Front desk staff are welcoming. Cindy, the tech, is a professional that always is kind and gentle. She has done my annual scan for the past several years and always makes it a positive experience.

Do NOT go here unless you like paying out of pocket for preventive care and getting worked up over nothing. I had the same experience as others have posted. Not only did they say there was a problem (when there wasn’t according to my OB) so they could bill it as such and cause unwarranted fear, they put me with an out of network physician who read the results and charged me out of network. Now I’m getting a giant bill for both which my insurance told me if they could just bill it correctly they would pay it as preventive 100%. My insurance also agreed to pay the out of network dr fee since it was beyond my control that they have an out of network dr read the results. However I have yet to see that refund from the physician. This clinic also told me that I have to ask for this same dr every time for consistency and come back every 6 months. When I called them a few weeks ago to have them correct their billing they said they’d review it and get back to me. Now I’m getting a bill from collections and then they keep calling to schedule my next appointment. Yeah no. Not going back there.

Im posting my wifes experience getting a mammogram at Liberty hospital. She went in for her yearly mammogram & the young girl doing it rushed (she spent the least amount of time ever) through the procedure & then REFUSED to give her the results. a few days later she was told there was a PROBLEM & needed to have it done again. Then the second time, a different girl explained that the problem was the first girl didnt do it right. NOW we have to pay a LARGE bill for an un-needed mammogram all because the first girl didnt do her job right. tried to call & fix this, NOTHING DOING.... pay or go to collections!!! NO STARS for this kind of customer service.

The nurses and technicians were very friendly. Nice calming atmosphere. Got my mammogram and results very quickly.

First of all, I cannot believe that someone could give a 1 star rating, based solely on a miscommunication with insurance and accounting....and that person wasnt even the patient. Very unfortunate.This facility is top notch - warm, comfortable, and nurturing from the moment you walk in the door. Having a mammogram is never a fun time, but these women are so gentle and caring, that it truly is a breeze. I cant recommend it enough...and walk-in appointments too - very convenient. A beautiful, soothing environment, with caring professional women, start to finish. Great experience!

Mammograms arent at the top of the list of thing women enjoy doing, but Liberty Hospital Womens Imaging makes the experience much better! The office is more spa-like than clinical. The staff members are gentle during the exam. I like that no appointment is necessary, so I can go when it is convenient AND I get my results during the visit.

The staff at the imaging center were very professional and caring during my visits. I had several procedures and visits and each one was timely and I was treated with respect and made to feel comfortable. The addition of Dr. patel to the team means that you will get first class care.

Didn’t make it past the front desk. The assistant working at the front desk was yelling to two people in the back asking which codes were for mammograms, not professional. Then told me it could be $400 more or less they didn’t know They put it 3 or 4 different codes and still couldn’t tell me a price.Then I was told I would be charged another fee because they do not read the radiology reports right there they send them somewhere else which is another fee that they could not tell me the amount.Please be aware that Liberty hospital will charge you as much as they can for everything once you get in thereThey wanted me to sign a document and I walked out.....Go to Diagnostic Imaging off of North Oak they have a radiologist in-house that reads the reports they can tell you to the cent what your bill will be they also set up payment plans for youNO TO LIBERTY HOSPITAL IMAGING

Do NOT recommend. My insurance covers regular mammograms at 100%. Liberty Hospital said we could upgrade to a 3D mammogram for $50. We paid the hospital $50 and 3 months later get a bill from Alliance Radiology for an additional $50. This imaging center has a partnership with Alliance, sends everything to them for reading, and knows there is an additional charge you will receive yet still tells you it is only $50. I spoke to patient accounting at the hospital and they verified that they know there will be an additional charge, but dont mention it.
