliated with this facility, Between my husband, my daughter my mother and myself we have came in contact with many of doctors in this facility. My personal favorite is Dr. Patel he is very kind, he listens and he solves issues/problems. Above all Dr. Patel knows his patients personally he knows them by name and remembers conversations and the specifics about their health and issues.

I got hurt lifting weights. Made an appointment with James Nieman who was suggested to me by a good friend. I got in within just a few days. Wait time at visit was only about 5 minutes. He was very attentive, genuinely concerned, and obviously very experienced and knowledgeable. Me being a bigger guy and the seriousness of my pain, was told I needed a MRI to see what had happened but he had a educated guess even before the mri and he was basically spot on! A couple days after MRI, had my follow up. Once again wait time was about 5 minutes. He explained to me exactly what, why, and how my injury occurred. He took the time to dumb down (i have no prior medical education) the medical terms of muscles, bones, and tendons even showed me pictures and animations of the human anatomy when I didnt understand what he was talking about. He was very honest and strait forward that surgery was not necessary. Long story short if I ever get injured or have any type of accident, James Nieman will be the only doc I want to see or suggest to my friends and family.

Dr. Patels bedside manner is always friendly and comfortable. I always know Im getting good care from him and his staff.

I cannot say enough of what a WONDERFUL, kind, Doctor he is. Ive seen allot of doctors many places. And he has been the best Dr. !! He explains everything. He gives you encouragement!! Just cant say enough about him. Other Drs need to learn from his bed side manners!!!!

Had one of the worst experience. This was my third time there ! My appointment was at 2:45 finally got in at 3:55 and sat another 15 minutes in my room then I get an assistant that really couldn’t do anything since this was my third visit. I ask why isn’t my doctor here? She replied he’s in surgery. Omg why didn’t they let us know that! I live 50 minutes away I would of reschedule. I wasted 3 hours of my time. Very unprofessional

The staff at OIO is extremely friendly and efficient. It is rare that you don’t have long waits when you visit a Doctor’s office. When visiting OIO you are NOT subjected to long waits ! They treat your time as valuable as theirs - from the friendly receptionists , to the X-ray techs, the PA s to the Doctors.Dr. Patterson is extremely professional , friendly, and efficient. He explains everything thoroughly and answers all questions. His bedside manner is exceptional !

Kara is awesome. She has provided great treatment/advice to help me get through this. Kara is very down to earth & explains what is needed/what she wants to do, along with giving you the chance to ask questions. She has been an absolute blessing to work with.

Dr. Briggs is a phenomenon doctor. I have seen him for multiple issues and he has always got me back on my feet. He is extremely thorough and gives you all of your options for treatment. He is friendly and takes his time with each patient.

Dr. Smith and his staff are very competent, and my experiences with their skills (including people skills) have been excellent. My knee surgery went well, and at 8 weeks post-op, I am healing well and am ahead of schedule for accomplishing my rehab goals. Ill continue to see Dr. Smith for my other knee.

They casted my hand in a spike cast. By the time I got home my thumb was painful and felt like it was rubbing on the cast. I talked to a tech who said she talked to the doctor and they said ice and elevation. I did 12 hours later it still feels like it’s rubbing against a wrinkle or some thing is not quite right. I have an MRI scheduled tomorrow they should be able to tell if the cast is rubbing on my thumb. I hope!

I have 2 daughters under the care of Dr Otte who both have a congenital knee condition. They both have underwent reconstructive knee surgeries and we couldn’t ask for a better orthopedic surgeon! He has expressed from day one that he wants what’s best for them and to help get them back to being kids and doing everything they enjoy. His bed side manner is top notch and my girls, age 12 and 10 have always been at ease with him and put their full trust in him as well as my husband and I! I would recommend Dr Otte to anyone and already have!Cheryl

I had a potential problem with the MRI that was professionally avoided which gave Mr. Curry the tools to diagnose the problem and provide me with treatment options. After discussing the options the team put the paperwork in motion. I would like to buy them all dinner.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went in for reoccurring back pain after going to the ER and getting told I have a thin disc. Expecting to get an MRI since thats what the ER doctors told me to get and as I spoke with the doctor at O.I.O. He said that I was too young to be having back problems and to just do the exercises. Even after I told him I had wanted an MRI because thats what was recommended and I worked out and exercised every day he told me off and was told youre good to go. The doctor I had was a complete incompetent. Had no regard to my needs, questions, or anything of the nature. Will never go here again and would not recommend for anyone to here either

Dr. Sanko was amazing. I saw another doctor in that facility that was very unprofessional and then Dr. Sanko saved the day and was also very reassuring, I wish he wasn’t retiring!
