I seriously can not express the gratitude of how thankful I am of this facility & their staff. Absolutely outstanding. From the front desk, to the nurses & then the Doc. I haven’t had this type of care with an on going issue for over 7 months, & coming here for treatment was the best thing I ever could have done. Dr. Chorpa out did herself with how helpful & graceful she was. Terry was very kind, & Angie went above & beyond with her care. I’m so thankful I chose to come here, I highly recommend!!!

Having experienced quite a few ER visits in our lifetime, I can say without a doubt this is the best ER that my wife and I have ever been to. My wife was under observation for a severe dog bite.The team did a terrific job being thorough with xrays, antibiotic treatment, and pain control. We can’t say enough good things about Dr. Chopra and the nurse, Angie. Bedside manner was second to none, they explained everything they were doing, and consistently checked to make sure we were both comfortable. They even ordered us dinner. Huge relief knowing we can get the highest quality care in such a timely manner. If we ever need emergency care again, we will undoubtedly be coming here.

The best urgent care facility I have been to in this area. Open 24/7 and for me the initial deciding factor was that they do take Medicare. I have found only one other in Denton and it was closed yesterday (Sunday). The staff at Signature were all the best I have ever experienced in an urgent care situation and there was pretty much no waiting time.

Mrs. April Y was amazing when she took care of us for my friends and I COVID tests.

Having symptoms of Covid and 30 weeks pregnant. Staff is amazingly kind with no judgment. Waited less than five minutes to be seen and get my rapid test. Hopefully negative. Note: It’s not a standard testing facility unless they deem it medically necessary. Only come here for Covid if you are having true symptoms….

I highly recommend this facility! The staff has been extremely nice and caring! My nurse Steven has been very accommodating! He has went above and beyond for me! Dr Das (hopefully I didn’t spell it wrong) has also been good to me as well and he’s making sure that I’m ok.

This urgent care facility has amazing nurses, techs & doctors. Ozzy, ER tech was very personable, caring & made me feel more relaxed. Keylee, RN was great! I have difficult veins but she was able to get an IV started quickly. Gabrielle, RN stayed with me during my IV infusion & we enjoyed listening to my music during this time. Best urgent care I have ever been to.

I came in for a possibly broken hand and received the best care I could possibly ask for. Andrea was incredible, she checked me in and had me taken to my room very promptly. Alyx, Enrique, and Jorge were warm, funny, and welcoming. The staff made the experience pleasant and easy.

I came in and was helped out immediately. The staff was awesome. My nurse Keelie, the medics, and both physicians were kind and explained everything thoroughly. I cannot say enough good things about everyone from reception to care staff. I would definitely recommend anyone to utilize this facility. Fortunately, due to their knowledge, their desire to really find the problem and the additional testing ordered, they did found a life saving health concern that I can now be treated for. This was found early because of them.I am not so sure if this would have been properly addressed at just a local in and out care facility. I will always be forever thankful to the care I had at Signature.

From the moment we walked in we were greeted with great energy. Nurse April was very kind and made us feel comfortable. My daughter who is 10 and her hit it off great and she made my daughter feel safe. As a parent you always want to know your kids are in good hands..

Doctor April Y. was very kind and helpful. She supported me along the entire process and even gave me a complimentary drink.

Today I spend 6 hours in this signature care all because my doctor wasn’t answering their phone to refer me for antibody injections. Everyone was patient and sweet, checked on me even brought me snacks. They did not make me feel like a burden. I could not be more pleased with the care I received today. A doctor even sat on hold with my obgyn trying to get a referral. I 100% would recommend this center to anyone!!

I was skeptical walking into this urgent/emergency care center. I had to take my daughter in for care at 5 a.m. Dr. Shane Taylor was personable, genuine, and knowledgable. The two female nurses were also super helpful and caring.

I came here to get a updated Covid test to make sure I wasn’t positive. The staff preferably April (ER Technician) was so sweet and comforting. She made the process smooth and at ease. She was very professional and assured that everything would get better if the worse happened. Thanks for taking care and being so nice in this time of pandemic . The doctor was also fluent with my results. I will be visiting here from now on when something is bothering me or I have an issue health wise outside of seeing my primary

My husband took me here last weekend when I was experiencing some pain and the experience was amazing. The staff was extremely friendly, warm, and knowledgeable and I was able to see someone immediately with no wait since they weren’t busy. Not your typical emergency room experience. Would definitely come back again!

This place is amazing! I walked in on Monday with severe abdominal pain and they took me back right away. Dr. Chowdbury, April, Emily, Jorge and the other shift members( I apologize for not remembering your names) were very friendly, attentive and made sure that I had everything needed. Very thorough with all the testing done and found out my gallbladder needs to come out. I would highly recommend this place it is very clean and all were so nice.

Extremely friendly and caring staff. The front desk was very helpful. The doctor and nurse were so genuine in showing they cared. Theyve took time to listen and gladly answered any questions I had to make sure I felt comfortable understanding everything before I left about my health situation when I went to them. Then recently, my father in law visiting got COVID and they accept medicare and were able to get in him within the hour for the monoclonal antibody infusion to help him feel better right away. They were AMAZING!!!! I am telling everyone about this place! Thank you!

Signature Care ER is the place to come to when you need professional, compassionate, exceptional medical care! Everyone here was amazing, from Natasha at the front desk check in, Alyx my nurse was fantastic, Jorge my RT who did my scan and explained everything to me and Dr. Chopra who addressed all my concerns quickly and made sure I was feeling better after treatment. As you can imagine, the place was busy- especially with Covid. Went for treatment and the staff was very friendly, attentive and took time to answer your questions. The Dr. on duty, Dr. Chowdhury was detailed, calm, and caring! It was a great experience!

I came here to be treated for a nagging illness I feared to be critical. Dr. Das saw me today and immediately started analyzing my condition. He’s really great about explaining why each test was required and how long the results would be. The staff is awesome!! This is a great emergency care facility!

Two rounds of COVID testing in one week - cant beat that, hmmm? The first time was with a frightened, ill 10 year old. Everyone was completely understanding of his fear and went out of their way to ease his anxiety and explain everything he needed to know. When my mother and I came back today for our tests, our was the same experience - calming and efficient. A terrific place.

We had to get stitches removed a week after they put them in and they were amazing. Alyx and April were the best RN and ER Tech that got us taken care of in less than 15 minutes from start to finish. Definitely will use this location again if we have a late night cut

The care that I received from Dustin and the team, was the best around! When they took blood Dustin got my vein on the first stick, this never happens for me. I was treated with exceptional care, these people are truly passionate about what they do and they do it well! I was treated like a person, not a number, they werent trying to hurry and fix me. They took the time to find out what was really wrong! I highly recommend Signature care I cant stress enough how professional they were. I wish more caregivers would take note and give the amazing care I received here!

The staff here genuinely cares about you when you come in. They know what they are doing, and know how to help you. If you feel you need emergency care, they are definitely the right place to go.

Just leaving the ER after coming in yesterdaywith a major headache . The staff was wonderful professional and hard working I cannot say enough good things about the staff especially the nurse alyx .. they made sure I was comfortable the whole time I was there .. they ran multiple test to make sure they got down to the problem. Just left with my son who had dislocated his shoulder the previous evening. Dr. Das and Steven were pure awesome! THE WORST PLACE EVER❗️ I took my 13 year old daughter here because she was having shortness of breath, dehydration, and other symptoms. They didn’t treat her or give any care even after I paid a $500 fee. The next day I took my daughter to another Emergency room after her Symptoms got worst just to find out she had a lot of fluid around her heart, low blood pressure, and was border line cardiac arrest. The hospital we took her to immediately put her into ICU and helped her recover. I’d NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE HERE IN NO CIRCUMSTANCE.

Went into the ER, obviously afraid because of my condition. And everyone was so nice and attentive, I felt so much more calm after only a half hour. They brought me tea and warm blankets and I was there for maybe four hours, I felt like they thoroughly examined me, and I left there feeling confident that I was okay. A couple of days later the nurse I had called to check on me and see how I was feeling! Would definitely recommend this emergency clinic. And though I don’t want to go to the emergency room in general, if I end up needing to again one day this would be my first choice!

The staff here was amazing. I could not have asked for better care. My care physician Dr Chopra was incredibly caring and kind. The attending nurse Zac was top notch, even the nurse tech Kevin was amazing. They took very good care of me when I needed them most. I would recommend this facility over and over.

I have come to this ER twice and received exceptional patient care and customer service by all staff members. April made both visits smooth and informative. They make you feel welcome and well taken care of.

The worst ever. I went in February bc I thought I had a contact stuck in my eye. I am a new contact person so Ive struggled with taking it in and out. I went in and asked if they could just see if it was in there or I was just irritating my eye for no reason. If it is ill pay the 300 and then proceed with them taking it out. That doctor lied saying its in there, I paid, and then through his treatment just says that the contact was never there but you do have an infection. Im like duh I see my eye is red. They basically were out to get a few hundred out of me and then I told them Im not paying any bills they send after. Today I received a bill for $2000. I cant speak for other doctors here but if you see Dr. Pradeep Bodige, leave then.

This place is amazing! Everyone here was so nice and helped me out more than any surrounding Urgent Care Center! April was extremely gentle when giving me my swabs which was a great change of pace and The people working at the front desk was a huge help, especially Jessica, who helped me immensely through the whole thing!

Amazing facility! Dr Angela is so sweet and patient as well as the other nurses and staff. Came in for a rapid covid test and they have a smooth and quick process for everyone. With as many people are here Im surprised I am in and out in such a short time. I expected to wait for hours. They all keep apologizing for the wait as well, which seems silly to me. Im so thankful for them to be here.

Jessica and Doc we’re amazing from start to finish. My 4 year old was a nervous wreck but they talked her thru it and have her so much special care. I like this place better than the physicians office because their super quick and super caring.

Super thankful at the quickness I was able to be seen and the professionalism of the staff. As someone who suffers from anxiety and panic attacks it was refreshing to have them take my concerns seriously rather than saying it was just anxiety and brushing me off. Came to this location for a rapid COVID-19 swab. They are not a testing center, but if you are exposed and have symptoms the offer testing. My experience was great. It was handled fast, professional and with ease. I will return to this location should I need anymore medical help. Special recognition to my ER tech April. She made the visit very welcoming and provided me with comfort and reassurance before completing my nasal swab.

I normally only post review on businesses with bad customer service but this one is the exception.Jess in the front desk was very professional and extremely kind. She explained the paperwork and recieved me well. April, who took my vitals and swab tests, was very gentle with the procedures and also she was really friendly...never did i feel like i was just another sick patient in their building.

We have not had any bad experience at this location. They are quick rapid and everybody there is really nice with a positive attitude! they do a really good job about keeping social distancing have everybody wait in their car. They offer the covet rapid test which is very convenient and helpful. Along with many other services they offer at the same time they can put anybody mind at ease.

April was my nurse she was absolutely warm and calming! I can’t believe I’m drinking hot green tea, it feels so good in my throat. Dr. Choud hung was informative and empathetic. I have never had such a great experience at an ER. The wait was long but not their fault. The front desk was helpful and professional.
