I went for my yearly appointment yesterday. I didnt have one last year (my choice) due to covid. Theyre protocols were top-notch, masks, plexiglass and hand sanitizer. They were friendly and efficient. I left feeling well taken care of and happy.

I have been a patient of Dr. DeRosa and then Chamberland for as long as I can remember. I just called to make an appointment and because it has been 4 years since Ive seen been in there, they are considering me a new patient and they will not make an appointment for me, as they are not taking new patients at this time!! Are you kidding me?! I have been going there for 20+ years and because I havent had to see them for 4 years, I am now a new patient and they wont see me?! Crock of bull**** and Im not impressed. They are obviously getting too big to add a personal touch. If you are looking for a new eye doctor, dont waste your time with this office.

Very unprofessional assistance from office staff person. I called with questions on an invoice, yes I was upset but she was short tempered and seemed to take my response personally. I deal with people daily and would never treat someone in that manner. Remember your customer service skills and how to deal with these types of calls. You represent the office you work for.

Once you can see a doctor, they are good but the front staff is unhelpful and rude. I was supposed to get a call back about an appointment and I was told “We don’t follow up on things like that” when I called back for the third time about an appointment.

Waited last minute like usual to order my contacts only to find my prescription expired. Ive never been to this office before and was able to get in the same day and they even gave me a pair of trials to wear. Another good thing to know is their pricing its pretty close to 1-800 contacts.Staff were all smiling and friendly.
