I am not happy with their services. Long waiting hours and unprofessional staff.

Dr. Koya and the full staff at Elite Digestive Specialists are incredible! I have been going since 2018, and I have always had my issues diagnosed and well taken care of. Dr. Koya is professional, attentive, and knows her field with the highest caliber. Special shoutout to Melissa for going above and beyond by working with the insurance company on medications! And she has a positive/outgoing personality that makes everyone feel welcome. Leslie is awesome at keeping all appointments organized and a friendly voice to hear! Sharada, Uncle, and the PA are amazing too!! Definitely recommend for any digestive-related concerns.

Dr.Koya is so amazing always has been! I love her PA, she is also great! Lesley the office manager is always in top of it, but their entire staff is amazing and always so kind! I always recommend them to anyone asking for a GI doctor! Happy New Year!!!

Elite Digestive was very helpful and efficient. I have been having stomach problems for a while now and I was not able to figure out the cause and a friend recommended me to Dr. Koya. I called and was able to get an appointment quickly that fit my schedule and the process was efficient. When I went in for my appointment Dr.Koya was very attentive and listened to all my symptoms and complaints, which isnt always the case with other doctors lol! She recommended an H. Pylori test and I was able to get the test and results immediately during my appointment. I did have h. pylori but I am glad I found out sooner rather than later. She explained the medications I needed to take, side effects and answered all questions. Every one was very Helpful and I had a Great Experience atDr. Koyas office !

Dr Koya confirmed the type of health problem I had mentioned to her; which I found out from another Doctor. She then was very professional in her explanation of her recommendation of treatment for me. I agreed with the treatment plan and it all turned out very well. Later I needed lab work that she had done, forwarded to two other doctors. I called and Melissa answered and took care of that request while I was on the phone. She was very good. Dr Koya is very good and professional. You will be in good hands.

I have been seen by this office and paid multiple payments before my procedure and was told Im all paid and then I get bills after bills in the mail. When I ask for a breakdown of previous payments there is no response but as I still need medication for my diagnosis and now the doctor has refused to refill my prescription and left me to suffer in pain. I will have to contact the Texas Medical Board next.

I have complete trust in Dr. Koya. I know that she will always do everything that she can for me. I cannot stress her competence and professionalism enough. I would not trust my care to any other doctor.

Dr Koya is very smart and caring Dr .The office staff are very nice and courteous i travel a long way just to see her i highly recommend her

I had a colonoscopy with Dr. Koya. She is so kind and caring with her patients. She takes the time to explain the procedures and prep medications. My wife was also a patient of Dr. Koya. We both would recommend her to anybody.
