This dental office is filled with some of the best people in the industry. They really care about everyone who comes through the door. They have never been anything but nice. My car even died in the parking lot and they offered to let me sit inside as well as snacks and drinks. Two of them even tried jumping my car. Genuinely good people who make going to the dentist fun.

Lipson dental did an amazing job of making me feel safe and taken care of when I recently had to have a unforeseen procedure. Dr. Kapur did a phenomenal job looking at the situation and referring me to their oral surgeon Dr. Gupta! He was so sweet, caring and careful during the procedure. Great staff all the way around. Dentist visit can be scary for adults too. They are all so pleasant they can almost make you forget scary for a minute. I’ve been experiencing a lot of tightness in my mouth and decided to go see Dr. Gupta about getting my wisdom teeth removed. Everyone at the Lipson Group is very nice and amazing at their jobs. The facilities are state of the art and very clean. On the dental side, Dr. Deal was awesome, she makes being at the dentist at 8am not only bearable but fun. If you’re looking for a dentist, don’t bother shopping around. Lipson Group is the only one to go to.

I wrote a review yesterday concerning an issue I had with Lipson Dental. There was a $68 balance discrepancy on my account that I had been disputing to not avail. I was very discontent with the way things were handle up until this morning when I received a call from Kerry, the office manager. Kerry (excuse misspelling in advance) was very professional in her stance of reimbursing the $68 for the sake of maintaining a professional relationship and ensuring customer satisfaction. Thank you Kerry for showing such professionalism. We will be returning to complete our original request to have our son’s wisdom teeth removed as Lipson Dental has proven to us that customer satisfaction really does come first at their practice.

I have been to many different dentists in my life, and this is by far the BEST! From the second you walk in, they treat you like family. The lobby is welcoming and the staff is very friendly. I recently changed dentists to Dr. Deal and I could not be happier! I have had bonding in my front teeth for over ten years that has had to be replaced multiple times. My son recently had his wisdom teeth removed here. All the staff at Lipson Dental are wonderful! Dr. Gupta was very thorough with the exam and even called the night of surgery to check on him! My son was very nervous and they made sure he was comfortable and helped him to feel at ease. My experience with Lipson Dental Group was wonderful! The office staff was very welcoming and professional, and the wait time was very short. Melissa Bradley is the best hygienist! She did a great job cleaning my teeth and was very thorough, and she is also very good with kids. She cleaned my 5 year olds teeth as well and made her feel very comfortable and eased all of her nerves! She cant wait to go back and wear the cool sunglasses they let her wear while getting her teeth cleaned! Let me start by saying that Lipson Dental is not on my insurance plans preferred list of dentist and I still choose them over anyone on my preferred list. This is THE BEST dentist group I’ve ever been to. Just calling to make an appointment was a joy. You’re not bounced around and waiting forever. Everyone addresses you with a smile in their voice. They also any questions you may have before you come in. If they can’t answer the question, someone will answer it for you once you arrive and are settled in for your appointment. When you arrive you’re greeted with the same smile in person that you heard over the phone! I haven’t taken care of my oral health like I should and I told them that. They could care less! They DO NOT judge you. They welcome you with open arms and are ready to get you on the right path immediately! They told me, “forget about the past you’re here now and that’s the best part”! They made me feel comfortable right from the start! After being so lax with my oral health, I actually can’t wait to go back for my follow ups and get my teeth and gums in better condition. I’d highly recommend them to ANYONE!!! My anxiety about going to the dentist is history thanks to Lipson Dental. If I could give them 5 stars for each person that I’ve come in contact with, from the receptionist to the hygienist to the dentist themselves I would. From the front desk to the money taker- everyone is cheerful and greets each client with a smile and hello.To sit under a drill 1 week before Christmas and describe a positive experience is something. I hadnt laughed so hard as I did when my mug photos were taken on my first visit. Kris and Ryan took very good care of me and my teeth- made me feel at ease and semi-comfortable. These folks do amazing work. The doctors are extremely down to earth and friendly. No hard sell for work needed. They answer any questions and as busy as they are the Doctors don’t make you feel like they are in a rush. Reception is very helpful with any questions you have and offer excellent advice on scheduling, and insurance. So pleasant. The Hygienists are unbelievable in their craft. Very pleasant while they work on your teeth.Bottom Line-You are going to feel truly great after a cleaning. You can see and feel the pride they take in their work. It is money well spent. I trust these folks with my teeth.

So I have never been a fan of the dentist visit. My trip to Lipson was in a word AMAZING. The staff beginning with Brittney at the reception desk, who took my information (for a paperless check) was all smiles and pleasant and put me at easy from the start. Next came the dental assistant ( please forgive me as I forgot her name) and my dental hygienist Kathy, who made my deep cleaning (if you can believe it) comfortable and easy with the help of a little gas. Dr. Ryan was kind and engaged in ensuring that I was comfortable and that my expectations were met. My last stop was Ms. Cinnamon, who checked me out, got me booked for my next visit and did it all with smiles and giggles. Lipson Dental...YOU ROCK. I have taken my granddaughter to Lipson Dental for a couple of years. She loves getting her teeth cleaned by “Miss Melissa” Bradley. Melissa treats her like a rock star! She thinks it’s so cool to wear sunglasses and watch cartoons while she gets her teeth cleaned. Melissa is very gentle and her sweet sense of humor puts my granddaughter at ease from the moment we arrive. The doctors are wonderful with children and the advice we receive regarding her dental health is second to none. I absolutely Love this Dental Office. They have calmed my fears of having dental work, and made me feel comfortable after a traumatic previous experience at another dentist. Dental Hygienist Melissa Bradley took my blood pressure prior to my cleaning to make sure I was in a good range, and also called to follow up with how I was doing a few weeks after the appointment. Lipson dental extracted all four of my wisdom teeth and did a great job, the procedure was painless and expedient, they provided pain medication, oral antibiotics, as well as antibiotic mouthwash. The lack of infection and good stitching allowed for quick healing. If youre looking for a good oral surgery team, theyve got one of the best!

For me in the past it would take me awhile to get through an appointment because I would have anxiety and a gag problem. But Melissa kept me very calm during my visit and it was the best experience. Was highly impressed with the level of service and professionalism at Lipson Dental. Karen was a pure joy to deal with. Charmed my two daughters (7 & 10) making them feel at ease and comfortable with all procedures. X-rays to cleaning to Flouride treatment. Dr. KapurWas wonderful as well. Previously having made an outstanding pediatric oral surgery referral. We are well pleased and will continue to seek treatment for our family there. Thanks to all of you.

I broke a tooth one night and called the next morning at 8am for an appointment. By 9am I was in the chair and they were going to work on my tooth! I was a new patient so I expected to have to spend time filling out papers etc. Nothing like that happened. No wait time at all and only a few questions to answer in the exam room. Easy as pie!Stephanie took great care of me, and kept me entertained as my tooth was prepped for a crown by Dr. Kapur. Then she fitted me with a temporary crown. I was out of there in no time, and with no pain at all. I have to admit that I am actually looking forward to going back for the permanent crown in a few weeks. They really are that nice! Dr. Kapur even called me at home that evening to see how I was doing! 😁

Really great atmosphere with an amazing staff! I’m normally a very anxious person, but not here! The assistant Shelby helped calm my nerves and helped me through it. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

These are the most caring dentists I’ve ever been to. You can tell they really care about the patients and aren’t just trying to see as many as possible in a day. Every hygienist I’ve had has been wonderful. The office people are kind and friendly.

Tina cleans my teeth and leaves me feeling squeaky clean 😁 she makes me very comfortable. The office has pillows, blankets, TVs on the ceiling, and coffee. Front office is 👌🏻. Everyone is always smiling. I only hate that it takes me an hour to get there!

Probably the best dentist I have ever been to. The doctor I saw was so gentle and I wasn’t there for very long at all. I love the way they speak to you about the finances before they do the procedure so you aren’t blind sided afterwards. I am going to bring my entire family here!

As usual my dental visit was great. I had one crown completed and another one begun. No pain from procedure. I have been going to Dr. Brandenburg for over 20 years and would recommend him to anyone. The office personnel and assistants are very pleasant and are very proficient in their jobs.

We first knew about Lipson Dental Group 6 months ago, through a referral by our sons orthodontist. Their service is superb and staff are very nice. Our sons love going there and that means a lot to me since they are teens; and we all know kids would not be fond of going to the dentist. Mellisa, our hygienist is nothing short of exceptional. She would provide you with the best care she could, and always welcoming, friendly and thorough in what she does. Dr. Kapur and other team members are also nice and highly professional.
