I will never shop here again! Last week, I purchased two vape pens(batteries). One was defective and would not sustain a charge. When I returned for an exchange, I was told I would have to purchase another. Its ok to have a no exchange/refund policy, EXCEPT for defective merchandise. SHOP AT YOUR OWN RISK!

I stopped in there for some new coils....OVERPRICED!!! I have been to numerous vape shops and purchased the same exact brand/size coils and NONE of them were more than $16 for a 3 pack. Their charge was $27! Hard lesson learned! That was my first and my last visit with them.

Staff are super knowledgeable about what they sell in my experience, and they generally have a large tobacco selection whether its roll your own cig tobacco or shisha. For a shop that runs out of a former bodega they are WELL stocked.

There is a great selection of CBD here, the cashier was friendly and knowledgeable, but, I bought two refill tanks for my pen (that are not cheap in price of course, but very cheap in quality), 2 or 3 days ago, and they both fell apart within 48 hrs of my purchase. Not happy.

Super friendly service from everybody at this store. I buy tobacco, tubes and incense here so far. Not an issue with anything my husband and I have bought here and always quick service in and out and we have been shopping here for at least a year. Meesam and Manny are who we see most the time and they are always so helpful. This store has more merchandise in it than it might look like from outside. They have a HUGE variety of incense and it is long burning/lasting compared to what we were buying from the smoke shop at Sugarloaf Mills (the incense from Wild Impulse that is not in packages but you choose yourself lasts twice as long than what we were buying before).

Fernanda needs to work on listening to the customer. Theres helping customers and then theres talking down on customers. When I asked about a brands specific size that contained Salt Nic. She started to explain what it is. And I told her I knew exactly what it is and I bought the same type before. I just wanted to know the size and price. I have the right device for it (most people who vape have more than one device). And for the second product she sold me was a menthol version with ICED written small on it. She should of been focused more on that. Instead of repeating what Salt Nic is 2 MORE TIMES after I told her Im familiar with it and have bought the exact one before. Or maybe her distraction worked to get me not focused on the ICED version that appeared to have a full shelf(maybe not selling because its menthol). The entire process I did not feel comfortable and I had to walk on eggshells when talking to her. Im a clean cut person with no tattoos. Plus Im short. The only thing I think of her to be intimidated by is my race. But another customer had walked in after anyway. Thanks for insulting my intelligence. Will not return.

I bought a product here, within five hours the product broke due to a defect and the owner had no solution that would make sense to a customer. He simply suggested that I fix it myself. Save yourself the trouble. There are better smoke shops in the area.

I stopped in for a couple of things. The staff was not just helpful but they knew the products and were able to educate me. Also, I had a previous experience in which I was as happy but a product I had purchased had a flaw. The manager made it right on my next visit. Wide selection of incense and vape products. Its kind of like the chicken place down the street...you may pay a tiny mark up but its worth it for the service and time they spend with each customer. These folks are my choice. Convent location too.

As a professional tattoo artist I have never worked with or purchased supplies from people who know nothing about their product. I had to purchase supplies in a rush due to a late shipment from my regular supplier. I purchased 1 oz. bottle of ink that only had a half of once of ink in it. Then asked for the 2 oz. ($20) bottle that only had 1 oz. ($15) of ink in it. I was told at that point that Im the only person that as ever checked to see if the correct amount of ink was in the bottle. I still paid for the Ink and needels needed, but never again. Prices are way off... but I guess if you dont know any better it doesnt matter.

Came in with a leaking vape pen thinking I needed a whole new one. Manny was super helpful and explained I just needed to change the coil. He did it for me and made sure the ones I bought fit my pen before letting me leave with the wrong product.

Super aggressive sales guy charged me for way too many things, and then proceeded to stare me down like Im the one who did something wrong. After I got annoyed, he proceeded to try to sell me a bunch more junk. The parking and entrance is also shoddy at best. Very low quality overall product wise and overpriced. Terrible products. I bought a scale that the salesman stated was good and it ended up being horrible at reading anything that was small. I asked to just exchange a product because it wasnt reading correctly and then stated no exchanges or refund. I wasnt told their were no refunds but I was directed to a sign. It was a iffy product which happens with electronics... To not even exchange it was terrible, I even offered to pay for a more expensive one & no bueno. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN not even for incense.

First Time-Went in the store and bought a oil burner. As I started to leave I decided to ask if I could get a long oil burner instead of the short one I just bought. She was not very friendly and that will be my last time to that smoke shop!!
