I give Dr. Linden a great review as a doctor, however his staff is a different story! If you don’t make an appointment regularly with the doctor, you will be dropped from his patient list. I was a patient of Dr, Bruce Linden for 20 + years, however have enjoyed good health for the past few years. When I called for an appointment last week, I was told that I had been dropped!!!! As I am now on Medicare and would be considered a “new” patient, they will not accept me as they no longer accept Medicare patients!!! Well, so much for caring about your patients!!! When I specifically asked for Dr Linden to return my calls, I was repeated hung up on!! Guess I don’t need this ol’ country doctor after all!!

Dr. Bruce Linden is a dedicated, exceptionally knowledgeable Man. Whom has dedicated his life to medicine. To those unaware Doctor Linden comes highly reviewed by other specialists in the area. You will be in very good hands at his practice.

I hate writing negative reviews and usually try and focus on positives. (See my other Google reviews.) I feel like this needs to be addressed so that others thinking of switching physicians. I am sure I am a handful of negative reviews for this doctor, but equally so, I am not a difficult person.My wife convinced me to go here less than a year ago. I thought all was going well, but apparently I dont fit the Highland Village mold. I received a certified letter basically dropping me. Explanation was ...breakdown in the patient-physician relationship. I guess so, since no explanation given, nothing said at my last visit. I was completely blindsided.Letter was sent both regular and certified, all the while they had scheduled me an appointment for the following week. If there is a breakdown, it is on their end. You will read many great reviews about the doctor, which I all agreed with until this fiasco. We live in a sad world when things like this can happen.

I loved Dr. Bruce Linden as my dr. I even convinced my husband to change to him. He really liked him as well. Until something came up and Dr. Linden misdiagnosed him on something extremely serious. We received a letter the next week telling us that we (and all family) were no longer ‘compatible’ with his office and we would no longer be seen. REALLY??! Quite unbelievable. Be careful using him as your dr!

Excellent doctors office. Dr. Linden is very caring of his patients, and I am having a great experience with him so far.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Bruce Linden for 9 years. My husband isnt much for doctors, but he likes Dr. Linden and will actually listen to him. What I really love about him is that at the end of visits, he will say, Is there anything else I can do for you? That shows how much he takes his time and really cares.

For 25 years Dr. Linden has watched out for our family. He has been there as our daughters grew up and now have children of their own; for my wife who faced breast cancer; and for me who sincerely appreciates all he has done to help my family. A sharp, intelligent and thoughtful family physician who we can always count on. Dr. Linden is gets 5 stars only because there arent 10 available for this review. Outstanding.

I have been a patient of Dr. Linden for over 20 years. I completely disagree with the negative posts. He is very careful to answer all of my questions, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. He is an excellent doctor, and I am blessed to have him as my family physician.

Dr. Bruce L. Linden is a kind advisor who takes his time during an appointment and is attentive to my needs. He not only listens to me, he hears what I am really saying (excellent coaching skills). Dont ever get in a situation where there is a misunderstanding with the people in the office. Doctor are great but office manager and billing office has horrible customer service.

Dr. Linden was my doctor for 27 years. I left Texas in 2013 and havent found a family doctor has good as him where I live. I miss Dr. Linden because he would always listen to me and explain what was going on.

Dr. Linden does not care about your well being nor does his staff. I’ve been on the same birth control and thyroid medicine for 7 years. Dr. Linden cut off my prescription because he wanted to do blood work to make sure it was still working. I was willing to do the bloodwork even though I couldn’t afford it. When I asked Dr. Linden’s staff how much the bloodwork and visitation would be they failed to provide an answer. How am I supposed to save up money to go if I don’t know how much it is? After explaining this to them, Dr Linden cut off my birth control. I did not understand why, it has nothing to do with my thyroid medication. He said it was because I needed my annual well womens. I finally saved up some money and called to schedule my visit today, and they told me they no longer want to see me as a patient. I am now scramming to find a new doctor because I’m days away from being out of my medication. Thanks, Doc.
