I had my first visit with Dr. Frank on 3/17/21. I looked at these reviews prior to going and was a bit apprehensive because of the previous review.I found Dr. Frank and all of his staff to be efficient and friendly!! I was checked for a temperature and given a short form to complete at arrival. Then shortly taken to an exam room which was clean and prepared. My blood pressure and weight were taken!Afterwards the doctor and his assistant arrived to do the exam. He was well acquainted with my past medical history and asked very specific questions prior to the exam! Clearly he had read my chart prior to coming in.Even though these type of exams can be less than comfortable, Dr. Frank communicated with me throughout the exam as to what to expect as he was doing the exam. The exam was quick and gentle. His female assistant there during the exam.Afterwards, Dr. Frank answered any questions I had. My whole experience was positive one! I would comfortably say, I will return to Dr. Frank again and would recommend him to others!

Dr. Frank is absolutely amazing. He truly cares for his patients. He is informative, polite, caring, & funny.He takes the time to listen to any concerns and explains everything thoroughly. I have never felt more comfortable in any other doctors office. Dr. Frank and his staff are the best. I will never be able to thank them enough for the outstanding care they always provide.

Worst Dr experience ive ever had and its been 4 yrs and im still scarred by the experience. Hes very rough, seems careless, rushed, & arrogant. The way that he quickly messy stapled me shut after surgery when i asked for dissolvable stitches left me feeling disfigured. He also told me not to have more kids, left me devastated. Gladly i found another dr and confidently had another baby. My doc b4 and after Dr. Frank left me feeling just fine, grateful & confident in their work.

I followed up with Dr. Frank after an ER visit. I overheard him speaking to the nurse stating that he had just seen me! I have NEVER met this person in my life. No introduction, no niceties. Just barking at me to move down to the edge of the table. Were doing a pelvic exam. He was rough and not sympathetic.I felt that I was an absolute inconvenience to have to see me. No stars. The office was not very busy at all. Rude and dismissive.

Very pleased with the entire staff. I previously saw Dr Allen for my first born, and now am seeing Dr Frank. Very very happy with every appointment and experience!

Dr. Frank is very nice and will listen to your questions or concerns. The staff is also sweet. Probably my favorite ob gyn office and doctor I’ve ever been too.

I love my doctor! Dr. Frank has delivered two kids and now Im having my third baby. Due 2017. Dr. Frank takes time to be with his patients, including me. He is very patient, kind, caring, respectful and a great doctor. I recommend Dr. Frank to my friends and family members!

I personally love dr Frank, he has helped me along the way with trying to get pregnant. He never gave up on me or told me I was too young for kids like my previous doctor has. I love his medical assistant Vanessa! They’re both caring & they listen to my problems & Vanessa always returns my phone calls. His other staff I’m not a huge fan of tbh. There is one who answers the phone (I’m assuming is the receptionist) & she rushes you, like she doesn’t give you a chance to explain why you’re calling. Then she always hangs up doesn’t even say bye. 😒

I’ve been going to Dr Frank for almost 15 years. He’s a great doctor and I always had good experiences with him and his staff.

One of the worst Doctors that I have ever had, Dr. Frank. At his office he started a procedure and burned the inner wall of my V. He then got upset at me stating that i moved and it was my fault! He took his gloves off and walked out of the room just left me there! I should of sued but I had cancer cells that needed to be removed thank God I found a much better doctor to take care of me. Dont go to this guy!

Horrible customer service, I was with Dr Allen for years and never once had a problem with Dr Allen or his staff. such a shame I have to inconveniently find a new Dr and have my medical records transferred.

Dr. Frank is the best doctor. He delivered both my babies, and if I ever decide to have more children he will continue to be my doctor.

My experience about the doctor. Ralph frank excellent doctor, my 4 pregnancies have been without complications very kind and attentive as one needs and now I am in my 5 pregnancy and I do not change the doctor for another! Very good doctor in all ways .
