My first visit to Ulta. Wow! I never knew there were so many kinds of makeup. An employee saw my looking baffled, and gave me some great advice. I really want to get a makeover!

Ask for help..was waiting and then they helped someone else...wait for every for someone to come help...they did apologize for the wait...but wont be back to this location for a while.

Just know what YOU want because this is a commission only chain and I was caught between 2 women working there in a weird over step battle. I am Tarte and urban decay.....If you have questions about your cosmetics find ONE employee who has time to help.... (good luck) and keep them.

Great place to find drugstore and high-end makeup, skincare, and haircare products. Love getting my brows done at the benefit brow counter- they look so good afterwards. Definitely recommend!

Love the store ! It was clean and had everything imaginable. The employees werent to helpful to begin with . I shopped around for about an hour before someone asked if they could help. Not that they were to busy... they were all up front talking with each other about customers.

I went there tonight because I had a gift card from Christmas to use. I was looking in the makeup area for a setting spray, and only could find one. The girl working didn’t greet me, looked at me multiple times but didn’t ask if I needed any help (even though I was pacing the aisles looking for others to compare), and went up to one of the mirror and started touching up her makeup. I felt purposely ignored. I eventually went to the check out and bought the only brand that I could find. I’m very frustrated with her rudeness and judgemental attitude. Hire people that are willing to actually help customers. Don’t pay them to do their own makeup.

They have a nice variety of products, just too pricey for me. And their salon! Who can afford this?

I love the variety that all Ulta stores offer but I always find myself having to put an order in because the items I desire are out of stock.

Always have had a good experience walking into Ulta. Whether it across country or my home town, I feel more comfortable with Ulta than other make-up/haircare stores.

Out of a lot of product (completely empty shelves in some spots) and very messy and disorganized. Employees weren’t even attempting to straighten up the chaos. Definitely not the Ulta I’m used to from Columbus.

Very well stocked and lots of help marching colors. Overall FANTASTIC experience.

Unfortunately this Ulta is horrible... they never have any of the advertised promotions the employees arent very good at matching foundation color the employees knowledge in general at this Ulta isnt very good you can tell by their horribly applied makeup. If I do need help with something I try to find the employee with the best makeup.... this Ulta is convenient for me but I think Ill be going to Sylvania Ulta.

Its a fantasy land for makeup and everything pretty! I love how you can test the products. They also allow you to return products if you dont like it. Theyve just added more Morphe, Revolution, BH, and Wet and Wild. I will say the actual Ulta brand needs updated. Not only the ingredients for the products but the shelfs themselves. Theyre never stocked and they never have as much as they do online.

Id give a higher rating but im never treated like a customer in here.....im either stared at rudly , talked to like Im unwelcome and when im being checked out they act like im an inconvenience. They pick and choose who they want to help!!!!! I go often and spend alot of money here so its rather annoying. I prefer sephora because those girls are so sweet, but only Ulta carries my foundation. They seriously need to learn how to treat customers. I must add that one girl in particular is very nice and helpful. I just wish i knew her name 😕

My fiancé went in to by her beauty products and asked for assistance and was completely ignored and treaded like her money was no good there. I guess if you don’t go there wearing designer clothing you probably won’t be helped

I love this store and the staff in store for the most part I love samples because I suffer from various skin issues samples give me the opportunity to try products I am interested in purchasing , that being said some employees are not willing to give samples . As for Ulta in general I have a issue with them I use my phone up to pay my credit card look at sales and activate certain point specials. Over the past holiday season I made several hundreds of dollars and activated my point offers they were never applied in the correct amount and I was told that could not be fixed unless I had proof of activating the point reward special ... mind you this was done on my Ulta app on my phone and gives you no type of receipt this is unfair because the more you purchase and earn points determine your status and future offers.
