Ana Paula is an amazing technician ! The best for hydra facials and black-out facials!She is warm and patient and explains everything in great detail. She takes her time performing the service and is very detail oriented. Her hands are magic and she knows how much pressure to apply to get the best results. I am very impressed with Aspire Med Spa and Diego. Everyone there was friendly, sanitary, and efficient. Diego was so knowledgeable, and his style was the best. I had the Sofwave and the hand filler. He was patient and it was stress free. I personally had little to no discomfort and saw instant results. He texted me when I got home and explained exactly what I noticed, some swelling at the site. By the next day, exactly what he predicted happened -- the veins on my hand also happily disappeared. Diego kept in touch as well. He is an expert and I now will go to no one else.

Really disappointed with the laser package that I purchased. Three separate times that I came to the Lexington location the laser machine was broken. One time I even had to leave and rebook. The other times I used an older machine instead. I’ll be calling to speak with management about this. 6+ sessions yielded almost no results.

I’m not typically one to write reviews, but I felt it necessary in this case. About a month ago, I had a hydrafacial at Aspire Wellesley. It was fantastic- the esthetician really spent time on the extraction portion of the treatment, and I came out clean, hydrated, and glowing. I could t wait to go back.I scheduled my next hydrafacial at Aspire Lexington, and my experience was very poor. I explained to the esthetician that I was primarily interested in extractions. However, she spent about 5 minutes on extractions, breezing through it quickly before continuing on to skincare. The most important part of the hydrafacial, in my opinion, was rushed. When I left, my face was not hydrated or glowing. When I got home, I saw that 70% of my blackheads had been missed.I scheduled the hydrafacial on my birthday as a special treat. I took the afternoon off work to drive the 30 minutes to Lexington. Unfortunately, it was a complete waste of my time and my money.To make matters worse, the esthetician also spent the entire time trying to upsell me on this treatment and that. Here is a tip: if you want to upsell a customer, start by doing a great job on the treatment they came in for.

I was a first timer at Aspire Med Spa this past weekend and it was a fabulous experience! I went to have my lips filled with Brittani and I have very high anxiety with this type of thing but she made it SOOO easy! She thoroughly explained each step prior to doing it and made sure I was comfortable before moving forward- she explained everything start to finish! She is so knowledgeable about all products and procedures all while having your best interest in mind. I will absolutely be going to her every time and will be booking again with her soon!! I have never even given a bad review before let alone walked out of a business but just had to do this at Aspire. I bought a Groupon for 20 units of Botox and was told by Brittani that she refuses to give anyone only 20 units because the average is 40 units. How can you make a blanket statement that you will never just give 20 units? Isn’t the treatment tailored to individuals? I went to Aspire before with Karin who was absolutely delightful, gave me 20 units as I asked for them and felt comfortable with them and I loved it. I asked Brittani if I could just receive the 20 and she refused....I’m confused? If the business will refuse to give 20 units and require you to buy more that should be stated. I also felt incredibly uncomfortable being pressured to do more than I wanted. As I left she rudely told me “I’m sorry you didn’t come in with the same attitude you had last time.” Except...I actually came in totally pleasant and excited just like last time and she just ruined the experience (unlike Karin) Who says this to clients? So beyond rude and unacceptable.

I had botox done on my forehead last October, after few weeks (less than 2 months) a line started showing up on my forehead which was never there btw. The lady who did the work kept telling me how good she is and how she is teaching this to others but unfortunately Im not sure what she did that made a whole on my forehead.

Very great first experience, spa was very sleek and clean. Camilla was great and answered all of my questions and explained everything in detail for me.

When I called 2 weeks ahead to book my hydra facial the receptionist booked me for the wrong day and I was charged a no show fee. I never received a confirmation email for my appointment either, I even repeated my appointment date and time back to the girl and she said yes but yet booked me for a completely different day. When I came in for what I thought was my scheduled appointment they didn’t have me in and said I was scheduled the week prior. They did however have an opening for me and I used my no show fee credit as a tip. However the whole start to my experience was aggravating.

I had a wonderful and informative massage from Anna. Shes incredibly sweet and caring. I told her where my pain points were and she knew exactly what I needed - trigger point therapy combined with some deep tissue. She also ended with a soothing Swedish massage which had me on the verge of falling asleep :). You know someone is well trained when they dont have to apply much force, but you still feel loose weeks after. She also did a great job educating me on how to prevent myself from getting the same soreness going forward and gave me some simple exercises to do at home. Would highly recommend!

Best eyelash extensions I’ve ever had! I’ve been getting my lashes done for about 6 years and I’ve tried numerous places (whole in college, moving, etc) and I ended up driving 1 hour each way just to get them done here. No place else even compares! They stay on so long, they’re comfortable, the girls do an amazing job!

I recently had a massage by Hallie, she by far surpasses massages I had from others in the past! Cleanliness is something I always consider when frequenting an establishment. Beautiful Moi is immaculate and the atmosphere at Beautiful Moi is serene, calming, peaceful, and tranquil. In addition, the owner had the foresight to design treatment rooms and restrooms large enough to accommodate individuals with a handicap. Beautiful Moi is the only place I trust to perform my facials and massages!

I have been going here for over a year now for my lashes, and they are professional, clean, friendly, and have great customer service. I have never walked through the door without them asking if I wanted water or tea. they offer chocolate, they spend extra time often (as long as no one else is waiting!) to make sure they do a fantastic job. I love this place!

Awesome deals medspa for Botox and fillers!

The receptionist booked me for the wrong service, despite me correcting her twice over the phone, so when I showed up they had prepared a different service for me that was twice the cost of what Id wanted. The manager initially seemed accusatory and unwilling to let me change it, then offered to give me the service at a lower cost (but scoffed when I had questions about the procedure and didnt really answer them). I ended up getting the service I wanted, but it was really mediocre anyway. I got a facial, but it was really more like 40 minutes of scalp massage and a few minutes of a face mask. The music they had on was Pandora, so there were ads every few minutes in the middle of the relaxing spa mountainsong music and the walls were so thin I could hear conversations throughout the office. Not relaxing at all.

I want to start off saying that my review is really based on the SculpSure procedure.The salon is beautiful! It’s clean and peaceful inside.I’ve had lashes done there and they came out beautiful.I decided to get the SculpSure procedure done under my chin. I inherited my mother’s turkey neck. I’m in my late 40’s and felt insecure about the double chin I didn’t have a couple of years ago.I didn’t want surgery if I could avoid it.I had the first treatment done and swollen up so bad the following day I never left the house. I stayed swollen for weeks. I asked for a follow up appt for Diego to look at me. He told me to take Advil and that I needed to get a couple of lymphatic drainage massages. So I had 2.One I paid for at a different salon. The second they gave me for free ( about 15 minutes ).I had the second SculpSure done and I had the same results, swollen for weeks.My end results are my double chin is still there and now that the fat was melted it just hangs even lower and jiggles when I walk or talk. It’s embarrassing. I’m now loooking for a surgeon to fix this for me.I just feel this procedure maybe will work on younger people with tighter skin? I’m not sure. But don’t waste your money.I do want to say Diego was very professional and does many other procedures with great results!

I have been a client at their other location for a year now so was excited when I heard they had added massage and a front desk to this location. The new location is just gorgeous and sparkles, has 6 large massage rooms and 4 esthetics rooms. So far I have had a massage and facial here, both of which were heavenly! The rooms are nice and large, and the beds are very comfortable with warmers on them. The whole place give the feel of freshness and serenity.Parking was super easy right outside the Spa (it is in a retail plaza) and I was greeted by a nice lady at the front desk who offered me water or tea. I choose tea as it was one of the first chilly winter days in Boston. The tea was unusual but very pleasant. It was an Aveda tea (it is an Aveda Spa) that tasted of chamomile and something else that I couldnt put my finger on but was really nice and refreshing. I was 15 minutes early and I was offered a tour of the Spa. All lovely. Back in the waiting room I was offered a hand massage, complimentary! Well I wasnt going to say no to that!My massage therapist came out to greet me and took me back to the massage room and consulted me on what I wanted. I was having the full body deep tissue massage and told her that I had been very stressed and tense recently due to work and school and to just have at my knots! After giving me a few minutes to get ready she returned and gave me the option of oil or lotion (lotion please!), and the choice of three aromas. She lowered the lights and the journey started. I have had a lot of massages and she definitely knew what she was doing, and really worked a lot of the kinks out of my neck and bad that had been bothering me for a quite a while. I think I fell asleep at some point but when it was over I was already starting to feel like a new person.I then had a facial with Mae and I can honestly say that it was the best one I have ever had, and I have had several with Mae already at the old location. She has really upped her game with these new facials, I had the Aveda Elemental nature one. There were so many steps and the scalp massage was just incredible.The massage and facial were both 50% off due to a special but would have been totally worth it at full price. The effects of both were evident the next day as my body still felt light and everything was flowing and my skin was still radiant and fresh looking.I couldnt wait to go back after that experience so a week later I had the Aveda stress fix massage which another therapist and it was also excellent. This was 50% off too but again well worth the full price.I am so pleased that I have a new Spa of this quality within easy driving distance for me and will continue being a regular at Beautiful Moi!
