I had great experience as a new patient. They worked me in quickly and pleased with the staff and experience. Made me feel very comfortable as I am not the biggest fan of going to dentist in general. I will continue with this office!

It had been a very long time since I had visited a dentist. I had an anxiety attack even thinking about one.Then one day I developed a tooth pain not ache so I googled dentists and read reviews on Dr. PUGHS practice and decided to give them a call.I just have to say that Im so glad I went to see them.My dental experiences have been nothing short of wonderful.He and the rest of the staff have done everything to make me feel welcome and glad for me to have chosen them.Such wonderful people, and if I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would.

Dr. Pugh is a new dentist to the practice. EXCELLENT experience! So pleased.Very knowledgeable and thorough. The staff is #1 as well. My new forever dentist.

Jerry Laws is the best dentist ever. Hes very caring and listens to you. Some professionals tune you out but not this guy. His assistants, dental hygienists, and office ladies are the best. I would recommend Jerry Laws wholeheartedly.

Wonderful experience, no complaints at all. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of care that is received. Dr Miller even took the time to call back and make sure everything was ok after my procedure, thats undrivable doctors never do that anytime. If I could give 10 stars I would!!

Dr. Laws and his great staff have given us great service and care over the years. Once when my wife needed some extensive dental care prior to her chemo and radiation starting Dr Laws stepped up and made it happen. We are very grateful for that.

Dr Laws is the Best Dentist his staff is top notch. His assistants and Hygienists are the Best you feel you are in good hands.I really appreciate the steps he does now to make you feel safe with the COVID-19 issues would not think of going any where else.

Dr. Miller was absolutely STELLAR with my 5 year old. We came because we were wanting to get a second opinion on a treatment plan and I can honestly say I feel like we have found our dental home. She took the time to explain the treatment plan and was stellar with making sure we were comfortable the entire time. She went above and beyond for us and I cannot say enough nice things about her!!

Dr. Laws and his staff make you feel at ease the moment you enter the office. Shelia nearly puts me to sleep when she cleans my teeth and Dr Laws has always been very gental with all of the work he has performed on my teeth. His prices are reasonable and he works with your insurance company. All of his staff is friendly and the atmosphere is inviting. I would highly recommend his practice if you need a dentist.

Dr. Laws is the best dentist I have been to in over 25 years. I have a fear of dentist. Always have since I was a child. I am a mature adult but turn into a 5 year old as soon as I sit in a dental chair. I was crying the first time I met Dr. Laws. He asked if they had hurt me and I told him no I just didnt like him(dentist). He smiled and said he would leave the room and let me calm down. Tracy, the dental hygentist, stayed with me until I was ready. Dr. Laws and his staff treat you like family, not a dollar sign. They really care for you and dont use the practice as a revolving door to see how many patients they can get through in one day. You are seen very promptly and are not made to wait for a long period of time. I highly recommend Dr. Laws. Choose him if you want a dentist that really cares.

My son, who is recently out of college and off of my insurance plan, needed immediate dental work. I called Dr. Laws office early the next morning and they were able to fit him that day! My son didnt have dental insurance at the time but the bill for tooth extraction was very reasonable. The entire staff was absolutely friendly to him and myself. They did a great job!! Thank you.

My father was seen here. Customer service was fair. He had four teeth surgically removed including a molar tooth. Pain medication was needed and not given. So the experience was not pleasant. Not to mention when asked to speak to the actual doctor, only the dental staff will return your call not the doctor.

I have been attending the dentist office of Jerry Laws for approximately 10 years now. Dr. Laws and his entire staff has always been very professional, kind, courteous and caring to my every dental situation. The dentist office had always been my least favorite medical office to go to until I started seeing Dr. Laws. They have never caused me to have any pain while under their care. If you are afraid of going to the dentist, for whatever reason, why not try Dr. Laws office. I hope you will be as pleased as I have been.

Very sweet and kind staff!!! Dr. Laws and his assistant Tammy were wonderful and took great care of me. They both new I was very nervous and went out of their way to make me comfortable.

The office is very prompt. Kim (my hygienist) is very aware of my sensitivity and is always very kind. At the same time shes very thorough. Dr. Laws is great as well! Hes very sensitive and caring of his patients.

Im a big fraidy cat and HATE going to the dentist--the drill is my biggest issue. They were so nice and took good care of me. You can tell Dr. Pugh is very skilled and has a lot of experience. On April 17, 18, 2019 I experienced cold sensitivity on my left side tooth , top, next to back. by Friday it changed from cold sensitivity to the worst pain of my life from my eye to my chin. it was Easter weekend, on Monday Dr. Laws office was the first of many to answer the phone, most were still closed for holiday. I told the extremely polite lady who answered phone my situation and they were working on me in 40 minutes. I had an abscessed tooth, Mr. Laws prescribed meds for healing, pulled tooth 2 days later 4/24/19 which was my choice over a crown. his assistant was the very best. I was treated like a king, and they had never seen me before.

Dr. Laws does great and has never hurt me and I have had several procedures. His hygienist is the best. I have nothing but praise for this dental practice.

I called at about 9:45 AM asking about getting a painful tooth looked at. By 11:45, Id been in to see Dr. Laws and the tooth was gone. He was incredibly professional and very nice, and made sure to constantly check my pain level during the extraction (there was none!). I highly recommend his service.
