I want to start by saying I love Smoothie King and the smoothies have been a plus in helping me slim down but this has got to be by far the worst location that Ive ever been to. I ordered my usual. The smoothie that was given to me taste like its lacking an ingredient or two and is extremely icy. The young lady taking my order was not friendly at all.I just dont understand how people apply for customer service positions and have the worst attitudes. The inconsistency and lack of good service makes me not want to ever come back to this location.

I go to smoothie kings often, and when I do, you guys have horrible customer service. There is this girl at the front named bishop, and she is horrible to customers. The lines are too long, and the workers seem to lack efficiency. I have seen that girl on her phone every time I come in. I asked her if she could remake my smoothies because the smoothie didnt look blended, and she refused. I took a sip of my smoothie, and it tasted terrible. I opened my cup and found bugs in my smoothies. I am never coming back again.

Usually the smoothies tastes good but now it’s like my smoothies taste like straight soap. Can you guys rinse the blenders better??

Smoothies here usually taste great and are reasonably priced. However there’s one MAJOR problem.. the drive through line is RIDICULOUSLY SLOW!.. and it’s been this way for months. They must have either the laziest employees or a lack of employees. There’s no way it takes 5+ mins to serve each car. They need new management ASAP.

Everyone here moves at a snail’s pace. It’s honestly ridiculous. I worked smoothie king for a while it’s not that difficult. I was sitting at the window and watched them make and pour 2 smoothies before mine and I was just staring at it for about 5 minutes. Get it together

I ordered a 32oz supper nutty grain at 7am that was supposed to be ready at 7:08am. I arrived at 7:10 and my order was not ready. Only one person was behind the counter with long lines at the counter and drive thru. I waited patiently as more staff arrived late. Then people who arrived after me got their drinks before me. After 20 minutes I said something. My smoothie was immediately made but there was no apology, no offering of a free item or discount.

I work here, were very fast and create quality smoothies!

I ordered a 32oz. Pineapple Surf with added energy and was charged $9.21. I had no problem paying that price, however, when I asked for the leftover smoothie in a small courtesy cup the response was come again. When I repeated myself she told me they dont give out the extra. Didnt choose to go back and forth with her, however, Smoothie King gives you the bal vs wasting it since its paid for before you walk out the door.

As other places. There is a need for better customer service. They make my smoothie wrong, I asked for a credit instead of a smoothie or my refund back. it did not happen. I had to get another one made. I dont trust them to make them. This isnt my first time coming here. Ive been coming for at least 2 years period and its like playing Russian roulette. I just came to pick another one but no one makes a decision without calling the owner. So the lady commenced to making me another one without asking what was in this movie. So, now she has to make another one period it will be easier to give me my money back. That is three shakes for the price of $5. Its owner what do you think about that?

The customer service is non-existing. I love their smoothies but I am very disappointed in this particular location. They don’t accept Apple pay and another time I came with $50 bill to pay for my 2 large smoothies and they told me they don’t take over $20. Left without my smoothies. Very disappointed in this location. I wanted a sugar substitute and the csr had an attitude and wouldn’t acknowledge my question, just telling me the total.

Polite staff, great drinks, always a pleasure to return to this location.

Smoothies are excellent but service is really slow. Given that each smoothie is handcrafted I guess it is to be expected but still seems excessive.

So once again I went to smoothie King on a delivery. Ive been to this location before its pretty quick and easy. Smoothies are pricey, even if they are delicious.

Its in peculiar place... parking is limited, but has a drive-thru. My smoothie was great.

This is becoming a horrible establishment! The lines are now much longer than they used to be. You have to repeat your order several times and you have to taste your smoothie BEFORE you leave the drive thru to ensure that ALL ingredients have been included in your smoothie. If you return the smoothie with a complaint, you now get an entire diatribe to go with their obnoxiously rude customer service.

Smoothie King is one of my favorite places for a grab and go meal replacement. I especially like the location on Hwy 78 and the one on Ptree St. In downtown Atlanta. The customer service is great and the wait time is short. Customer service is very important to me. Thats one of the determining factors as to whether or not Id revisit an establishment. I must say, I visit these locations, at least, twice a week.

Great service! Cashier was friendly and informed me on the large $5 smoothie special which I wasn’t aware of. This location has a drive thru which is very convenient.

If i could give 0 stars, i would. My USAA card was old and wasnt working properly. So she said i needed another form of payment. I didnt have one...because it was my debit card...my form of payment!! I then requested her use the chip(which works) and she said they didnt do tht which is odd but acceptable. Then i requested her just type the debit card number in...she then informed me tht management doesnt like when she does tht. Is this a joke? Management will dislike my review and phone call muchhhhh more than her not typing in my card number. Jesus.

They always have good smoothies but their drive through speaker sounds worse than the metro speakers.

I wont be going here again. The teens the work there tend to have bad hygiene. They touch money and everything else without washing their hands and wash used cups or cups that fell without washing them properly. The last straw for me is that the two teens girl on my last visit was insulting me in face. I called them out and they admit to it. I let and am gone for good.

The smoothie was exactly what I needed. It was made in a timely manner. The staff was helpful and gave great product advice.

Clean, friendly, spacious. Chairs to sit while you wait. A few snacks and protein powder also available. Live the chocolate Shredder instead of some greasy work lunch!

This Smoothie King was great compared to the one in Loganville. This locations staff was professional and noncondescending. Unlike some of the arrogant little snouts that work at the Loganville location. Please to see there are establishments that respect and value customers such as this location.

The smoothies are always great and thats the only reason for the 3 stars..otherwise, there is a lady there who is very rude at the window and she is the same one from the previous time who was also rude..ONLY reason I would return to this location would solely be because Im craving a smoothie and the King offers the best flavors for their prices in the area..

I was a new customer to smoothie king and found the menu overwhelming. I asked for something good with energy. I was told the whole menu could do that. Long story short they werent helpful with my decision making.

This is my hubby and I fav place. Once they change the day, we havent been going as often as we use to. However the smoothies are still great! My bannana boat was nice thick and creamy. The staff was nice, and place was clean. They moved pretty quickly naking the smoothie as well.
