I cant say enough good things about Dr. Babolola. She truly cares about each and every one of her patients. She is kind, caring, and more importantly she knows her craft and is good at it. I also love her strong spiritual foundation. And I do sincerely believe that it is partly because of her intercessory prayers that I was able to be healed from years of gynecological/fertility issues. I will forever have love for Dr. Babolola and all that she does.

Shes just Rude as Hell..This Doctor really denied me an order that was needed from my Mammogram Doctor because they found something on my Right breast .This is so important and makes me nervous..She has no compassion...Then she goes on Telling me just because she hadnt seen me in a year she will not give me the order unless I make an appointment and come in..Excuse me there was a Pandemic going on .Why would I go If its not an Emergency..She told me I dont just go around giving orders out..what Doctor talks to her patients iike that ...If I could I would leave NO stars ..Time for a New Doctor..Im Done..

Would leave ZERO STARS IF I COULD. Ive had multiple (about 8-10) experiences with Dr. Babalolas office staff that were so atrocious I feel compelled to leave the practice a low star rating.Although Dr. Babalola seems like she COULD be a reasonably capable physician, she did not make any attempt to see me any more quickly when, after waiting in her nearly empty practice for two hours and 15 minutes (one patient was already in waiting room when I arrived, and there was a second patient in the back being seen; I saw him leave 30 minutes after I arrived), I was weeping audibly due to my pain, and I asked the office staff to check on the extreme wait time after and hour and 45 minutes. The staff, Dr. Babalola included, kept giving what were truly quite obvious excuses. The practice has no urgency whatsoever.Lack of ability to pull up and/or get my medical records to my insurance company ever, after my insurance companys multiple attempts; several office staff members making excuses for their ineptitude; several office staff members answering questions prior to pulling up my records that they could not have possibly answered without identifying who I was and pulling up my specific records; two instances of being asked to hold the line, then promptly being hung up on; three instances of office staff and Dr. Babalola simply blaming our new records system, without any attempt to go back into the old system to retrieve records so they could give me proper care: these are some of my complaints.I am not one of those whiny reviewers with unreasonable or unrealistic demands who feel entitled to special treatment. In fact, I work in digital marketing and as a person who is sensitive to a small businesses need to have a good online reputation, I take joy in leaving good reviews when they are deserved. That simply isnt the case here. Far from it.If you choose this doctor after reading the many reviews online similar to mine, then find that you, too, are extremely dissatisfied with this practice, it wont be because you havent been warned.My hope is that Dr. Babalola will see these many reviews and figure out a way to have her office staff trained to at least minimally acceptable standards of practice.

I have received excellent care at Dr. Babalolas office for over a year. Dr. Babalola really cares about her patients. She is very knowledgeable in her field.The staff is very friendly. The head nurse goes above and beyond to help. Go and see for yourself. You will not be disappointed.

DR. CECILIA WAS VERY NICE THE DAY OF MY APPOIMENT. HOWEVER THE NEVER CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW THE LAB TEST RESULTS.I CALLLED A MONTH LATER JUST TO ASK IF EVERYTHING WAS OK, LATOYA WAS UNABLE TO LOCATE MY LAB TEST RESULTS.SHE SAID SHE WILL CALLED ME BACK, SHE NEVER DID. TWO WEEKS LATER I CALLED AGAIN TO SEE WHAT HAD HAPPEND WITH THE RESULTS, AGAIN SAME STORY BUT THIS TIME I MADE HER CALL ME BACK (THIS WAS A DIFFERENT PERSON) SO SHE CALL ME BACK AND SAID THAT SHE FOUND MY RESULTS. SHE SAID THAT I HAVE TO GO BACK AND SEE DR. CECILIA BECAUSE SOMETHING WRONG WITH MY HEALTH. THAT REALLY UPSET ME BECAUSE IF SOMETHING IS WRONG WHY ALMOST TWO MONTHS HAD PASS WITHOUT ANYONE CALL TO LET ME KNOW. WHY I HAD TO CALL THEM TWO TIMES TO FIND OUT THE I HAVE TO FOLLOW UP WITH THE DOCTOR? IS MY HEALTH IS NOT A GAME. I DEFENETLY DONT RECOMEND THIS DOCTOR, HER STAFF IS THE WORST, THEY WILL LET YOU DIE FOR SURE IF YOU DONT FOLLOW UP ON YOUR OWN.

I tried to give an AA doctor a chance but this office is just horrible. They do not care ANYTHING about their patients. As the previous review said you have an appt at 2:00 and the only patient there and she will not see you until 3:00 or after. Then try to request your medical records last minute and the front office gives you attitude. The front office staff with a combination of her is just a big disaster.I cannot begin how disgusted I am with this office. How can people be so rude about the healthcare of others. They would not even be a patient of their office why do that to others. They deserve on every level that can be graded.

I made an appointment a couple weeks ago for a physical and it wouldve been my first time seeing this doctor. I wasnt too impressed with the females answering phone due to fact I kept getting passed back and forth on the phone and then I got disconected before I could even set up the appointment. I ignored my good intuition and called back to make the appointment. The day before my appt. a female calls my emergency contact to confirm the appointment. Huh? After this happened I just called and cancelled altogether. I cant say anything bad about the doctor because Ive never seen her. I only decided to go with her because she is of Nigerian descent. She may possibly be a good dr. but it doesnt seem like she has competent people working in her front office.
