I had my bathroom completely remodeled by McHale’s and it turned out absolutely amazing! Doug M did an outstanding job as our sales, design and development lead. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job communicating throughout the project. Kevin L and Seamus were the GC’s on the project. All I can say is WOW! They transformed our environment and paid attention to every detail with meticulous care. They were truly a pleasure to have in our home over the few week period and made sure to check in with us on the daily. Tim B and Kevin K were our electricians. They reviewed and discussed the project with us at the onset and checked in to ensure the project plan was verified. Rob W was our plumber….completely professional, knowledgeable and a great communicator. I was so impressed by the level of communication and coordination between everyone mentioned above to make our experience seamless and enjoyable. Excellent, thorough and quick service provided by the electrician Kevin Keller of McHales, Inc. He was on time, courteous and answered all of my questions. He identified the problem, offered a solution, gave alternatives, and fixed the issue in an hour. The price was reasonable and he did not try any pressure tactics. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, technically strong, and considerate. I would highly recommend them and plan to use again in the future.

I cant say enough good thing about our experience with McHales KBA. Everyone was professional, clean, courteous and respectful. From our first meeting with Sheila, when the technicians Doug and Mike came to our home to give us an estimate, to all the technician, plumbers, painters; Rob, Tim, Ian, Neil and Steve. Great company. Gave me an appointment quickly to do a video sewer inspection for the sale of my house. The technician, Anthony, was AWESOME. Very articulate, friendly and professional. This is the second time McHales was sent when we used our In-Home Plumbing Protection Plan from American Water. It was a small leak on a pipe. We called it in in the morning and McHales was at our house the same day.The technician was George Daniello and couldnt have been more courteous and professional. The job took about 20 minutes total. We would use McHales even if it isnt an insurance claim.

I was very happy with the service I received. When I called to make an appointment, they offered for someone to come out the same day. They send you info about who the technician will be so you are comfortable letting them into your home. The technician, Beau, arrived in a timely manner and was very helpful and knowledgeable. This was the first time I’ve used McHale’s and I will definitely be calling them again if I ever need a plumbing/heating repair in the future.

Beau and Junior were amazing. On time, thorough, professional and communicative. What we thought was a simple issue turned out to be larger and more complex. But they took the time to show us what was causing the problem and the remedies in detail. Got the larger repair work scheduled in a few days but also got us up an running until then. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve heard good things about there work so not commenting on that but value and cost wise the pricing was out of control. To replace our wax seal, yes includes labor, we were quoted $700. Just called another local company who is going to do it all for $165. That’s vastly different and I have no clue why and how it’s so much. Sadly will not use in the future just can’t afford it. I’m sure nice people but pricing just doesn’t work for our family.

Technician Beau Reilly showed up and I explained my problem with the outside drainage. He informed me that it was outside his scope of work. I appreciate the honesty and not paying for work he could have performed then told me I needed something else. I am happy to recommend McHales plumbing and will use them if I require a plumber.

The guys were great. The price was steep for a Drain unclog. They came next day so for a repair made 14 hours after I called its reasonable to expect higher prices vs the guy who says your on the I will get to you as soon as I can. I got lucky and.my disposal fixed itself.

We woke up Saturday morning to a leak from our AC unit and half an inch of standing water. We called McHales and they were out here within an hour. Pat was extremely helpful, resolving all issues and laying out all our options for maintenance and/or replacement going forward. Pat was fantastic. Highly recommend.

Matt Holman came to our house for a routine plumbing system inspection. He checked everything in the house, from the pipes leading into the basement to the toilets and faucets upstairs. He tested them all to be sure, and he checked the toilet tanks and bolts. He answered a couple of questions I had about the water softener. He seemed to know what he was looking for, and we had a pleasant discussion along the way. Like the other technicians from McHales, he is proud to be working there.

George Daniello responded for the company, to my home in Yardley, and proceeded to thoroughly unclog a problem kitchen drain with an exceptionally long run to the sewer pipe. He kept at it until the drain was running very freely. What a relief! I think George is a very conscientious technician, and a stand-up guy.

Second time using McHales. This time for a shut off valve for the refrigerator and dishwasher and other plumbing issues. The same technician/plumber was Joel Davis who I was very happy to see as he did a terrific job before.I have had several plumbers in my time as a home owner and have been the most satisfied with McHales Inc.. Their prices may be higher, but as the saying goes....YOU get what you pay for! HIGHLY recommended and will use again and again.

After the flood in Bensalem, my mother called McHales to have them come to her house because she didnt have hot water and the basement was flooded. When the men arrived they suggested that she get a new hot water heater, never explaining that possibly the pilot just needed relit. They then said the sump pump wasnt working and so said that need replaced. This was not true since the sump pump had been running. They then asked my mother permission to do an assessment on her house, then stating that she needed a new trap on her sink in her bathroom. After all of that, they billed us for the $4700. She had a flooded basement and the insurance only paid $5000., so she had $300. to pay to get the wet carpet removed, dry wall replaced, and wet furniture removed. McHales brags about 100% satisfaction and we werent satisfied at all. I feel like they took advantage of an elderly woman and hope their consciences are clear because I feel like they were very shady and stole from her. I will never recommend or use a company whose prices are so high and take advantage of people. My mother even told them that I own the house, but they were not to be deterred. They took advantage anyway. Poor, poor public service. Please dont use this company!

I was effected by the flooding in Bristol on July 12 and got several inches of water in my basement. McHales does plumbing and HVAC so I called them to check on my systems to make sure they were okay before turning them on. While they couldn’t give me a window of exact time, they did call throughout the day to keep me updated and my service guy Mike came out after hours to make sure everything was good. He was professional and very kind even while being extremely tired (wasn’t done at my house until after 9 pm). I would recommend.

Came quick very honest nice people. Wrote up estimate and email it to me before he left my house. Made me feel alot better about the work that needs done not as stressful as I thought. No waiting list . Will definitely use company again in the future.

WE ARE SO IN LOVE WITH OUR NEW KITCHENWhen we met with Doug, there were some things that I definitely wanted in my new kitchen. This included moving the sink and dishwasher to the island, taking down the wall between the kitchen and dining room for a more open concept and installing a pot filler. Other than these things, I was at a loss as to how to make our kitchen look great and be more efficient. Doug’s design was perfect. There was not one thing we changed on it. He helped us with the cabinets, counters and backsplash. Everything tuned out better than we could have ever dreamed.Sam was our project manager. He was calm, friendly and totally professional. He always made sure things moved along and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. He always kept us informed during the process. Kyle, who worked closely with Sam, did a little bit of everything from electrical work to installing cabinets and laying new Cortec Plus flooring in the kitchen, dining room and foyer as well as installing new baseboard and window trim. A new sliding door and window were also installed. Luis, the electrician, did a masterful job of installing all the lighting in the ceiling, under the cabinets and in a new display hutch in the kitchen which now shows off my mother’s cobalt blue glass dishes as well as the many, many receptacles all over the kitchen. The plumbing for the sink and dishwasher were moved by Nick and he also hooked up the water line to the refrigerator. Jenny, the McHales Cares Coordinator, made frequent calls or texts to make sure everything was going smoothly.You always hear about kitchen remodels and how long it takes and what a nightmare it is, etc. Our experience was totally the opposite. From the arrival of the McHales trailer in our driveway with everything needed for our new kitchen inside, to the completion a month later, the process was totally seamless and worry-free, all thanks to Doug, Sam, Kyle, Luis, Nick and Jenny. We have already recommended McHales to friends and family for kitchen renovation work.Every day we walk into the kitchen and marvel at how much we love it. It is absolutely a dream come true.

Thomas of McHales arrived promptly. He was clean and neat and polite. I appreciate that he carefully explained to me everything that he did in inspecting my A/C system. I would request his services again.

They have been out for 3 unrelated issues over the past two weeks (two bathroom leaks and replacing a well pump). Every time they come quickly and fix it right away. Joel is a great technician and we will for sure be calling them again.

They had early appointments due to which I called them. My AC blower fan was giving a huge squeaking sound. Technician that came looked at it superficially and within 10-15 min he told me the thing that I already knew !! That there seems to be a problem with the blower fan and also the capacitor seems to be working at less capacity than usual. He pulled his system on his device and gave me 2 costs - 1. Capacitor replacement for close to 300 and blower motor replacement for 1500 dollars. My home warranty company approved only 600 !! Of course I looked for others. I got my work done for 500 dollars actually - OEM parts from a good contractor. There were 2 problems actually - of course my job was done at one third to what McHales quoted but also their tech guy said I could only live with replacing the capacitor for now. That was grossly wrong suggestion - as the other guy actually opened up the cage to show me that blower was smelling and hot when running which apparently McHales technician didn’t bother to do under the 90 dollars they charged me for my visit..!!If I followed their instructions and changed only capacitor (one of the options suggested) then it was a hazardous risk for me … !!!Never calling them again and advise others to be careful

Requested to receive a quote to run a gas line for outdoor appliances and they charge for the visit ~$50 compared to other companies who do not for an estimate. The quote took 2 weeks to receive after several follow-ups and came back almost double to competitors. Would not recommend due to the value and unresponsiveness if they had to work with other contractors / companies.

Hired McHales to replace a sewer line under my concrete foundation INSIDE MY HOUSE. Couldnt be happier. The guys who showed up were professional and treated my house like their own. Joel, Kenny, Anthony, Austin, Zach, Jim, Joe, Brian and Davey---every one was there to get the job done right---Work area was always clean. Work was A++. They answered every question and concern. They cordoned off the area they worked in with plastic and almost no dust escaped to the rest of the house. I highly highly recommend these guys. Thank you McHales!!!!

Two techs came due a water line crack, they were professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them. They were awesome.

I dont think this business could be ran any better. First we had our main pipe inside the house done. They knocked it out within hours. Our family room slab had to be dug out. They left the floor as level as it was before. 2nd, we needed to get the outside done. Called Beau, he came out the next day to price it, and they literally did the job the same day. Their prices are reasonable. They text you pictures and descriptions of every employee that is in route to your house. These guys are true blue collar hard workers that have experience and I would recommend them to anyone

AWR warranty repair assigned to them. Did not show up on scheduled date and time. Could not schedule next appointment for 3 days. After 3 days technician showed up and did not do anything. I was told that they will submit proposal to AWR for approval and upon receiving approval they will come back and fix it. 4 days later same answer and now 5 days later same answer. Very unprofessional. Did not reply to voice message either.

Hands down the most efficient, professional, friendly, skilled, punctual construction team around! They do what they say they will do and stick to the schedule- leave each day with a review of the next steps and are so helpful w any questions along the way. They leave the house cleaner than they found it, too! We’ve used other companies before but McHales takes the cake. Easiest experience with home remodeling! Beyond impressed with our build team Mike, Luis, John, Neil & Nick & Doug. My only regret is not remembering all the names. Every single guy on this project is highly recommended!

McHales committed to delivering service to me but called 3 times to cancel and reschedule. They put me in a real bind because I was purchasing a property and my diligence time was limited. The last time they rescheduled, I specifically asked them if they would definitely come and not call again and they committed to me but then cancelled. I would never do business with them again.

Beau Reilly and Matt Callahan were very professional, respectful and knowledgeable. We had needed a video of our sewer for inspection and the first company that came out couldn’t get past our trap but these 2 guys were able to do it less than 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend McHales.

The price quoted was too high for the job. The technician was very nice but then tried to collect the $49.95 call out fee when you have work done. Since we just got an estimate, we didnt want to pay the fee. They do advertise free estimates. Overall we like McHales and their people.

A million thanks to John B for coming out within 2 hours of my call to fix a shower cartridge behind my shower faucet handle. He was extremely polite, prompt, courteous and above all knowledgeable! He explained all the options available to repair it and even gave additional suggestions and upgrades if I wanted. I chose the basic repair but it was awesome to hear all the options available. Learn from my mistakes… START with McHales Inc! This is my second experience with McHales for household plumbing issues that I thought I could tackle myself…insert laughter here🤣. Today was a leaky faucet replacement for kitchen sink that had a stuck corroded water shut off valve (I spent 3 days trying to get those valves to budge, sigh). Technician George Daniello was professional & patient when answering my questions…and gets a 6th star ⭐️ because he was super kind to my bulldog.

Had a leak and Mchales was excellent! I called, they came out and assessed the issue, figured it out, then fixed it. All totaling about an hour and a half to two hrs. That included going to their supply house for parts. Going forward I will call Mchales for all my plumbing needs. Great experience!

I recently called McHales for a plumbing issue that required immediate attention. It was after hours and during a serious thunderstorm. The woman who answered the call was polite and had a plumber out to my house within 20 minutes. The plumber, Marty G. , was professional and highly skilled. He knew exactly how to fix our drains that were backing up. He took his time and would not leave until the problem was solved, even as tornado warnings were going off on all of our phones! Note to all: do not put potato peels down your garbage disposal! lol! I would not hesitate to call McHales in the future.

All of the McHales team members that worked on our bathroom including Mike, Marty, Luis, Danny, Neil, and Doug, from day 1 demolition to the last day were absolutely wonderful and personable. Our bathroom is a dream! Our next project is the kitchen and we cannot wait to see these guys again. They took every precaution necessary and worked safely and efficiently. From keeping our floors clean with plastic coverings to cleaning up every bit of dust after each day. I had a great experience with McHales. I used them to replace my 22 year old heating and ac units. Michael my technician was so professional. He explained everything and gave me a timeline as to how the day would go. Everything went well. When I had a plumbing problem I called right away. Once again everyone is so professional. From our first conversation with Jenny to set up our sewer repair, we knew we had made the right decision to use McHale’s. Beau visited to clear the clog and inspect the sewer line.
