The tech was prompt and on time. We had issues with our garage door being a homeowner. Door was fixed beyond expectations, and he even went out of his way and did a little preventive maintenance. Garage door works better than before. I have nothing bad to say about this company they stand by their products.

I am so grateful that I found First ABC Electric Contractor Service! We had an electrical problem in our kitchen due to the circuits being overloaded. Mike and his team had come out earlier, but the extent of the problem was not discovered at that time. Two awesome professionals, came out and fixed the problem in a little over two hours. These two were efficient but also friendly and engaging and a pleasure to have around. Best of all, we were not charged a cent because of the previous visit. That was unexpected and speaks to their integrity. Highly recommend!

Just like the user Kinatic Body Art Gallery mentioned, I also had the same experience.Called three days in advance was given a window 9-12, no show called three times by the hour, same response a manager will call me back, didnt happen. 4 hours later called and was told they dont have anyone, so just simply canceled the appointment.Mind you I came from out of state and was here on a very tight schedule and I told them that when I set the appointment. Wasted my trip, my time.Sorry to say but very unprofessional.Change my mind ABC. 😌

Mike seemed very honest and a straight shooter. Last year I had First ABC Electric Contractor Service come give an estimate for a complete rewire of my kitchen to include adding new outlets and several new recessed lights. This was after I had mostly torn down myself all the drywall and a wall separating kitchen and dining room. Their estimate was reasonable. They are promp, respectful and trustworthy. Its a pleasure meeting honest people. They have my highest recommendation.

Awesome experience! Mike tried to fix my problem for free over the phone, but when I still had issues he came out and fixed the issue in about 10 minutes. He was way cheaper than two other contractors I had consulted before. He is sincere, hardworking and pretty good at his job! . I totally recommend!

Called this business and signed up for the 1 year plan. Made an appt for Wednesday between 12-4pm and no one called or showed up. After calling they said the electricians were still on a job and would call in 30-40mins and never did. Called back the next day and they couldnt contact the electrician who was supposed to do the job. Talked to three different people about this issue who kept talking about some manager who we couldnt directly speak with. We ended up cancelling all together and getting a refund. Would never use this place or recommend to anyone- terrible service and terrible communication

Had First ABC Electric Contractor Service replace a motion sensor light outside and a dimmer switch inside. This is the 3rd time I have used them. They always show up on time and answer all questions I may have. I really appreciate their honesty. So many times companies will tell you what you want to hear, or try to sell you more goods or services than you really need. These guys are honest. Price-wise they are in-line with other electric companies of this caliber. They are my go-to electricians.
