I recently took my elderly father to see Dr. Rutledge. He hadn’t been to a dentist in quite some time and was very nervous heading into the appointment.After only a few minutes of meeting with Dr. Rutledge and her very friendly staff, I could tell my father was at ease.Dr. Rutledge took the time to break down my fathers diagnosis and proposed treatment plan, making it understandable. My father walked out of the appointment feeling comfortable with his diagnosis and upcoming treatment plan.Thank you Dr. Rutledge! You worked wonders.I strongly encourage anyone looking for a new dentist to give Park Avenue Dental Professionals a visit!

Was charged for a filling that I never even had done, which I was informed by another dentist that I didn’t even need in the first place. All I had was a routine dental cleaning, which has always been fully covered by my insurance, which I was told was an accepted insurance at my visit. I will not pay $300+ for a procedure I’ve never had done and as a result, this has severely impacted my credit. I’ve been dealing with this for three years and when I called the office directly to try and have my issue resolved, the lady who answered was extremely rude, she had an attitude with me and told me that there was “no excuse” for me not paying this, that “anyone could pay this if they set money aside” after I had politely communicated my issue to her. She doesn’t know my financial or personal situation and what she did was extremely insensitive, unprofessional and unhelpful. As somebody who works with people in delinquent accounts as well, I would never even think speak to them the way she spoke to me.. regardless of their circumstances.The office itself was nice, and so was the dental staff, hence the 5 stars from others. But none of it was worth this. There’s another review about them being “con artists”, so I know I’m not the only one. Heavily take this into consideration before coming here. A nice office and fairly nice staff isn’t worth any of this… I’ve never had this issue with any other office.

Friendly and caring team! New patient forms process all online/mobile-friendly. Office staff were helpful with scheduling and provided clear info on insurance coverages. Initial visits for exam and cleaning for my wife, daughter, and me were very thorough, including x-rays and baseline pictures. It was my daughter’s first dentist appt, and the team made it a positive one! Focus is on preventative care so Dr Thomas and hygienist Savannah took time to inform, educate, and discuss treatment and to get to know more about us personally and about our dental health, while Marise made sure the whole visit went smooth.

Amazing staff and atmosphere! They go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and understand everything they are doing. Would recommend to anyone!

I’m going through a tooth extraction and an implant tooth replacement, the entire staff has been very helpful and has guided me through the entire process. The office of course is very clean and the staff really cares about everyone’s safety during theses difficult times. Regarding the implant, Dr Rutledge is very knowledgeable, patient and is able to explain to me in layman’s terms, what is going to happen.The experience is as good as a visit to the dentist can be!

Hands down the best dental office I have ever been to. The entire staff is kind, friendly and knowledgeable. Right when you walk in, the front desk ladies make you feel welcomed and comforted. First time getting my teeth cleaned in over two years and I can honestly say it is the most professional dental office I’ve been too. All of the women who work there were very kind and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything they were doing to me and how it impacts the future of my mouth. The office administrator was also very friendly and inviting to me knowing I was somewhat scared of the dentist. Will definitely be a longtime patient.

I cannot say enough great things about this office!! I had to bring my two little kids with me to my cleaning today and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating to us. My 1 year old screamed the whole time. I was so worried we were disrupting the office that I offered to reschedule but they were so understanding that they insisted I stay. Thankfully they were able to get us in an out with ease. Thank you for making your patients feel at home!

We have been patients at this practice for over 10 years and would recommend them very highly. Both dentists and all of the staff are just wonderful. They have been available to us in cases of emergency and have given us great referrals and support for oral surgeons, orthodontists, etc. We have been very happy with all of their services from routine cleanings to cosmetic issues as well as major dental work. No need to find a separate dentist for the kids and parents either - they have been fantastic with my children and the kids just love going there!

Dr. Jaroch is terrific. Besides doing great quality work, as many dentists do, her practice focuses on minimizing any pain, or even discomfort, of their patients... more so than any dentists office Ive experienced in my many years. If another dentist or a new dental assistant in her office works on you, shell inquire as to how it went and whether there was any pain or discomfort with the work. The staff, office, and dental equipment at Park Avenue Dental are above and beyond impeccable, genuine and friendly. Not only do they and have taken excellent care of my teeth, but they are now my friends. Never a painful wince about having to go to the dentist! I moved to California a year ago and still come back to Libertyville just to see them, and because they take such amazing care of my gums and teeth, I only have to come once every sixth months!
