My husband and I have been patients of Dr Turowsky for many years and have had nothing but positive experiences with the doctor and the staff.Dr. Turowsky is a wonderful caring doctor.Since the pandemic the office has changed but That is a sign of the times.Doctor Turowsky is wonderful !!!!😀😀😀❤️

Hands-down one of the best experiences in my 52 years of life at a doctors office. Dr. TUROWSKIS everything you would want in a doctor, right down to the personality. This man knows what he’s doing, And I finally have faith that my health issues will be resolved. From the second you walk in the office, the ladies are top notch. Any place you go that has the amount of volume of calls, and everyone there is smiling and happy and getting along, that should tell you something about their employer and who they work with. I had my blood drawn, And I couldn’t even tell when she started or stopped let me just say this, I am thankful and blessed that I was referred to the doctor, and I am extremely thankful for everyone being a class act.Michael Goldstein

Doc seems nice but the staff are horrible. I once complained to the doctor and he apologized for their attitude but it seemed like they didn’t care after. So safe ur time and money and go somewhere else. They are not doing u a favor, u r by paying for their salaries. Better go to a caring doc and pleasant staff.

My husband and I have nothing but praise for Dr Turowsky.Hes kind and takes his time with each of us..The staff are also courteous and friendly..I cant believe these negative reviews..I guess were the lucky ones!

Been a patient there for years. Called the office and experienced the rudest and most unprofessional staff. iI could not believe I was speaking to a professional office. thought they were joking. Turns out they were not

Aboslutey horrible office. Called late January, was told the doctor only come in one day a week and had to book six weeks out. Get to the office and am told the doctor isnt in the office and that I am not in the system. The office cant even manage a schedule for the patients, I wouldnt trust this office for anything else.

The receptionists there are so rude. Don’t even bother with those old cranky ladies.

Worst place ever .not professional at all .the doctor never calls you with results .and when you call for them he is never in. His reception team are one of rudest I have ever encountered. On top of it they denied sending me my own bloodwork. Like what !!!! Is wrong with this place

Horrible staff. I have a medical condition (thyroid) and I need my medicine and the receptionist or whoever called me told me to find a new doctor cause he cant see me and I missed my appt. On February. Very irresponsible for their patients. 😡😡😡

FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! This office only cares about money, not the patient!!!Then Carol in the office is an absolute witch!! So unpleasant and unhelpful. Just overall aggravating. Plus he makes you come every 3 months and withholds prescriptions if you dont go! Really, just goes to show hes only in it for the money, not to help anyone!

I called early in the morning and left a message to be called back because my health did not improve since the last visit. I never got a call back so I decided to call back at 11am and the front desk receptionist carol was not even aware of my voice mail was very rude and said that she will repeat the message to the doctor so he can call me back. I did not get a response so I called back and once again carol picked up my call and she said you are on the list I know! The doctor leaves the office at 12:30 so I won’t be able to see him today since she states that I do not have an appointment. She was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me after I said it’s not professional to be rude to a sick patient. If this was my employee she will have no job as of today !!!!!! I would not want my company to be represented by a person with this attitude. Too bad dr is nice but I am not planning to come back after this treatment . They never follow up with me !!!!!

The entire staff was courteous and professional.Seeing Dr. Turowsky a a new patient, was such a relief to finally have a Dr. Who did what Doctors should do. He asked questions, gave info, answered questions. The ones Ive seen had their head in a laptop clueless. Being a diabetic it is a relief to find someone with actual knowledge of the disease. Sad but true these days. Thank you Doc!!

I have been going to see him for years now, he is a great doctor. I still go to him even though they dont accept my insurance. . Cant see myself going any where else. .

So disappointed!! Love Dr. Turowsky !! But Carol from his office is so unprofessional..i called office questioning a bill sent to my house. She calls back and leaves a unprofessional tuned message on my machine trying to explain the to me like a 2 year old why that bill was sent to me. All she had to do is ask me to call her back. When she called me the next day and actually got me on the phone her explanation wasnt clear and when i tried to explain to her what i thought happened she got very impatient with me to the point of hanging up on me! I called back and left a message for the Dr himself to call me back...I am sure he should know that Carol talks very unprofessional and from other reviews, i see that she has hung up on people in past. seems she is a little stressed out...

My in laws have been seeing Dr. Turowsky for over 10 yrs. Due to various issues over the yrs., the rest of the family has questioned some of his treatment decisions But what happened 3 weeks ago was the final straw. Pop fell on the ice 3 Sundays ago and lost consciousness for a few minutes. He was sent to hospital for head trauma and had a cat scan of his head. The scan read negative but the er doc stressed that things could change and that he had to follow up with his doc in a few days. He followed instructions and saw Turowsky 3 days later. He was having some difficulty walking, which was a new symptom. He is 83, but before the fall he was a very active man, and relatively healthy. Mom said that one of the office staff said that maybe Pop could use a cane or a walker. Turowsky overheard this and his response was no no. I dont want him to become dependent on a cane or walker. What??? We are talking about an assistive walking device, not oxycodone! We were told that the good doctor said pop was fine. 2 days after this, on a Friday, we went to check on him. His legs were very swollen, and he had an audible wheeze. Mom was asked what Turowsky said about the legs; she said he never checked them. Wait, what? This man lost consciousness and the doctor didnt give a head to toe exam, and didnt take blood, even though Pop described himself as feeling dull. We ended up calling 911, and he was admitted with a small brain bleed, and a sodium level that the er doc said was almost not conducive to life. She asked if he had been seen by his primary doc after the fall, and wondered aloud why blood work wasnt done. Pop has been in hospital almost 7 days now. Daily cat scans of his brain showed that the bleed had closed itself off. And his sodium level is now normal. He is to be discharged to a rehab tomorrow, so that he can get stable with his walking. And he has finally given us permission to fire Dr. Turowsky!
