Very very bad service. Before my appointment they called me 3 times just to confirm my insurance information and told me that they gonna tell me whether I need referral or not until then they are not confirm whether doctor can see my son.. on the day of appointment I called in the morning to ask whether we have appointment or not ....they said yes its confirmed....when I reach office the stuff is extremely Rude specially that big big eyes woman..she made fun of me that its funny that they confirm the appointment ....which they didnt...after sometime she told me they need referral without referral doctor cant see my son and she said its patients responsibility to know that whether u need referral or not ...so why they call me three times before to ensure whether I need referral or not.....if I need why she is sitting at front of office if she cant even confirm me that I need referral before my appointment......save yourself if u want to ruin ur day only then go there

I was seen by Alice Kufs, NP. She is very helpful and knows what she’s doing, I had a tongue ulcer and patches ,she did all kind of the tests including camera to see inside my nose and throat and she took a biopsy of my tongue and the results came with bacteria on my tongue and she’s the only one who figured out about my tongue and gave me the suitable medication. Before I went to her I went to so many doctors and they told me so many different reasons and nothing worked with me. She solved all my problems and was so patient , she really cares about all details. Thank you so much for taking care of me Alice kufs and thank you to Amanda at the front desk she is very nice and helpful.

I went to see this Dr. And I just received a bill in the mail. There were 2 items on the bill that never took place. If you go here be extra careful when going over you bill. If I could give no stars I would because from the moment I arrived to the building up until opening my bill it has been terrible service. Shame on you!

We paid today $150.00 and were in the consult for exactly 3 min. It’s because we didn’t have insurance and the dr said it was too expensive and went outside the room. He was a horrible human being, did not even ask my mother how she felt and what her symptoms were. AVOID

They are charging me for things I did not want to be done. Don’t go there!!! I was there before and they still charged me as a new patient close to $400.00. Took advantage of my insurance that have a deductible. There staff is rude and not healpfull. They originally would not see me, turned me away, made a mistake that I didn’t have insurance, and then called me back when I checked out my policy myself when I complained to my insurance company about this and I did have insurance. Did all kinds of unnecessary procedures and was going to keep on doing more until I walked out. Thank god I did because my bill would have been higher. Bunch of legal crooks and I highly recommend to go elsewhere.

Dr Kufs is an amazing doc!! I wish everyone was like her..she takes the time to explain make sure u understand zero rush, rush.. .My daughter has been going to her for years, now shes my son ent...Look her up guys she has 3 locations

A nice facility and friendly staff. Ive been seen by doctor Warman before and he is excellent. If youre looking for good ENT specialist look no further.

Save your time and go to another doctor. its not worth it. the staff are very rude. the doc rushes your through his visits and it seems like he does the same thing to his patients over and over which is the outpatient procedure. He did it for me and it didnt fix my MAIN issue. The wait is long, they overbook they visits and let people wait for so long.

Dont trust this man or his close associates. If you want to remain healthy stay away from him. He is not ethical and is abusive.

**I dont know who the guy is in all the other reviews but its a MUST to ask for NP KuffsBeen going here for the past 5 years and let me tell you...the office girls are amazing 💖💖love them but the most important person is the nurse practitioner (I call her a Dr lol) kuffs amazing woman, shell literally explain everything in depth and make sure all of your concerns and questions are answered BEFORE she leaves the room. You can tell she cares about her patients to the fullest. Super kid friendly too....if you need an ENT see NP kuffs, trust me shell become your favorite. Not going to lie SOMETIMES theres a wait but its well worth it, goes super fast and if you have kids who cant wait theyll give you an approximate wait time which you could use to your fullest....like take them for a walk or anything.

I was hearing weird sounds in my ear and was loosing partial hearing. Went to this guy wouldn’t call him a dr and was told everything is normal and he does not have a magic pill to fix it. Got a second opinion from a diff dr and he found the prob. AVOID THIS GUY waste of time and co pay.

Dont waste your time going here. He will spend 2 mins with you and say your human. He will not engage in any attempt with talking to you about your problems and or test results. And everyone in the office looks like they dont even like working there. My first visit was a long wait for 2 mins and my second and last visit was a complete waste of time. I told the front desk I will not be returning. And Im telling everyone publically I do not recommend you going unless you like a 2 min visit.

Freaking stupid doctor Ive ever seen.i had a swollen painfull lymph node in my neck.this idiot doctor didint even look at it.he said m not suppose to see it.then who the heck is going to see my neck.i guess Ive to go to OB-GYN to show them my neck.lolz.i shouldve told him that just remove freaking T from his ENT Title.so only see ears and nose....not the THROAT.I CANT believe in New york.this kind of doctors exist..Sorry forgot one thing.my primary and my endocrinology both referred me to ENT.and this guy told me that I shouldnt have come to him coz I have neck problem...i was like ...come on man....

Everyone is always helpful and Dr Warman is the best

This guy is a scumbag we wouldnt give him the respect to call him by his degree and he endangered us.
