I see Paul for massage therapy. Hes the best massage therapist ever! Hes always professional, considerate, courteous, and knows exactly how to work out any knots,kinks, and soreness.Front desk staff is typically very polite, and helpful, always call with a reminder the day before your appointment.

My massage relaxing and helpful for my sore shoulders and back. The pressure provided was very good. The masseuse was not super talkative and led conversation when engaged. It was a very nice experience overall. Ask for Doug.

First of all wonderful massage therapists(Shirleen and Russell) Now we got that out of the way. Absolutely terrible management and customer service. DO NOT get the membership here. Their true colors came out during the pandemic. I never leave bad reviews but here I am writing one today because I feel it is necessary for any customer who goes to this establishment to be aware of the management. The masseuse and staff are great and theyre doing their job. So in March I had an appointment booked and it got cancelled because it fell on a day where the governor had ordered businesses to be closed. No biggie decided to cancel. The manager on the phone said Why do you want to cancel? Why not suspend? so she convinced me to suspend the membership and I obliged as I had a good experience otherwise with the massage therapists. 3 months later I am wanting to cancel while having the 65.00 dollar credit which I wont be able to use. They told me they needed to charge me for another month as it said so in the contract. One can understand that during these times of COVID I certainly dont want direct contact when weve been mandated to social distance and wear masks and I have family at risk at home. So when I asked to get the cancellation fee waived I was told I could not and told I had 30 days to use my credits while the pandemic is still ongoing and I wont be able to come in. So I am losing 65.00 which was a booked appointment. On top of that, I was told I had to pay 65.00 to cancel for a credit I cant use anyway. I would have respected this establishment more if they werent so money hungry especially during these times.7/31: The following reply is misleading: The manager left ONE voicemail on Tuesday after I called in on Saturday curious about a suspension and then they sent me a form on email for it. I wrote this review on Wednesday. The staff 2 weeks ago sent me an email regarding cancellation after I requested to speak with the manager and this is what the worker said I quote there is no way to void the fee and the manager never called me in that instance. They have not contacted me since this review was made 2 days ago and definitely not several times. And the only reason they would know who I am from my review is because they have seen my email stating the same things which they never cared to respond to but when I leave a review they do. I just want my account and membership closed and do not wish to come back.

This place was Amazing!! They are very nice at the front desk! My husband and I had a couples massage and he had Arnie and I had Shirlene and they are both really good. My husband was kinda hesitant at first because Arnie was a man but, afterwards he said that Arnie made him feel real comfortable and was really good at the deep tissue massage. And Shirlene was also good! At first she was a little harder then I wanted and she noticed very quickly and she did it softer. This was my 1st time to ever get a massage so it was all new to me. But, when I go back I am going to let her do it harder because the side she was doing harder feels so much better today. I wouldve liked more focus on the shoulders and neck area instead of legs and feet but, next time I will tell them that. All you have to do is tell them and they will accommodate your needs. If you are looking for a good massage place this is it.

Do not go to this particular location if you don’t want to waste your time or ruin your plans. They have constantly changed or canceled my appointments. Unprofessional and poor customer service.

Every experience Ive had here has been wonderful! I started seeing Sharlene in November after a car accident and she was able to get me feeling better quickly. Since then, Ive continued to see her once a month. Sharlene is great - she adjusts pressure just as requested, she makes notes of my preferences so that she doesnt have to ask each time (though she does offer the opportunity to make changes each time), and while she is a great conversationalist, shes also great at being quiet and letting me relax. I love the flexibility of having evening and weekend appointments available. The monthly membership meets my needs very well and the automated billing is convenient. I have needed to reschedule an appointment a couple times and they have always been pleasantly accommodated. The front office staff is always professional and friendly. Over all, great!

First time going there. This place was excellent from start to finish. I really enjoyed my massage and will be going back for my next one soon.

Not happy at all. I was told a 90 minute massage and only got a 50 min massage since they were too busy with other clients. Paid the same price as what I would have normally paid for the 90 minutes. Wanted me to leave a tip. Other prices were way cheaper than what I paid here for the inconvenience. Not coming back ever again.

Went in for a prenatal massage it was great when I checked out I was told $99 when I went in person a day before to book it some lady at the front desk that was nice said it would be $59 for a prenatal. When I finished my massage the guy at the front desk that was not friendly at all said it was $100 I told him to double check because that’s not what I was told. Please make sure to let clients know ahead of time if the rate changes I did not appreciate his attitude he gave me so I wouldn’t come back here for a prenatal massage at all!

The second you walk in, this place is so warm and welcoming! The people are so nice and tell evey step of the process. I had never had a massage before and they made me feel so comfortable. They did nothing without asking me and overall I loved it. The lady who did my massage was amazing! She was quiet and somehow I felt like I was dreaming but also present in the room. (Weird, I know!) this place and the people are great!

Sarah was a great therapist. Very knowledgeable and first time anyone has been able to work on my feet and backs of my legs.

The relaxation starts right when you walk through the front door where you are warmly greeted by the staff. Very beautiful and clean lobby area and the staffs main concern is the comfort of the guest. Holly Love was my massage therapist and she was very professional and polite and even educated me on things I can do to prevent my muscles from getting so tight. I very much enjoyed my visit here and highly recommend them to everyone.

From the moment I stepped in to Elements, the staff went above and beyond to exceed my expectations! The massage I received from Sunny was absolutely AMAZING! I had quite a bit of tension in my back and shoulders from carrying our kiddos and exercising/training. That evening and now days after my visit, there is a noticeable difference in not only my range of motion, but quality of sleep. I will definitely be back--thank you!!

I had a horrid experience with the new receptionist, Ashley, from initial contact. Ive never visited an entity that was intended to relax me but instead increased my stress levels.I called on Monday, 9/18 and provided my name and told Ashley I was a member and that I wanted to schedule a 1.5 hour massage. She asked me for my name again, looked up my account and informed me that I did have a credit and if I wanted to book a hour session. I told her no, I should have enough credits on my account for a 1.5 hr session. She chuckled, not sure why - but i presume she was on her phone because i had to repeat myself several times, and said ok we have an 8 oclock available. I told her I would take it. She told me to be there 15 minutes early.When I arrived, she spoke and told me I could have a sit - my therapist would be out soon. 2 minutes prior to meeting my therapist, she looked up from her phone and said, oh - do you want some water? I said no thanks.My massage started at 8:07! It wasnt the best session, but at least he was nice and provided good customer service. We werent a great fit, but very nice guy, great personality!Chris, the massage therapist, told me that would be the end of my session. I didnt have my phone near me at that moment (when he came in I asked him to sit it on the chair, this is my way to ensure I receive my full hour/60 minutes, which I never do) but I knew that wasnt an hour, so I asked him, was that 90 minutes? He said no, was it suppose to be? I said yes, I told Ashley I wanted 1.5 session.He told me to hold on and went to speak to Ashley. At this point, I am livid & of course I do not want to continue the massage, even if they had the time because I didnt like his techniques.He came in and told me Ashley said she didnt hear me say 90 minutes. I told him that it was ok. After dressing, I asked her what happened? She asked me what did I mean. I told her I asked for 90 minutes ... and she cut me off with I didnt hear that, I just stared at her baffled, because I hadnt even completed my sentence. I then asked her, are you going to let me finish my statement? She told me I was finished. I said no I wasnt. At this point Im appalled at the disrespect, and her curt responses.I will be cancelling my membership and requesting a refund.On a different note, Shirleen is AWESOME! Shes my perfect match. She isnt too rough! Shes GENTLE but still able to provide a quality massage. I hate I have to include a positive review with the negative, but I guess Im only allowed to post one review per entity.
