Based upon a previous experience with miracle ear, we were reluctant to go back . Upon going back ou seer concerns with the consultant and receptionist. Were reversed because the getting we received was genuine and professional. They were eager to honestly show up what hearing aid we needed. After the hearing test we were very pleased with the recommendation with the consultant. Several test were given out in the hallway, in the phone, whispering. Very pleased with everything. There is no argument with anything. Excitingly coaching and patients on how to put them in and use them. Highly recommended

Just finished my appointment with Ben Parker at Miracle-Ear in Lewiston IDAHO. I am very pleased with the Miracle-Ear hearing aids, the quality of service is what makes a good product and Ben Parker and his staff is the tops, I had some trouble with the Miracle-Ear speaker wire cutting into my ear and Ben was not happy until he fixed the problem. I had another brand of hearing aid before purchasing the Miracle-Ear which neither the customer service or hearing aids compaire to what Ben and his office offer.

The people at miracle ear in Lewiston , Ben Parker and Winter Snyder are so awesome to work with I look forward to my appointments.

Ben Parker at Miracle Ear in Lewiston is my hero!!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I knew I had a hard time hearing, but I didn’t realize how much it effected me not only with professional and personal communication but emotionally. I’ve seen videos of people getting emotional when they get their first pair of glasses or first set of hearing aids but I never really understood it. I get it now!!! I teared up when I could hear clearly for the first time in a very very long time. My biggest worry going into my appointment was that there was nothing to do to help me, at 40 years old I thought I was too young to get hearing aids. Ben explained the entire process and even how to read the test results. Every worry I had was gone in a flash and a life of not saying what or just smiling when I couldn’t understand words are gone. I can’t wait to hear the sounds of spring around the corner!!!

Ben and Tasha have been excellant to work with while helping to get my Mom hearing aids. Ben has been exceptionally professional, patient, and personable during every appointment - even scheduling visits after hours to accommodate us traveling from out of town. He explained every available package they offered without pressuring us to choose one over the other. With my Mom having Dementia, Ben has helped us to get her back into the conversation and really to get a piece of her back again. I would highly recommended Ben and Tasha to get the job done.

I graduated in 1967 at 17 years old. when I was 16 years old my life changed forever, my ear drum was broken by a rat tailed comb. My ear itched so I used the comb to scratch it then my girlfriend ran into my elbow pushing the end of the comb in my left year breaking my eardrum.The pain level was right up there with having a baby.When all the name calling and yelling and screaming was done.i was told .my eardrum would heal up on its own.I managed to help my two children through school both of them graduation high school in 1987 and 1988.My two children shane and Stacey both kids are 51 but irish twins born within a year or less of each other from October 10th to December 6th each year they are the same age.I would not have had any other way wasnt as hard as I thought it was going to be I love my babies. I love to listen to my family talk and laugh my family is as follows Stacy is 51 has a daughter Anastasia 31 my first granddaughter and the son Dalton 23 my first grandson Dalton has two children my great grandbabies zadien Anthea my son Shane 51 has two children Tyson age of 19 and cool 17 I love when we are all together lots of fun and laughter I told them all to be careful because when I get my new hearing aids I would be able to hear a flea fart from a distance.at 32 years old I could hear but not very well as time went by my hearing wasnt doing well I knew I had to go to the doctor so I went to Miracle-Ear in Lewiston Idaho my first experience with them was wonderful during this time I could hear good about 35 years then I started to notice my hearing was going downhill again now Im at 71 years old I have met the best salesperson ever Ben Parker of miracle ear in Lewiston Idahomy first appointment was been with October 8th of 2020 Ive seen been for six visits now I can hear everything thank you Ben just to name a few things I can now hear water in the sink music every note of it my cat Maddie eating her I can hear her little pause hit the floor and she jumps down to the floor when a cat purrs my grandma and grandpa used to say we singing I hear Maddie loud and clear now such a joy.Ben is such a woman for a person for medical ear please keep him in your office in town this man believes in sales miracle air he is patient with his patients he is worried and concerned about the new index journey they are about to take in their lives the rest of their lives he is understanding caring knowledgeable and very kind to his clients God made the best salesperson when he made Ben Parker then he broke the mold best job ever buddy.then you save the rest of my life I cant thank you enough it means so much to me Im so grateful you come into my life now is the time for a laid-back lazy restful day.
