Ive known this company since 2014 and enjoy working with them. Both sides are met, those of the clients and those of the caregivers. They work diligently to find compatibility which Im so grateful for. One of the best companies Ive ever worked for in over a decade of working this field. Thanks so much Assured Healthcare!

I worked for Assusred Home Health for 90 days. I enjoyed working with and assisting my clients. My weekly schedule was 35 to 40 hours weekly which was awesome. During my orientation I let everyone know that I will not be able to work weekends due to me being a single parent and I enjoyed quality time with my children. The staff didnt understand the concept of no weekends. The pay is $10.50, no holiday pay.$1.50 direct deposit fee. My break point was I got 4 wisdom teeth extracted from my mouth, on my off day. While having surgery my telephone was non stop ringing and vibrating it was Kaziah and Kelsey calling me back to back with no concentration off it being my off day. Heck they even wanted me to work memorial day, my birthday, and easter please respect people personal time when their off work. When I got off of surgery I called back and Kaziah was calling to see if I can PRN for a few clients for the following day, they was calling me as if it was emergency. I had a client concerned about my personal life or willing being due to Kaziah telling him I was going throught family issues and personal problems at home due to me not being able to service in on Thursdays which wasnt the case I had an client that extended hes hours from Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, to Monday thru Friday. Instead of Kaziah telling him my schedule changed she told a lie and nonsense.

One of the worst conpany’s I have ever seen, their office manager, Kelsey, has the absolute worst attitude. While I was in the office waiting for an interview I could hear her in the other room talking with a client in such a disrespectful manner, mind you any one that is a client with them is going to be ederly, disabled or both considering it’s home health. That right there should have been enough for me not to follow through with the interview but I needed a job so I regrettably lowered my standards. During my interview I was informed that if I needed to reschedule my orientation it would be no trouble, well that indeed was not the case. When I spoke with Kelsey about rescheduling she was extremely rude and then hung up on me. Honestly rude is not even the best word to describe her behavior, I genuinely do not recall the last time I was spoke to in such a hasty manner. This woman seriously needs to learn how to treat people, I have no idea how they keep employees or clients.

I really dont know where to start. I had a PCA that was a PRN for my dad which is a veteran. My dad and I asked the PCA, do she know if Assured will give my dad someone permanent to keep for him and to service him. The young lady didnt mind calling the office because she didnt have an answer. The young lady called the office and asked Kaziah for permanent PCA for my dad to remind you the young lady had Kaziah on speaker phone, Kaziah told the young lady that my dad does have a permanent PCA, but how and my dad havent received services in months and theres different people per visit. Kaziah told the PCA that my dad have bad memory problems or issues yet he can remember being in Vietnam War twice in 1950 and 1960. Nurses get paid per hour but only be in client home for not even 5 to 10 minutes without blood pressure or blood sugar being tested. This company has alot of clients but not enough employees to service the clients. The turn over rate is extremely high. I dont see how the company is still in business. I can say the PRN (PCA) was very apologic for not having more information about us not having a permanent PCA worker. Instead of having large amount of clients and not servicing them or not able to service just discharge them so he or she can gind Home Health Care else where, why be so greedy and selfish. This place need to be shutdown.
