Dale is the best caring loving and listening is his best qualities.... if he doesn’t know he will find the information I been seeing him for more then 15 years.... even did a house call when late husband was ill before he died ... that’s a true doctor not just about money he truly cares .. love you bunches Dale

Received a very rude inappropriate phone call from this office by an employee. She verbally harrassed my wife for answering my cell phone. Uncalled for and unprofessional

Very pleasant people, hardly ever have a long wait

I only come here because they dont take insurance and you dont have to make an appointment. But when I was here my daughter noticed one of the nurses sitting in an office, with the door wide open, her shoes off and she was CUTTING her hair with some scissors at her desk! This is a doctors office not a hair studio and you keep your shoes on!! Very unsanitary!
