I came here for a root canal and i was super nervous, and both Dr. Copeland and the lady working with him, I believe her name is Monica, were so nice. It was over in about 20 minutes, didnt hurt at all, and she told me what was happening at every step. I would definitely recommend coming here.

I took my 92 year old grandmother here for a root canal that her general dentist wasnt able to do. On the way home she kept telling me how pleasantly surprised she was with the whole experience (she was very nervous beforehand). She said Dr. Copeland was very gentle and patient and made her feel at ease. Shes been telling all of her friends this is the place to go if you need a root canal!

Dr. Copeland was recommended by my general dentist.I needed a root canal which I was quite nervous about but it went very smoothly! It wasnt painful like I anticipated and Dr. Copeland was very personable and quite funny! The office was very clean. I hope to never have another root canal but I will definitely return if I do.

Issues office team not following up and will remove when my billing is is complete . No fun and yet hopefully the team will get what was promised done.

Do not go to this man! He will purposely mislead you just to make money.A friend of mine had X-Rays of her teeth done, and had the disc and photos with her when she went here. He then said that he could not use those he would have to take X-Rays of his own. He told her that it would cost $150 up front, but that her insurance would credit her back and cover the cost.BUT since she had just had them taken the day before, her insurance Would NOT cover it! They said that he did Not have to take is own pictures and should of used the ones she had, and he would know that fact. So he is intentionally taking peoples money knowing these facts, and my friend is out $150!HE WILL STEAL FROM YOU IF YOU GO HERE!!

I needed a second opinion on a root canal that was giving me trouble for over a year. Dr. Copeland got me in right away and found the issue within minutes. He had the latest and most up to date equipment needed to make the diagnosis quickly. Within 30 minutes he had fixed the issue and most importantly the pain that I had for over a year!

Doctor Copeland says he is in your network and then provides you services out of your network and does not tell you at the time of visit until they have taken your money. Xrays example. He charged me $150 for Xrays I have no use for! Very upset it should be against the law to do something like this! He have found a loop hole in the system and is using it against customers BEWARE of this so called Professional. He does not deserve a star

Not recommended. He doesn’t seem to have a surgical microscope. Also, for my one-year follow-up appointment, he didn’t even come out of his office to look at my mouth, even though I’m still having problems.

Fabulous experience!! No pain, very honest and hysterically funny!!!

I cannot believe how rude the receptionist was on the phone! Based on the interaction with her, we decided to go to a different office.
