Hopeless customer service. Takes money even before massage. Didn’t complete the full time of the service. Acted revoltingly when asked. Massage was just ok. Kept walking in and out of the room frequently leaving the door open. In total a horrible experience. Wouldn’t recommend. Came out more disturbed than relaxed.

The customer experience was horrid. They were not prepared for us when though we made an appointment, they demanded payment before starting the foot massage, and their energy was very off-putting.The massage itself was okay and nothing to praise. What really irked me was the fact that they demanded a tip for their service. They didnt go above and beyond, the massage was mediocre, and they never gave us a chance to tip willingly but just demanded it as soon as we walked out the massage room. Theyre disorganized, unprofessional, and rude. Never returning!

Very good massage business! Great for a last minute foot or back therapy; they can usually take walk-ins, although appointments are recommended to guarantee no wait time. They have foot-only, back-only, and foot & back combinations. I recommend the VIP foot package which includes a foot-soak and scalp massage. If you have the opportunity to request Wendy, do it. She is very strong and thorough. The facility is serene and clean. Prices are very good and they have a frequent-visitor card that earns you free treatments after multiple visits. I will be back. Michelle is awesome in her Job. She focuses on the parts which requires more time and make sure she heals it.she kept me very comfortable throughout the session.

Did not like the way they treated me as a customer. I felt rushed because of their own poor scheduling conflicts and they didn’t speak to me kindly while I was there.The massage was okay but the customer service was awful and I’ll never be back here again

The weirdest massage I had ever gotten.Went with another person and they agreed.Never had my butt rubbed so much, or had anyone use their feet to massage me.Left very dissatisfied.

Best massage I have ever received in my opinion. I purchased a couples masage for my boyfriend and I for his birthday. We were not disappointed. Most massage places I have been to just go through the motions and routines... you can tell. However Ana and her partner delivered a tailor made massage that addressed my boyfriend and Is specific tension issues. We both left on a cloud. Will be going back again. Highly recommend.

They have an one hour $29.99 special in the window but then tell you that is for a foot massage only. While in the reflexology room, another masseuse had his customer turn over so I think that it includes a clothed back massage, as well, which the lady who greeted me conveniently left out. I got the one hour massage 30 minutes foot reflexology and 30 minutes back in a separate private room for $50. The foot massage left a lot to be desired but the back massage was great. She really worked out a lot of knots in my back. However, from my observations, I don’t believe they change the sheets after every customer so I kept on my boy shorts even in the private room.

I found a Groupon for this location and thought it would be a nice birthday treat for myself. I called the number provided on Groupon to make an appointment. The number was disconnected/not working. So I tried on their website. I was able to make an appointment on their “bot” but no one called me to confirm the booking. This is kinda unprofessional. The phone number on the website isn’t working either. I just canceled the Groupon and went somewhere else. Not worth my time.

Updated: the price menu has changed and they no longer offer 70 min for $30. Still a good place for a full body massage and reflexology.Totally love this place! So worth every penny - $30 for 70 min massaged from head to toe !What I like best is not having to disrobe. You lay on their couches fully clothed and then they cover you with towels. While your feet are soaking, your head is rubbed first, then they work all the way down to your feet, and then all the way back up to your neck. Its so easy to fall asleep because you are totally relaxed.The therapists are genuine Chinese people who know all the pressure points and how to apply reflexology. No bells and whistles like at other massage places. This reminds me of the place I visited in Chinatown in San Francisco.

I requested a massage with no walking on my back. The lady walked on my back any way. My thought, its easier money versus having to do a real massage. Definitely will not return.

I totally enjoyed my massage and it was a great experience after a day of Christmas shopping. I had a male as I requested and it was just what the doctor ordered. The price and service was well worth it and I would recommend and return without a doubt. The Foot Master removed all the stiffness and aches in my back and neck. Rocky was great and the service was phenomenal!

My wife and I went for a 70 minute foot massage. They ended up practically giving us both a full body massage! Both of our masseurs were great! Whats weird (almost scary) is that my back and neck had been hurting a lot, and my masseur focused on those areas, without me mentioning it. My wifes masseur focused on her feet, and she later said that her feet had been giving her the most problems. So, its almost like they somehow knew what we needed! Awesome!We both loved it and definitely will go back!!!

Most wonderful place to get pampered! My family loves to go for the 60 minute foot massage! The staff is so kind and sweet! My girls are 13 and 10 and beg to go all the time. We go at least once a month as a family :)

This place was very clean and the employees were very professional. However, I left more sore than when I went in. The massage was very rough and the lady was very fast, finding it hard to relax and enjoy. I typically will fall asleep during a massage but this was impossible as it wasn’t enjoyable at all. I asked for a 60 min foot massage and ended up getting basically full body. Not what i was expecting or wanting at the time. I wait tables so am on my feet more than a typical person and was really needing the full hour foot. I probably won’t be going back as there are a few reflexology in the area but they were very nice.

I am a waitress and I decided to pamper myself to a reflexology treatment at this establishment. Ive never had reflexology before so I didnt know what to expect. I just picked a place closest to where I live which happened to be Foot Master. I have to say, this is hands down the BEST massage/reflexology place Ive been to and trust me, Ive been to many top of the line spas and massage parlors. This location is very private with curtains on the windows in the waiting area and then they take you into an open room with 12 comfy chairs with foot stools. They keep the room dimmed with relaxing music playing in the background so in a way it is very private even though there might be other customers in there, you dont really notice it. Its a really great atmosphere. My massage therapist was Ken and he did a fabulous job! I thought since it was reflexology, he would only work with my feet but I pretty much got a FULL BODY massage for the price of $35/hour (+generous tip). They do charge $2 for card payments so if you dont want to pay the extra $2, bring cash. The only con is that the staff doesnt speak much English but they are really nice people. I will be returning at least every other week. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for both men and women.

Very much enjoyed this place! Called and made an appointment ahead had the room ready. Was greeted with a smile. The atmosphere is very relaxing, kind employees, speedy service. They put me and my spouse in a room and we undressed and got ready to relax. They then come in and tell us to come back at another time as they double booked and never check THEIR online appointment set up.There are many places in Coppell that offer the same services.

The massage itself was good. I did the reflexology 1 hour massage for $30 and they charge you $2 to use your card and all I had was $35 to spend so I could only give a $3 tip. The guy said you are cheap! And I said pardon? And he said you are cheap, give me $5! This was the only time he could speak English. Dont recommend this place!

Very nice place I come here quite often all the way from Grapevine where I live just I wish it doesn’t smell so bad for some reason all the massage place is smell like fart maybe it’s just me but try opening the windows folks I’ll still come back

Great massage! I think his name was Ken, or Harry. The tall thin guy, as recommended in the previous review. He touches with love and full awareness connecting to my body. Im a healer and going through peri-menopause. I asked guides to connect with his wisdom and that of his teachers to heal and flush anything that no longer serves. As he was working i became aware to do a chakra balancing on myself. He would be rubbing between my big toe, where the thyroid issue is, while i was holding space for the crown and throat chakra. Oh man i got some great big releases there! He worked on my syatica and released some of the stored up estrogen on my C2, and did a nice job on the lymphatic areas. I loved his technique for the acupressure on my neck and head! My heart is so open now, i just want to breathe and breathe in all the good prana. Definitely got me in the mood for more self care tomorrow. Take me to church! Just what the doctor ordered. I was tense and withdrawing some, again, from smoking and alchol, not wanting to go that route. Now i want water, air, exercise and sun. Come get a massage! Itll put you right!
