They tell you over the phone that they take walk ins. The service I wanted was discussed during same phone call. I go in for service and I need to come back a few hours later. New owners. Poor communication. First time there. Never again

I visited Yellow Tuesdays Hair Club a few years ago. I havent been back because of things going on with life and with Covid I dont really go out much anyway. But I believe it was Steph that cut my hair and she did such a wonderful job!

Seriously this is one of the best Salons I have EVER been to!!! Lizz is amazing!!! Even my kids came and got hair cuts from the girls here!!!

Great place for a hair cut and style

I have been to Yellow Tuesdays a total of three times. The first time I scheduled my appointment online. The stylist I had did a great job. I then scheduled another appointment (online) when it was time to trim. I got a call that morning that my scheduled stylist didnt show up for work and would I mind going with someone else. I didnt and she did a fine job with the trim, though a little short. Fast forward about 8 months and I called to schedule another appointment. I never really got the name of the second stylist I saw (and the first was no longer working there), so I was unable to request her. As I just wanted a trim, I went with the suggested stylist who was available. I wasnt looking for anything drastic or a color change.I arrived with several pictures of the style I wanted and a style I wanted to be able to do for a NYE party. The style was the same that I had gotten the last two visits. We go over what I wanted, I show pictures and the stylist verifies how much I wanted trimmed from my shoulder length hair (about an inch to tidy the ends). The stylist starts cutting and shes pleasant. It seems like theres a lot of hair hitting the cape, but I dont do hair, so I trust the stylist. Turns out I shouldnt have. She finishes the cut, turns me towards the mirror and asks if I like it. From the front its not too bad. The stylist didnt give me a mirror to see the back of my head, something I didnt really realize until later. I figured out why fairly quickly. The long bob I wanted had turned into a stack and wack. I felt sheared. To top it off, its very uneven in the back. I attempted to contact management via email and facebook message. It has been a week and a half and I have gotten no response.The reason for my 1 star review: Deplorable customer service. The stylist had to know she was butchering the cut. She didnt stop, she didnt ask anyone else for help. She just kept cutting. (My hair is about 4 inches shorter now). Then, management ignored my attempts to contact them (email and facebook message were used as I attached pictures). Had they contacted me, we may have been able to come to some sort of happier conclusion. Im glad hair grows, but its going to take me 8 months to get back to the length I was at prior to this cut. I had been attempting to grow my hair out.Ive attached pictures of what I tried for and what I got. Obviously, Im not Jessica Biel.

I moved to Ohio from NY about 2yrs ago and I have been looking for a salon this place was recommended by someone from the store Sallys and recommanded natasha. When i called to make a appointment natasha was off that day but i really needed a trim and layers and thinning thats it. I have to two other hair salons and they messed up my hair also. So I didnt want to wait so I got a appointment with Liz the owner I thought I was in good hands the place was clean everyone was really nice. Now I am 6ft 2in my use to come down to the lower part of my back so my hair was about 3.5 to 4ft long I just want maybe 3 or 4in taken off and some how I got about 2ft cut off I didnt realize till later when I got home cause I had things to do so throw my hair up in a bun and left I knew it felt short and very light. When I took my hair later and accutually saw it I cried so hard cause she cut my hair up to the top of my shoulders like what the hell. This was not what I told her I wanted at all. If you go to this salon AVOID AVOID AVOID THE HAIR BUTCHER LIZ there is another girl on here that this happened to. Learn from our mistakes and do not have Liz butcher your hair.

Amber did an amazing job, if I am ever in Lima, Ohio again I will always go back to her. She made me feel like a woman again 4 months postpartum.

Natasha always takes good care of me, and everyone else is super friendly as well. Its super convenient to book my appointments on the website.

I had an appointment with Amber today to fix my at-home color attempt gone wrong. I explained what I wanted and she did exactly that! I am so happy with my new hair color and am excited for my future appointments!

Ashley did a fantastic job fixing my disaster hair cut. I went from uneven and unfinished to sassy and cute! She explained how she was styling my new short hair as she was doing it and gave me some great tips!The salon itself was gorgeous and very inviting! Great staff, great space.

They did a great job with my daughter hair. She needed a Malibu and they had her in and out quickly and her hair looked great!

New to area & had no idea where to go for cut/color/highlights so gave Yellow Tuesdays a call explain on phone what I wanted & how my hair currently was & very nice lady on the phone said ok I am going to put you with Danielle & I could not be happier. Danielle explained everything, made suggestions which I was very pleased with & I walked out feeling so much better & loving my hair color & style. Highly recommend this salon!!!

Yellow Tuesdays Hair Club is a fantastic salon. Always relaxing atmosphere. Mallory does a fantastic job of cutting, coloring and treating you like a queen.

Julie Mills has been doing my hair for about 3 years, she is fabulous, she listens to what I want and added her professional advice, my hair is baby fine with no volume, she has my hair looking like a million dollars, which in turn makes me feel fantastic. I would highly recommend Julie Mills, the next time you are in search of a new stylist!!

Amazing color expertise unfound anywhere else, I made a silly mistake doing my hair on my own and they were able to me feel comfortable and were able to fix my hair. I went home loving my hair and excited for my next appointment.

Danielle is so good. She does my highlights so well and cut really good. And Stephanie is also very good!

KELSEY IS AMAZING.... She is patient and does what you want.. knows curly from staraught hair and how to deal with really damaged hair.. i tried so many hair stylists but she is the best.. really cares abiut my hair and excellent prices..

Asked for balayage but instead got horribly patchy, off colored highlights. I called and asked if there was anything to be done because I was so unhappy with the results and I was told that the stylist that messed up my hair would be given the opportunity to correct the mistake. I didnt trust her coloring my hair and wanted another stylist but they wouldnt allow it. Extremely horrible costumer service will not be returning.

Absolutely bare non the WORST HAIRCUT IVE EVER HAD!!! and I went to Cos school!! Owner Liz Downing butchered my hair cutting off over 20yrs of growth!! My hair was at my lower back and she horribley unevenly and with no style LOPPED IT OFF AT MY SHOULDERS!!!AVOID AT ALL COST!!!When I called and requested my money back she called Lima police and said I was harrassing her!!! And is threatening to sue ME because she did a LOUSEY JOB and I wanted my money backJust do yourself a favor and avoid this Trainwreck of a stylist
