I got an appointment very quickly. Staff very nice. Dr. Ratner took time to talk to me and listened to me. We discussed the treatment together. Definitely would return if needed.

Still under treatment from Dr Ratner but am well pleased with his attention and steps moving forward.

Dr. Ratner and his staff are amazing. They made sure my son’s arm was stable enough to return to school as soon as possible. He listens to concerns and makes sure you’re comfortable before you’re walking out of his office.

Dr. Ratner was great during my visit. He explained all the joints associated with my foot pain. Im glad I have him as my doctor!

I came in fractured elbow. Staff was nice. My daughter was with me. Dr.Ratner came in . ssid his name. He was very rough taking off slint. I told him it hurts. He didnt care. I was at pain 10. Finally did x ray on my wrist. Said nothing there. He walk out after saying what he did. Didnt say Im done go to front . Me my daughter finally got up went to nurse desk. My daughter told nurse and didnt say if can go back to work or anything. She said let me go ask. I was not happy.

I was treated like a princess. The staff was kind and very professional. Dr Ratner was such a good doctor. He has sent me to physical therapy rather than being in a hurry for surgery.

Outstanding doctor! My daughter saw Dr. Ratner to get a second opinion regarding knee swelling and pain. Dr. Ratner was very thorough in the exam and after reviewing her records and images, provided us with comprehensive diagnosis and recommended treatment plan. His personal and professional manner were so helpful to make my daughter feel comfortable and confident in proceeding with her treatment and recovery. Today, she has returned to high school pole vaulting and all of her normal activities. If my family ever needs orthopedic care and treatment, Dr. Ratner will be our first choice.

I had a vehicle accident that broke my dominant wrist. Dr. Ratner was the surgeon assigned to me, lucky me. Dr. Ratner fixes my wrist so quickly with minimal scarring. He was kind, informative, and took time to answer all my questions since I’ve never had surgery in my life. He was busy yet had time to make sure his patients understood what their treatment was. His office staff was always upbeat, kind, happy to assist, and had a smile with pleasant demeanor. I don’t want to see them again as far as needing treatment but when I was there it was an absolute pleasure. If my knees, hips, or any other joints give out I am requesting Dr. Drew Ratner to get me back going.
