We had to place our great uncle here and we dealt with Heidi. She was caring compassionate and very kind. I wasnt going to initially leave a review until I saw the one from Brittany. Obviously , Brittany was having a bad day or not handling the situation of her family member very well because Heidi was like a breath of fresh air during a time of sadness for our family. If you have a loved one that needs transitional care - this is the place to be! Ask for Heidi !

Heidi from their office is extremely rude! Called to get some information for my grandmother and she had a complete attitude. Told me I could google another place to help with my questions. Someone needs to talk to her about how she speaks to potential clients. So rude! Your in the wrong line of work if you cant be compassionate. By some of the reviews I had a little hope as it is hard to find a nice place to put your trust in with your loved ones. While this place may be wonderful, your staff (Heidi) changed that view quickly.

The facility may be dated (but they are building a new one) but it is immaculate and has one of the best staff and medical professionals that our family has ever encountered. They are compassionate, professional and highly resourceful. I would not choose anywhere else.

Excellent care provided to the patients and it’s a terrific place to work. This Skilled Nursing Facility has three distinct programs – short term rehab patients, long term and memory care. Now affiliated with Transitional Care Management, this formerly county owned facility is going thru many changes, modifications and positive growth.

Lacking consistency with my mothers care. Perhaps more hands on deck would be in order. Diet not very good. But the place is always clean.

Best place to work as a CNA, best place for family members to bring their families to be cared for. Worked in many nursing facilities as a CNA never been to a place like this where your heart doesnt cry for the residents being admitted at the place. Residents are cared for with love, respect and dignity, and also respect and professionalism amongst employees. THE BEST PLACE THE BEST CARE ever witnessed.*Still employed .

Very helpful staff from before she was admitted all the way to the nurses taking care of her during her stay. Building is outdated but they run a nice caring operation.

My father is a current resident on the memory care floor. I feel the staff is very caring, compassionate and responsive to family concerns. I believe my father is well cared for at WH. I would highly recommend a visit to WH to anyone concerned for their loved ones care.

Commodes left dirty from overnight until 4 and 5 PM when I complained, and this continued to happen after a complaint to the administration. Trash on floor in fall risk residents room.
