If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I am beyond disappointed in their communication skills and their efficiency in customer service. I had purchased a 3K 3 year laser treatment package that I NEVER completed due to the fact they stopped offering laser treatment. I was not given a refund at all and have been thrown around in circles. I have been told someone will call back and no one ever does and it continuous with silence for months until I reach out again. I had even been told to come to the location and someone will speak with me and upon my arrival I was than told they are unable to speak to me. Being in the dental field myself and working with patients daily and providing customer service I am appalled by the way Boulware Medical Center has handled this. At this point it’s not even about financial lose it’s about the principal of being a fair and honorable business to your patients.Once again I would never recommend this place to anyone for any sort of beauty treatment. They are unfair.

If you value privacy, efficiency, and respect for your time, keep researching.***I was searching for a new gynecologists for my annual exam and was able to schedule an appointment at Boulware Medical Clinic more readily than any of the other offices I researched. I was excited to meet Grace Llewellyn because of her great reviews. However, once I arrived at the office, I waited over an hour and thirty minutes to be shown to an exam room. After the nurse took my vitals and asked about my medical history, she left without telling me how long I might have to wait or giving me any other information. I became very uncomfortable while I waited, realizing the walls were thin enough to hear staff discussing patients while my door remained closed. After waiting an additional 30 minutes alone in my exam room, I had to leave to drive back to work without completing (or even seeing a clinician for) my annual exam.

I had been going to see him for years. My mental health took a serious downfall in the last couple years so I made my appointment to see Dr. Bill and talk to him. Mind you Ive had the same insurance for years. I arrived at my scheduled time only to have Shelly (Dr. Bills wife) throw my insurance card back at me and tell me to go elsewhere they didnt accept my insurance (Mo healthnet). Thanks a lot for the care and concern. And actually I never really minded the EXTENDED wait time because I thought he was worth it. So...... patients beware! Needless to say Ive found a much better PCP who really cares and is helping me get the emergency help that I needed back then.

You can tell they really care.they are so compassionate, friendly and professional.Its not just Dr.Boulware i enjoy but his ehole crew.so glad i found them

The Doctors, Nurse Practitioner and Office Staff are amazing. They listened to me and then proceeded to find the problems that no other doctor would take seriously. They saved my life. I would recommend them to anyone.

I would never recommend this place. Spent over an hour waiting with no one telling us why the wait was so long. Then rude af doctor came in for less than 10 minutes to talk. We came in due to tonsillitis and doctor never even looked at mouth/ throat to check on progress of antibiotics. I would give a 0 star rating if possible. Also everyone was very short tempered and rude to both mom and me. Never said anything to me and gave 1 to 2 word answers to mom. I work in the health care field where communication is key. And they didnt even tell mom how or what medications they were prescribing her. Beyond irritated and will not be going back.

Grace and the staff were amazing! So happy I have found someone who I trust and takes my issues seriously. I would highly recommend her for a visit.

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Bob for a long time. He appreciates how the Doctor never seems rushed and will take his time, listening to and understanding what he has to say. This time he took time to help my husband and me with some travel insurance forms without our having to leave them with the office, besides dealing with his ongoing health problems. It was a very productive office visit.

My first time in the office was great. I saw Grace, the NP, she was very sweet and very helpful. They were able to draw my blood sample on site from a great nurse named Linda. I will definitely use this office again.

Very personable and caring doctor. Staff is fantastic as well and have gone above and beyond to meet my demanding medical needs. Truly very thankful for all they do and I have been very pleased with this facility for the two years Ive been a patient. Highly recommend them for others.

I’ve been going to Boulware Medical Clinic for about a year now. Dr. Bill and his entire staff are all real-life interested in the well being of their patients and it’s a total relief. Everyone is smart, calm, cool and respectful. It’s a proper general practice. I feel really lucky to have found them.

Made an appointment online. Got an email confirming the appointment request for the same day. Tried to call the office to make sure they got the request, no answer. Called twice! No return phone call. So I left work to be there early for the appointment. Got there and the appointment was not set! The Lady at the desk kept trying explain to me that just because I made the appointment online did not mean that I had an appointment! What?! Then she kept asking me if I understood! No! I dont understand! I cant rate the physicians but I can rate the staff. I will not go back nor recommended this place to anyone. Dont use an online appointment tool if you arent going to follow up with the patient. What a great first impression. Edit: someone did call and apologize to me. They also offered some free services. I did not accept but wanted to put this out there.

My visit with William was very good. I have a PCP that I see annually, and I have always gone to him because he is very thorough, the downside is that I cant get an appt. with him for months on end when I want to see him about something other than my annual visit. William reminded me of my PCP with his thoroughness and bedside manner, yet was extremely accessible to me as a patient. Because of his thoroughness, manner, and availability, I will likely start using William as my PCP going forward.

The staff are always friendly, and the online appointment scheduler works fine. Cassie Howard doesnt understand the difference between an Appointment Request and an Appointment Confirmation. Who schedules a same day appointment over the internet anyway? No matter the service, always call if its less than 24 hours notice.

Grace is amazing!!! She actually spent time discussing my health and talked to me not at me...... very happy with the the visit.... everyone there is very nice and dont treat you like your just a patient!!!!!

I move here from NY. I bounced around from a couple of DRs before locating Boulware Medical. They are great. Always very helpful. The waiting area is very comfy.Dr. Boulware is great. He really asks you whats going on and does not rush you in and out of his office.I moved to Less Summit but still make the drive to Liberty because they do such a good job.

I accompanied my husband to his first appointment (white coat syndrome) and was blown away by Dr. Bill and the staff at this clinic. The staff was pleasant and helpful, very matter of fact and didn’t come across as disingenuine with forced smiles and placated responses. Dr Bill was the same way, very matter of fact, listened and then spoke (what a concept), and did one of the most thorough physicals I’ve witnessed in my career as a nurse. He wasn’t rushed or annoyed by our questions and seemed happy to share his knowledge with us in response to those questions. Check out was a breeze and blood work drawn on site. Dr Bills Nurse? Not sure if credentials, was a delight, she was personable, intelligent, and smiled. She seemed to genuinely enjoy her job and working with Dr Bill. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will likely be transferring my care to them well. Online scheduling was a bonus!

Dr. Bill Boulware takes the time to listen. If he needs to refer you to someone else - he makes sure to send you to the absolutely best specialist that he knows.

Mom is 90 years old and we always go with her to her appointments. Dr. Bob always takes time to listen to our concerns about her health.

The Beautification side of this company is a joke. There is a lack of accountability, integrity and basic human decency. When you set an appointment with them, be ready for it to change. What theyll do is call you to reschedule your appointment outside of business hours so when you show up, they are obviously gone. Their phones nightservice goes on 10 minutes before their actual closing time and the listed cell phone for the emergency contact rings a couple times and goes straight to a generic voicemail. They are more worried about their business after-hour cocktails than they are about their patients. Please dont waste your time or money.

Very impressed on my first visit. Everyone in the office was very friendly and Dr Bill took the time to listen to my concerns.
