Lisa, pharmacy technician is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! She interrupts people on the phone, placing them on hold mid-sentence. Then refuses to finish the call saying she’s “too busy”. She gave the call to her supervisor “Jessie” who was about as much help as could be expected from a non-backbone supervisor. No apologies given for her worker. Barely completed the call. Both need management sit downs including Lisa being fired. Absolutely taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

Just found out today that CVS Pharmacy did not renew the contract on my insurance. Went to pick up a prescription and this is how I find out this information. Definitely unprofessional. Been getting my prescriptions here for years. The person who waited on me told me to call my insurance company to get it to go through, she didn’t even know what the company did. I will certainly take my business elsewhere. I am Sure glad I don’t work there, sounds like things are going downhill. Save your coupons, your products are way to expensive anyway. Good riddance!

Pharmacist, Lisa, was truly one of the most disrespectful pharmacists Ive ever spoken to. I am appalled by her judgmental comments towards a patient in recovery as well as the comments directed to our office. Did not let me answer her question after demanding an explanation. Very unsettling interaction that will be reported.

Im usually there to pick up my prescription and once a year for a flu shot.

They are the most incompetent and ignorant people I have dealt with and it has been for years! They dont even deserve 1 star!

The associates that work here are very nice and are always helpful. I can almost always find what I come here for. Some of the products are a bit more pricey than other places, but that comes with almost any convenience store.

If I could give zero, I would. Very rude associate working for you. If you had a bad day, we all do. I wouldnt dish that negative towards a customer. Might need to talk with male employee..there.

Excellent store for sales and Bargains great and knowledgeable pharmacist and staff friendly all the time inexpensive co-pays with or without insurance quick drop off and pick up a prescription no waiting time at all if any

My favorite CVS in the area. I love the drive through pharmacy.

We have used this CVS almost exclusively for the last 7 years. The pharmacy staff is always helpful and thorough. They have correctly noticed problems with prescriptions from Drs, and have always contacted the Dr to get it resolved without my calling the Dr. They have been helpful in getting refills called in from the Dr, helpful when I pick up other family members prescriptions, and great with flu shots. It is a popular CVS, so wait times at peak can be 5-10 minutes, especially in that they are being careful with each customer. They have always been able to fill a prescription in under 15 mins when I wait, as long as it is in stock (almost always). I highly recommend signing up online for a CVS pharmacy account to manage Rxs. They will send a txt when the RX is ready, even when shopping in the store. The store staff are kind and have alerted me to coupons.

They always give problems with your precriptions wait is very long, the front end is not very cooperative either.. there are some independent around like yorke,windsor very good and prompt service...
