I love this practice. Dr. Dave is the best! She knows what she is doing and is great at communicating what is needed. All the ladies are nice and helpful. You’re never left wondering how much is this going to cost, they always have an estimate ready. I refer all my friends to this practice.

Dr. Dave is excellent and her staffs are sweet and helpful. Dr. Dave is so friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. She listened to my concerns, gave me the best solutions. She always explain what she’s doing and make sure I’m safe and comfortable during the processes. I had 3 teeth so sensitive on the sides for a while and she did great fillings on them that not only made them look so good, but also made me feel so good, I barely pick up any sensitivity after that. Today, first time since I was born, I got teeth whitening at her office, and I was amazed how my yellow teeth can turn into a pretty nice white color that I never thought I could ever have that before. I feel so much happier right now as my teeth feel and look better. I’m so grateful for knowing Dr. Dave through my friend. I trust Dr. Dave and I will come to her for any of my dental issues. Ive visited the dentist years ago. Decent visit. Today I took my mother who has had multiple strokes along with some other serious health issues. The office manager went above and beyond to make sure my mom was comfortable and felt safe while there. Big kudos to her.

The dentist knows what she is doing but they have no issue putting you through pain. The office staff has one competent person on it. More than once I had to tell someone not to speak to me disrespectfully. I bled quite a bit and it took over an hour for them to simply set a permanent crown. They dont warn you what they are going to do, they just dig in and assume it is fine with you. I did not have a good experience. My temp crown broke after two weeks. They Did get me a new one on a Friday (which they dont see patients on. Oh to have dentists hours). Generally, my biggest issues are the pain and the poor office staff.

Lilburn Family Dentistry is great ! The front staff and back make you feel absolutely comfortable. Little wait times and Dr Dave is the best. Will always recommend this office. Prices for patients with no insurance are un beatable .

I havent been to a dentist in years! This office made me feel Great! as if Ive been going for years. I had to have a bigger procedure that costed alot more money than I expected but they offered other options that fitted my financial situations. It was a wonderful experience! Will upsell at any turn. Routine cleaning (with insurance that covers at 100%) as a new patient just turned into being told we needed to pay for some special xrays, a deeper cleaning that isn’t covered, and even a crown. Which is insane because we’ve never been told that from any other dentist. We’re military and have seen many dentists in several different states and this was one of the worst experiences. Highly recommend going elsewhere if you want HONEST and ROUTINE care. We have insurance for a reason and this should be illegal to do to patients. A cleaning is a cleaning. At first they didn’t say any of these things were OPTIONAL and were acting like there was no choice. Until we questioned it and after some serious push back finally they said they’re optional. That is taking advantage of people and so very wrong. Also an 8:30am cleaning lasted for TWO HOURS. And we arrived at 8:15…..the only positive was the doctor was nice. The rest of the staff was very unpleasant to say the least.

I arrived, watched my hands and was taken to my room immediately! Adrienne provided me with the best patient care after I told her I didnt sleep all night due to anxiety about seeing the dentist. She comforted me in every way to prepare for my services that morning. The dentist was patient with me, answered all of my questions and provided me with information for my sons dental needs. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes for my treatment. Thank you for the great experience!

When I made the appointment they said they took my insurance. The lady didn’t verify the plan type. Received a call from their office from a lady asking my insurance info again. Still didn’t verify the plan type. Then when I get there they tell me they don’t accept my plan. Huh?!? So now I’m looking at out of network prices. And the lady with the dreadlocks standing in the back getting smart. They need to verify peoples insurance before answering quickly that they take a plan when they don’t. Wasted my time!!

Extremely disorganized and their customer service is poor. Had the first appointment September 2020 & set up a future appointment for a 6 month cleaning. I called the Friday before & left a voicemail. They never called back so on the following Monday after a received a text message reminder, I called that number back where they answered my question and I confirmed the appointment. My appointment was 2 days later, Wednesday. When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted, I said I was there for a 4 PM appointment & they responded by saying they no longer did 4 PM appointments & that “they tried calling me”. I showed her the text messages and the call log from the call I had that Monday where they confirmed and she took no sort of accountability and my appointment was not honored. She instead said, “we’ll book you tomorrow.” No apology, no accountability, no concern over my availability. I’ve called 2x since- to get my records and no one answers the phone or returns calls.

Set up an appointment through my insurance carrier (web med) because I was suffering from intense pain from a broken tooth that developed an abscess. I have broken many a bone in my time on earth, but this was the most excruciating pain I’ve had the displeasure of suffering. Arrived and filled out paperwork, upon returning paperwork was informed that they didn’t see my appointment. Every other patient came in and were seen in a timely manner except for me. One lady wasn’t scheduled For a crown fitting until next week, but since they had time they figured why not......:all the while I was writhing in pain. Never was I asked what I was there for or given any indication how long it was going to be. Finally after an hour I had enough, approached the counter and of course bewilderment/confusion.Luckily found a dentist down the street and they were amazing

I’ll admit I haven’t gone to a dentist in a few years, so I was a little nervous to what my exam would show. The entire experience was one of comfort and I didn’t feel judged one bit with the condition of my teeth. I now have a wonderful treatment plan going forward and the dentist made me feel so comfortable the whole time, even during my cleaning. They have a wonderful atmosphere in this office and I look forward to staying here for years.

I have been coming here for three years. The staff is so personable and polite. They treat their patients as friends! Appointments are usually quick and easy!They also take great care regarding COVID.

My son had an appt. weeks ago and had a cleaning and exam so they established that he needed a root canal. Then after that he made an appt. for that root canal but they changed the date. So finally he went in to have the root canal done and sit in the chair and says well you have to get a root canal done and thats you consultation and now you owe us $100. Really, we have already establish that weeks ago now you want $100 for something you said last month. SMH (and his insurance covers consultation and cleaning)

I made several calls and filled out an online request for an appointment. Took days for a response. I relayed my information for insurance on the call and let them know I was a first time patient. I go in for my appointment and I appreciate they were staying safe and being distant. There wasnt an immediate process but to be seated and wait. I finally fill out new patient forms. After completing forms, it takes over 30 minutes for me to go back. I finally go back and the dentist tells me they are still waiting to verify my insurance. After waiting another 10 minutes, Im told my appointment will only be an evaluation and not a teeth cleaning and Im responsible for $50. I am upset and annoyed at this point and leave. No remorse or care. They hand me my items and dont even look at me. I would not come back or recommend anyone. This was the most unprofessional service Ive ever had. Communicating that there were delays with my insurance would have been nice instead of me just sitting for 30 minutes. And when I booked the appointment, why was I not notified that it was an evaluation when I booked a teeth cleaning? Ill continue with the great service at Buckhead Dentistry. I have two stars because my initial dentist was pleasant and communicated what was going on.

I selected an appointment time without thinking it through. I contacted the office to see if I could reschedule. Ms. Charmaine worked with me and promised me she would get me out before noon. Office is very dated. Equipment is super old and worn and even has holes in it (X-ray cover). Plus side is the staff is super nice and so sweet and accommodating.

Dr Dave and her team are professional, honest, and friendly. I started going to her last year seeking a second opinion, after an evaluation from a different (and dishonest) dentist. I got my teeth cleaned today, she and her staff were willing to do it even with the COVID. They have their patients dental health and best interest at heart.

The place is clean, denstist and hygienist are nice and caring for thier patients BUTAlways overpriced, deep cleaning was way expensive.I guess Its gonna costs me an arm and a leg to clean and fix some of my teeth problems i have 🙄

Look no more! This is the best dentist I have ever been to. She sees my kids and myself as well. I know that my kids and I are in great hands. I love that she doesnt do procedures on the kids that arent necessary or trying to look for any reason to do so. I wish I could have found this place sooner. Dr. Daves bedside manner is great as well as her assistants. I have came on different days and different times and the ladies are always in a good and welcoming mood. To be honest they actually helped me be patient with my daughter that wasnt cooperating with Dr. Dave. Never have I seen that at a dental or doctors office. I can go on and on why I come here but Ill let you have your own reasons. Now there was only one time I came and they had a full house but the wait was surely worth it. Thank you ladies for making me feel welcomed all the time and making me feel like family.

Dr. Julpa Dave and her staffs are very warm, friendly, personable, with really awesome bed side manner if you know what I mean.....they are also professional, knowledgeable and experienced in what they do, making my experience in a dentist office which I am not really thrill about, A+ okay and well manageable. They goes to the extreme to make you feel very comfortable 😃, I love my dentist, this is why my whole family (husband and children) will be transferred here.

This place is a rip off even if you have insurance they still make you pay more from your pocket. The staffs are very friendly and nice but the doctor try to rip off she wants you to pay more from your pocket and make you buy some treatment for teeth from her office. She said my daughter have capvity but 3 weeks later I took my daughter to Dentistry for childrent they said my daughter dont have any capvity. We pay $90 more even our insurance covered for the cleaning.

Very professional and so kind. I called in today as a new client and they were able to get me in AND already had my insurance on file when I arrived. They gave me a breakdown of the cost and future dental plan during my appointment. It was a wonderful experience.

They were so good with Kiddo that I changed over to them as well. Lot of bad experiences with pediatric dentist corporations in the past so its been great to have one that I can trust with oral health. I really missed my dentist and her care. I hadnt been in a while due to a illness, but she took good care of me before my sickness and afterwards which was today. Very professional and the greatest experience I ever had . I had to have a crown done and when I tell you that i did not feel a thing (painless including the shot). I decided then that I will be taking my children in for services . I have been visiting this dentist for a year now, but Im definitely making this place my permanent home. Great job!!!!

Dr. Jalpa has been our family dentist for six years or so. Shes super knowledgeable and weve had nothing but good experiences there. She has a great staff and group of ladies! I highly recommend them for both the adults and children in your household.

I took my daughter here for her six month check up. They are very friendly and professional! They are used to working with children so they have patience with them. Great service and amazing staff! I had to find a new dentist after going to the same dentist since I was a child because of a new insurance. Naturally, I was very nervous and not sure what to expect. The positive and inviting energy of the staff helped to calm my nerves and Dr. Jalpa was very knowledgeable and I could tell that she cared about me and did not think of me as just another patient. She was very patient with me while replacing a fill-in and crown. I trust her and have found a new dental family!

The dentist first notified me of three crowns that I needed done. She first put in one at the time which was temporary and coming back for the permanent, she told me that itll be best if I got the two done on one side, in case of future arrangements for me to getting my teeth straighting out later on. One of my permanment crown tooth fell out and the receptionist was quick enough to book me the same day that I had called and in a matter of hours my crown tooth was put back into place. Patiently waiting on the next visit, a brown staining on my teeth was forging and with my check up for cleaning she chipped away the brown spot that was starting to form on my front tooth.

I have had a wonderful experience at Lilburn Family Dentist so far! I came in with severe fractures in my two front teethe due to a scooter accident and everyone has been so helpful with my recovery. Dr. Jalpa Dave is very personable and gentle. Mrs. Charmayne at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. And Mrs. Adrianne, the dental assistant, was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I truly appreciate the overall calm and friendly atmosphere at this office. It is hard to go through something that makes you loose your smile and I am grateful for everyone in this office who helped me smile again.

I came to this dental office cause of the awesome reviews on doctor Jalpa she is amazing she didnt critize me for having my wisdom teeth in for so long. She was able to pull two in less then a hour. Note that this review is based on the dentist and last visit on September 2016. I do not know how it is this year.I hate to give a bad review but I I think this office deserves it. So, I found this dental office through my insurance. They said they accept it. So I went ahead and call for an appointment. When I got there on my appointment day, they were already pretty crowded at the waiting area. Which most dental office shouldnt be. I went ahead and check in, provided my insurance info, talk to the receptionist. I told them I just want a basic routine examination and a maintenance cleaning that day. {Note that this is what I told them over the phone when I made an appointment}. They were like alright, no Biggie....so I waited for 45 minutes {how could I forget? I keep looking at the time, and left me with a horrible impression}. Just waiting..and waiting..and finally an hour later, someone called me for a routine X-ray. In my head I was like..finally after 48years!!! Sure, they took an X-ray, it only took about 1 minute. after that I went to have a seat, in one of the rooms to wait, because there was only doctor. So, I was like, alright, I just have be patient, no rush.. I guess {in my head}. Then, here goes the dentist came in. Take a look at me teeth, and told me I need deep cleaning... I said, well, I can understand that, but can I just at least get a regular cleaning, Ive been here almost close to 2 hrs., she told me It has to be deep cleaning, because she will be the one to do it, and no, she wont do a regular cleaning.. I said, no thank you, I shall leave.See, I dont mind getting deep cleaned in my teeth, eventually I will, but the thing is, I dont what it is at that time, because she did not explained to me the reasons behind it, and why I should get it. I just met that doctor, that day, and told me that I have to have all those work. The other thing is, she book so many patient in one day, and she has no dental Hygienist. How did I know?? because the rest of them told me! (there are 3 receptionist and 1 dentist, and no DH), guess what, that is why I have to wait for 2 hrs. I specifically told them , just want a routine cleaning, there is a difference between a routine cleaning and a deep cleaning. If they dont do it at all, they need to tell me over the phone. I can understand if the dentist has concerns, but, you know, I just need to make another appointment... but oh well. Lesson learned NOT TO GO There!I found another dental office, with great service, first, I did not have to wait for 2 hrs, second, I did got my routine dental check-up & routine cleaning, and did have an explanation why I need deep cleaning. I did got a deep cleaning on my 3rd visit. 3rd, they have several dental hygienist and they dont book on more than what they can handle and really takes care of their patient.

The dentist is nice, but this was the SLOWEST dental experience weve ever had. Me and my husband were there for 4 hours just for a CLEANING. The dentist does the cleaning herself, maybe thats why it was so slow. We were also the only patients the whole time. Also it was a painful cleaning for both of us, more painful than normal, not sure why bc my husband has no issues but just felt like we were getting jabbed in the mouth more than normal. The dentist was nice, it was just a really unnecessarily slow dental appointment.
