They don’t answer the phone!! No matter how many times you call! Luckily it’s not life or death!

Clinic employs friendly reception and customer service staff--some, if not all, of whom are medically trained to assist. They are helpful and never seem in a rush. Also, reassuringly-attentive practitioners take any necessary time to talk over reasons for visits.Its most efficient to work directly with local office staff, as the main websites features and information dont always match what the local office is doing.

I would gave negative stars if i could. I did a walk in today, because i couldnt get anyone on the phone for a appointment, which they do advertise for walk in too. My one year old grandbaby and I waited for 2 hours when the doctor came out and told everyone if you dont have a appointment we cant see you today. I told him you should have told me that 2 hours ago when i signed in! They open at 10am and the receptionist didnt show up till 12pm saying this is her first day, she didnt even know how to log in to the system, let alone how to schedule appointments! So how was i suppose to make an appointment?

This is a terrible clinic. The staff are extremely rude and they are very unprofessional especially the manager. Also they dont book appointments properly and they say they will accept all types of insurances but when you get to the clinic, they will say that it is not acceptable. Very inconvenient and please dont be fooled by some of the good ratings. If I was given a chance to select a 0 star rating, I would definitely do so.

My name is Amber Clark,I just really wanted to take time to leave a review for Today Clinic. I think more often then not, people make reviews based on merely bad experiences. Well, this facility is deserving of a great review IMO. Dr. Choi has been so great from the first time I came in. She is patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and above all, she actually CARES about you. Her nurse (whom I do not know her name) is also very gentle and kind. This place makes me not want to hesitate to keep up with my health. They are a real god-send, especially to people who are self pay. These people will treat you well, and I am so thankful that I found them.

My first visit. Sprained back. Got in about 15 minutes after arriving. Very friendly folks.Small but efficient staff. Doctor, assistant, and receptionist. Doctor wrote 3 scripts- then tore up one based on my age and suggested an OTC med instead. Covid checks - wear mask and have your template checked before they let you in.....

Over $300 for a steroid shot for my allergies that I can get in Mexico for less than $5 it doesnt make sense

I decided to try this clinic since I do not currently have health insurance. I had a great experience. The clinic is very clean and up-to-date. The staff was very nice and professional. I didn’t wait long. I received great care from the Nurse Practitioner. I felt I received equal if not better care to than I have received at larger Dr’s offices when I have had insurance. I would definitely recommend them.

Great Clinic! Receptionist is professional and extremely attentive to your needs or concerns. Doctor and Nurse Practitioner go above and beyond to make sure all your questions and concerns are taken care of. Also, the prices for the office visit are affordable. This is a small clinic that strives to help their community by giving exceptional medical care at affordable prices.

I’ve been to quite a few urgent cares in DFW. I’m used to being charged $200+ and being treated like I’m just an inconvenience that the staff just wants to rush in and out with no true regard for my issue.At Today Clinic there was a bit of a wait (with the pandemic and the long line, I get it), but it was worth it. Dr. Jenny (forgot last name) really seemed genuine about her concerns and cared about my issue. Instead of the usual “here’s your prescription now get out”, she also gave me a lot of advice and recommendations to solve my problem. The visit itself was fast, but not rushed. Everything that needed to be done got done in a pleasant, timely manner.Better care than any other urgent care in the area for a much lower price. $79 without insurance. Highly, highly recommended.

Frustrated to find that I drove up here after seeing the hours online to find that they changed to temporary hours. Not even open on Tuesdays mornings its open from 4 to 7. Really wish the website or Google knew that so people like me dont waste their time driving out to find that posted on their door.

Our family is currently treading the waters of self insured. Our son has been sick the last 3-4 days. We drove in from Dallas to this clinic that our family has used before. Kirsten Ruiz PA treated and cared for our son. Y’all I’ve gotta let you know she is an angel! She not only treated him, she took her time and educated me. She also printed out coupons and found the cheapest pharmacy for the prescriptions he needed! Amazing care and service!! Love them!! 💖

Okay so I just realized my previous View was taken down. I put up a review explaining how horrible this place was how it was a fake Clinic that only helps out people with moderate issues such as diabetes and high blood pressure so wonder how long before this ones going to be taken down dont waste your money

Love this place. I get in and out on a timely basis and have gotten good care. Their hours are great allowing no missed time from work. The care is personal. Rates are definitely more reasonable.

Nice hidden gem in Lewisville. I was able to get in same day and the staff was super friendly.

I took my mom to the clinic and we had the best experience. There were no people waiting when we got there and we had to fill out only one page of her medical history. The nurse listened to us and addressed all the symptoms my mom was concerned about. Her assessment of my moms condition and the prescribed medication was adequate and my mom healed within a week of our visit. The service is very affordable at $79 for basic visit without insurance.

I was very impressed with their service and how fast they were able to get me in. I am 7 months pregnant and they were very knowledgeable about what medicines I could have.

The PA was very knowledgeable, courteous, professional, listened well and explained everything and let me know with the meds prescribed I should be feeling much better. Also she gave me her number to call if I had any questions later. The receptionist was polite and efficient. My total experience there was excellent.

They arent lying when they said first come first serve .. i got the flu symptoms and felt really really bad on Friday , by Saturday i woke up and started looking for a place that would help me with the pain and the fever . found the closest location to me that was open on Saturday and got there early before the opened and they took care of me super fast even tho i was a first time customer there . I am new at my job so i didnt have my insurance information . and i just paid out of pocket and it wasnt to bad .. like 100$ in total for everything . they also speak Spanish and English . loved it . very small nit community .

Long wait for urgent....

Basic care location that was ideal for non emergency treatment. Very courteous and professional. The wait was a bit long but overall a positive experience. The out of pocket cash cost for a visit is very competitive and would be an ideal location for wellness, scripts for bloodwork etc. Given the high deductible plans that are beginning to become more commonplace, small clinics like this play a key role is managing healthcare for a family.

I currently dont have insurance to deal with my pre existing condition and this clinic really came to my rescue. The check in fee was affordable. The physician was friendly and informative.

I found them online and double-checked to make sure they were open before driving there. It wasn’t close to where I lived, but i thought it was worth the drive after reading all of the great reviews. It was a Sunday and when I got there, the girl at the front desk told me that there were no doctors in and she was just there to tell patients that and she offered to make me an appointment for another day later this week. 👎🏻

The Today Clinic did a wonderful job on all of my visits. The staff was very polite and took their time to make sure my medical needs was taken care of. I will not hesitate on going back when needed.

Our family chooses the Today Clinic over every other medical provider, every time. We found them in 2011 when my, then high school daughter, needed a sports physical. The care was personal, thorough and friendly was a fraction of the cost of anyone else offering that service. Now we see the PA there for any illness, first. If they think we need something above their ability, well trust where they tell us to go for care.

Very pleased with the service I received at this clinic. The doctor I saw was able to identify why I was having headaches and help me resolve the issue. Her recommendation worked for me. Since I dont have health insurance, they made it affordable with the $79.00 fee.

We have been going to Today Clinic for a couple years now and I love it. No appointment necessary. You go, wait time is maybe 10 or 15 minutes and you see a doctor ready to give the care you need. Best experience I have had at a medical facility.

Went in Monday mid-morning was seen right away with no wait! Assistant/Front desk was very polite and quick to help. The nurse practioner was very professional and honest, she was able to prescribe me the medication I needed. Will be going back for a follow up to check how I am doing with the medication she prescribed. I recommend this clinic for anyone with no insurance or low income.

They were pretty quick about getting me in the doctor seen me in person during the covenant 19 which was the biggest problem I had I didnt want to do it on the phone but they took good care of me

I have been going to the Today Clinic for years. Cant say enough good about them, actually!Dr. Cauthen and his staff are excellent: they take the time to patiently explain things, with a level of care I just have not found elsewhere. I know that they are here serving people in this clinic because they really are about helping others--this is reflected in their very reasonable pricing too.Also, I like that they are open seven (7) days a week and the wait is a lot less than other places. The atmosphere in this clinic is very upbeat and positive, genuinely caring, professional. What a rare combination these days!!I have, and will continue, to highly recommend them to anyone who needs the best of the best when it comes to treatment and care 7 days a week .

Office prices were affordable, practice was clean and wait time was reasonable. N.P Lorena along with Asst. Elizabeth were extremely professional and helpful during a concerning time, would definitely recommend this clinic over a 24/7 emergency clinic.

Way better service than other urgent care clinics. And reasonable price , care now charges you $160 (they wouldn’t take my insurance because I had not met my deductible), Today Clinic charges you $79 (they did take my insurance though)

Walked in and was done in under 30 minutes. Very thorough and professional, even the lecture about my blood pressure was stern with out being preachy-my mother would have approved. Ill definitely be using them again.Update....That was 3 years ago and still using this clinic. And, theyre still every bit as good as they were when I began using them.

Waste of time. Zero urgency from the doctor to actually TRY and help me find a solution to excruciating back pain. Suggested I take a warm bath and wanted to just prescribe drugs to fix the four months of pain Ive had. Dr. also referred to me as a thoroughbred.... lack of professionalism all around.

Receptionist was nice but I was over charged on my co-pay when I told her that wasnt what I was suppose to pay she ask if I would just pay 25 but my co-pay is 15. She wanted me to call my insurance company and ask, I dont feel like its my job to ask..she should of called to verify. Very small clinic and not very clean.

I love this place! Sure, its minimalist, but I dont need a glamorous location with mochafrappalattechinos in the waiting room (and i dont wanna pay for that overhead either). You get great care at a great price. It will be a sad day in my home when Today Clinic is no longer an option for us to use...UPDATE - now that I have insurance I DO NOT love this place. The rate they charge you when you have insurance is about TWICE what they charge if you dont have insurance. So if you have not met your deductible, you will pay more for their services if you have insurance than if you didnt. In my mind, thats FRAUD! At a minimum, it is a deceptive trade practice! As of this moment, I am disputing my bill because they charged me for an office visit, a lab, and something else when all they did was take my wifes vitals and gave her a prescription without ever seeing the doctor or having any labs done. I have called their corporate office every business day during business hours. I always get voice mail. I have left messages each time Ive called, and as of today they have not returned my call. It has been over a week and no one is reaching out to me.I WILL NEVER BE SICK ENOUGH TO EVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN. THEY ARE FRAUDS WHO USE DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICES!

Dr Cauthen was very professional and informative about my treatment.He answered all of my questions so that I understood what was being done and what I needed to do following the office visit.I was thoroughly satisfied with the experience to the point that he is now my full time medical doctor of choice.In addition, his staff was very cordial and most helpful.I would recommend Dr. Cauthen to anyone that asks.

Excellent service and staff. It was a walk in checkup though wait for some time but every second was worth.

Clinic was small and not very clean. Receptionist did not look professional. Went in trying to find a PCP. I called and they said they provide PCP services. My new insurance doesnt start unitl April and I needed something cheap. I was given refills for my regular medications, but only for 2 weeks. When I called for refills the man that answered the phone didnt even ask for my name. Just LOUDLY said I would need to be seen again. I explained that my insurance doesnt start for a few weeks and money is tight. His reply....it sure is a weird time for your insurance benefits to be changing. Very rude and sarcastic. I explained that I started a new job. He blew me off and LOUDLY repeated that I would have to be seen. NEVER ONCE ASKED FOR MY NAME OR ANYTHING. I will never give my money to this establishment again.

(*Original Review 10/11/18*)Its not bad for a small clinic, although not as affordable without health insurance. It costs $79 for check in (about the average price for most clinics). The team are friendly and were very direct with handling my treatment whether or not you make an appointment. Doctor was helpful at giving me some tips and insight on what mightve caused my health issue and what else I can do to feel better and prevent it from happening next time. Rather than just giving me prescription form, she also wrote down what each medicine were for and made sure to find the nearest one with discounts.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------(*Edited 10/15/18*)The prescription medicine I received from the pharmacy for my back pain had only made my symptoms worse. The 3 medicines which I had to take: Cyclobenzaprine, one had already made my whole right leg in nothing but sharp pain. The other two: Prednisone and Naproxen I took now made my stomach cramp and I had nothing but excessive diarrhea and bloody stools. I cant even eat anything now without having to use the restroom. Im still having back pain and now it caused more problems with the pain in my hips. When I try calling them about the situation all they tell me is to make another visit so they can see about giving me different medicine.Now hold on a minute... Im suffering from the medicine you just prescribed me that was supposed to fix my problem, now you expect me to make another visit, waste $79 just to get some cheap prescription tablets that could potentially exaggerate the issue even more? No thanks. Its bad enough that when I was checked the first time the doctor (Lorena Cavazos) barely examined me. She just had me do stretches then ask me where the pain hurts at. Something anybody couldve done honestly. If I cant get a straight answer over the phone about what this medicine has done to my body then Im done here. Ill look for treatment elsewhere. Youd be lucky not to be sued or reported with FDA.

The receptionist was a really mean person, 0 customer service! She was seating like a child and talking by cellphone, 1st time in this place and the last one!
