I wish I could put negative stars!!! This was my first time going here and I will NEVER go back!!! I’ve never had my toes hurt this bad after a pedicure in my life!!! My toes are obviously infected, I just hope I can get the pain under control and it doesn’t get any worse

DO NOT RECOMMEND! Asked for three different designs and was told no he would make them cute. Not cute was so ever they gave burnt really bad since I got a full set so I took them off and went to the doctor! Come to find out three of my nails are infected with a fungus. I call the “owner” trying to explain and was told I was lien and I can’t prove they did it. And the price is outrageous for poor poor work. Wouldn’t even rate one star if I didn’t have to to give a review. Hope I save you from waisting your time in such a dirty place. He didn’t even show me where I could wash my hands nor did he clean up his area as well !

Awesome job on my nails! But holy moly the price!!! I got a fill and French polish and it was $62 before the tip! I’m all about quality, but for what I got done that was way too much. I’d love to go back, but $140 or more a month for nails is just not in my budget. If price doesn’t matter, definitely go here. They’re super knowledgeable and fun and the nails look great.

Didnt have to wait so long to get my nails done. One of the female employees who handled my nails. Shes friendly and do what I ask her to do. As the result my nails looks great! But she hurt my nails a lot. She scrape my nails to the skin as you can see in the picture, my finger skin is bleeding. Other wounds she had covered with acrylic and glue before coloring. Im not sure if she really understand English well! Anyway she need to do carefully and watch what she was doing where not hurting the Client. And of course price quite high compared to other places I ever went to.

After much consideration I finally made the decision to have my eyebrows microbladed. I am a blonde so I was very apprehensive.... I didnt want them to be to bold. I am BEYOND pleased and absolutely thrilled with the results! Nina is AMAZING!!! And of course I had to get my toes done also while I was there!💗

Accommodated a last minute pedicure for both myself and my toddler. It was my daughters first salon trip and she absolutely loved it, thanks to the wonderful staff. Neither of us can wait to go back.

Extremely over priced for the area and VERY poor quality for a full set. Very thick and lifted within a day. A few popped off a few days after.

Always great service- I hadn’t been in for literally a year and a half and as soon as I walked in I was addressed by name and they always make sure you feel like you’re important. The staff is always willing to try any kind of nail design I’ve asked for and I’m always the one who needs them super short and nobody ever has an issue with that or tries to talk me out of it like other places have. Just tried the dipped nails for the first time and I’ll definitely be back for that again! Pedicures are great, they aren’t rushed through and typically everyone makes small talk so there’s not awkward silence which I appreciate. Always leave A Nail Spa feeing like I got my money’s worth. I’ve been going here since they opened and there is always a familiar face in there, Nina, Tony and Kenny all doing an amazing job!

Never been so disrespected in a nail salon I have gotten my nails done since I was 16 and my mother always took me to salons when I was a kid these people have no customer service and I would never recommend them nor will I ever go back rude rude rude they told me I was not allowed to have my child there that I could take the kid home and come back my son is 2 years old where would they like me to just leave him alone by himself... inconsiderate people they are

They were very nice. but this is the 3rd time my nails have chipped or cracked wearing there Gel first was there Yellow and it peeled right off and then i got there mold changing pink and purple and it cracked the next day. and i went back and they fixed it and then 2 days later the same finger nails crack and my pinky cracks. Im done going there.

Like ALL nail salons in Lima.....TERRIBLE service! I drive an hour and 15 minutes every 2 weeks just to get my nails & feet done because of the service here in Lima. At this particular salon, I was treated badly the instant I walked in. Nobody wanted to help me because I just needed a repair and then when I got put with the girl, she complained immediately. I knew I was going to have to pay for my repair and I always tip well. I do not recommend this salon to ANYONE. I will never go back. Warning.....Go at your own risk! A Nails needs to understand that Custer service is KEY at ANY business, especially a service business.

I was on vacation and wanted to treat myself to a manni/peddi. I was really nervous as I didnt know the area. So glad I read the reviews and went here. I was treated wonderfully the moment I came through the door. Everyone was so fun! I love my nails and wish they were closer to wear I live now. I have never felt more comfortable in a nail establishment ever! Plus, they do powder dip nails which is still relatively new and hard to find places that do it.

Had a appointment with my cousin to get our nails filled at 1p.m., we both brought our 2 year olds and were sitting waiting while the children watched movies on the phone my daughter started fussing and a employee told us we had to leave because our kids were screaming and that we needed to take them home. Im sorry I am a single mother who just moved to Ohio so my daughter will go with me everywhere. These people are extremely unprofessional and obviously dont know how it is to take young children out in public. This place is not kid friendly and are extremely rude.

Terrible service. You tell them how you want your nails and they do it their way. When you tell them what you want ,he tells her in their language my wifes to picky .In the middle of service he stops and says hes only doing the pedicure and hes not going to do your manicure ,yet expects full payment for half service. The owner talks about people that just left right in front of other customers and laughs about in store like its okay. My wife and I pedicure was the worst experience ever. So much dead skin was left ,you couldnt tell we even came in store. Thanks to the nail place on the opposite side of the Plaza. We will NOT be returning there Not A Nails!

This place is the HIGHEST price in Lima and always a very long wait. It would be nice if they would tell you how long of a wait you would have before you sit down! I waited over an hour before having to leave.
