Everyone was so nice and treated me so well. I got so relaxed I almost fell asleep. Everyone wore there masks. They made sure all procedures were met 100%. I not only looked good when I left I felt good to. Thank you for doing such a great job!

Be very careful going here. I will only deal with Jennifer. The last time I went I dealt with a horrible woman, who wouldnt listen to what I wanted. She not only was rude and disrespectful but also hurt me. I have contacted corporate however nothing has been done, nor have I been contacted back to come up with a resolution. I am literally about to find out what I can do about this matter. No one should be treated the way I was.Also calling the 1-800 number they give you helps literally none. Ive Literally been on hold for 31 minutes and 46 seconds as of right now. Its crud.

Jen cuts my hair has for a few years. Also cuts my grandson. She always does a.great job. Friendly and reasonably priced

The lady who cut my hair was very friendly and not overly chatty. She shaved a little too far up on the back of my head but its not too bad. The price is good enough and she received a 5 dollar tip because she at least got it to the point where I can wait a few weeks and fix it myself at home.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE! My hair had random long strands all over the place. I posted a picture. It was insane. My son has the easiest hair to cut and they some how made him look like he had a dent on the top of his head. This was two different stylists!

Very friendly staff, very clean, amazing place, but my teenaged son, his Father & I did not like the results of my sons Hair cut & Style. We brought a picture and explained in detail what my son wanted done to his hair. Well the lady, who was nice, just pain did what she wanted with my sons Hair. We have been going elsewhere for my boys hair cuts!

The hair stylist Saundra did awful! She jerked our sons head around and was in such a big rush and was only worried about getting home. It was only 7:30 and they close at 8. Everytime we tried to get her to fix his hair shed get a attitude. His hair is still extremely long at the top. Something needs to be done about her. Never going back!

Not good at cutting hair how I want it. They can cut it but get scissor happy. I ask them to take a inch, they kept cutting and made my hair close to shoulder length when my hair was almost to my butt. Also got my hair colored once, the girl messed it up so bad. She didnt do it how I asked, she took it upon herself to do it another way and made me look like a red head, Im a blonde. Havent been back since.

I cant really give this lady a star. I had a picture of my cut and got a hatchet job. You can see my scalp over the right ear. There is no hair line in my picture but that is what I got and the left side is longer than the right.I am ashamed to go out in the public. DONT GO HERE FOR A CUT, YOU WILL BE SORRY.

So im driving back home yesterday so i stopped at the Wal-Mart in Lexington NC to grab my son a quick hair cut because he started pre K today. It was 6:45 pm we walked in and there was one stylist white lady short dark hair. There wasnt a sole in the salon but us and the stylist! She was talking on her cell phone and had us sit down . Said shed be right with us ... At 7:05 pm we walked out! She went to the back and talked and talked. For 20 minutes she chatted while she had us waiting! Hope yall find better help .

NEVER GO THERE AGAIN..... THIS LADY THAT CUT MY HUSBANDS HAIR MESSED IT UP SO BAD... WE WAITED 40 MINS BUT ONLY TOOK HER 5 TO DO IT.. WHEN WE GOT HOME I LOOKED AT HIS HAIR AND HE HAD LONG PEACES, SHORT PEACES AND VERY SHORT SPOTS. HE SAID HE FELT HER PULLING HIS HAIR. SHE WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I ASKED HER TO GET THIS LONG SPOT BY HIS EAR...

The only good one here is Jennifer. The rest are rude and horrible at what they do.
