Love this office! Great service, exceptional staff that are passionate, consistent, & lovable. Great at what they do. They make you feel like family. Highly recommended orthodontics for those considering braces etc.

Such a relaxing atmosphere. The visit was for my daughter and she was made to feel so relaxed. National Orthodontics handled her with such care and professionalism. The journey has just begun but I am so relaxed knowing she is in good hands. Highly recommended.

WARNING!!!! Do not go to this office! They put brackets on my daughters teeth without permission and not according to her predetermined planned care schedule, wouldnt remove them, then charged us $1000.00. 8 months later, she is still being held hostage with just brackets on her teeth, they refuse to treat her, and refuse to release us to seeks care anywhere else. I cannot say enough about how uncaring, unprofessional and dishonest this office is. Do Not Go Here!!

Absolutely love them. They are very professional, I make them laugh, I drive all the way from East Atlanta to come here for my appointments even though I’m 10 minutes away from the stonecrest location. Make me comfortable, very attentive when you step in. Do my braces in a timely manner. Good customer service, keep up the good work folks! Don’t let me down after I’ve gave y’all this 5 star review oh and I been with them for 4 years I think and i only have one year left of my teeth being in jail so you know this is a real review, I wait and take my time to review places.

I wanted to wait 5 months before I wrote my review. And I must say, havent had any problems so far. The Doctor was nice, staff was nice to my son, and I was able to come in on a Sat. which worked out great for us. I referred my sister and she hasnt had any complaints. Dumbs up for us!!!!

This place is unorganized and the overall service and staff arent very pleasant. But it is also fairly inexpensive compared to other orthodontists so I guess you get what you pay for. If you can find somewhere else by all means do.

Very disappointed!!! My son had his braces did here, once it was time to have them removed, the dental technician failed to fit his retainer correctly which led to him re-injuring a chipped tooth. This all happened before we left the office in Stockbridge.

Do not waste your time going to this facility.It is one word GHETTO and unorganized! They have no respect for patients time. The lady at the front desk is RUDE and have no customer service skills at all. Its funny she is rude but always in a hurry to collect a payment. One question, who trained her? I would recommend the Stonecrest location or a different otho. They are more professional. GO AT YOUR OWN RISK!
