Wish there was a 0 star. Went to Liberty Hospital ER in November 2019, had CT scans done. Gave ER insurance information. Claims went to Medicare and my secondary, but Alliance Radiology never filled a claim with Medicare, and they had the insurance information. Got a bill, didnt pay it, was waiting on them to file claim, and now, of course, they have sent me to a collection agency. Asked for an itemized statement showing what and why their bill was denied, but just got a statement showing what I owe. Dont think I will ever go back to this ER.

Id rather give 0 stars! I received a phone call from a collection agency demanding payment. I have never received any sort of bill at all. The collector suggested that I contact Alliance who said that they have no record of any charges for me at all. I called the collector at the number on my caller I.D. and they said that they had requested an itemized statement. Im thinking someone is pulling my leg here.

Wish I could give 0 stars. I went to the emergency room in 2016 at Liberty Hospital. In the middle of 2017 I checked my credit report and found some medical bills in collections. I called the collection agency and they informed me to call Alliance. Alliance never had my correct address or phone number. They informed me they would take it out of collections and figure it out. Never heard back from them. I followed up a couple weeks later - they sent the account back to collections and said they would pull it out and review AGAIN. I received a bill in the mail and I called them to find out they had some random health insurance on file. I gave them the correct health insurance and received a paid invoice via mail. Checked my credit score again JUNE OF 2018 and found that the bill was still showing on my credit report. I called the collection agency and they said they never received an statement from Alliance that it was supposed to be taken off. I called Alliance AGAIN - and what do you know?? My account was sent to collections AGAIN. The lady I spoke to on the phone was even confused and said she would pull it from collections and try to figure it out FOR A THIRD TIME. Highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

The most ridiculous thing happened after using their services. They NEVER sent me a direct bill in the mail for the services performed, only a text message with a link I could pay my bill online with a phone number it said I could call with any questions, or I could reply STOP and receive a paper statement. I did both, called with the request to receive a paper statement, as well as replied STOP. So, I never received a paper statement in the mail. Then yesterday, I receive a notice of COLLECTION in the mail for the amount of $59.74. I promise, no matter what service I need from now on, if it concerns radiology, I will drive 100 miles before taking my business to them and allowing my insurance to pay them a single dime.

0 stars. Pay for the MRI. Pay for the DR. To go over MRI. Then pay again for the radiologist to write a report to hand to the dr. This is a scam. Wouldn’t the spine surgeon know how to read the MRI? I have to pay for a report written by the radiologist... then pay a specialist to go over those results. I wish I could pay for someone to do my job then get paid on top of that!!

Same thing Josh describes. No doctor ever mentioned this firm so it could be fraud. Collection technique especially fraudulent. I fault any doctor or hospital using them. I will get to the bottom of this as I do not recall any need for that service for family.

They dont know submit a bill to Tri-west. The VA sent me and Alliance sent me a bill twice???

I couldnt recommend Dr. Caresio enough!!! Not sure what this place used to be. Its now a pain management center. No exaggeration to say I have been to a majority of them in the Northland. Dr. Caresio is the best imo.
