This place is awesome. Im regretting not getting my masseuses name. He didnt hurt or tickle me, which hes just proven is not impossible (but I previously thought it was).Theyre attentive, intuitive and respectful; the three musts of a good massage experience. Thank you so much X & F!

Gave a tip and the man said no like it wasn’t enough. Tip is a gift not paying the worker their hourly wage. With Covid when they charge you $75 they should be thankful for every dollar. I used this place for years but the last 2 times I think are new owners maybe. Julie and David would have never been like this!

I love the fact that I can travel anywhere and go to any random Chinese Foot Massage place to receive a high-quality full body massage for an extremely reasonable price.At X and S, I was able to walk right in and begin my massage - no appointment needed. I was even more impressed with the skill and new techniques my masseuse Kevin used. He was incredible!

I had never been here before and decided to give them a try! The first issue was communication. Even the Lady at Front desk couldnt understand English. I asked to have a Deep tissue massage and massage wasnt deep tissue at all. Also, the massage therapist didnt have any knowledge of massage. he also forgot to massage my shoulders and arms. Im not sure even they have a license.Technically, they are unprofessional and service was really disappointed.

We have been going her for three years. The last two times we have gone were awful, The owners don’t care anymore and tonight we’re doing the massages . Ours were both terrible. The last time, same thing. I told the owner I was unhappy and wouldn’t be back and that she just lost long time customers that came at least once every two weeks. She just looked at me and smiled.

I was very excited to come back and have this massage. As my first experience was wonderful. This time was a complete disaster. I was expecting a 90 minute massage and it ended up only being 60 minutes. The massage therapist left unexpectedly a few times during my massage and only massaged my right arm. He completly forgot about the left arm. (I feel he was multitasking taking care of the front desk.) I was going to tell him but before I had the opportunity to he was moving on the the next client. When I tried to complain at the front, there was such a huge language barrier that he did not understand what I was trying to tell him. He looked confused for my dissatisfaction, as the only thing he understood was a thumbs down. I ened up leaving very disapointed and aggravated.

Would give it 5 but some of the techs use too much pressure; to the point of being painful. Dont seem to take queues from flinching and grimacing either...

This place rocks, its my wife and I treat yo self spot.

The massages are so ........mmmmmm......gooood......
