I have been a member of this credit union for over 30 years and have always gotten the highest quality service from each and every member of the staff. They know my situation, my familys situations and are top notch when it comes to answering our questions, giving information or advice. The service is second to none. I will always have my accounts through Spirit, their service is so much better than big banks.

I applied for a loan yesterday. Within 24 hours it was approved and funded. Everything was done virtually. This was a seamless process and wonderful all around experience.

Very Friendly and speedy services. They explain thoroughly to me if I have any questions. Money Deposit and Withdrawal is not a problem. I actually like location and all the services with this bank. I am a satisfied and happy customer.

I in have had nothing but an incredible experience with this establishment. The employees are helpful and extremely nice! Their rates are top-notch and could not be beat by any big Bank. I ended up switching over all of my accounts checking, savings, personal loan, and even my mortgage! They far exceed my expectations with customer service, are prompt at returning phone calls, are reasonably quick while being helped in house, and have multiple services to cover all aspects of your financial life. Better hours than some banks and most other credit unions. Couldnt be happier. They offer free coin counting services in house, their app is very user-friendly and transfers from one account to another are instant and accessible at ATMs which have no charge! I couldnt recommend these people more! Thanks for everything you offer and do for your members.

SCFU is by far the best bank i have ever joined! they are always so helpful especially since i tend to transfer money to my savings so much that i run out of transfers so i call and they do it for me! never any long lines inside and super quick to deposit/take out money. everyone i have met there is super friendly and do the best to help everyone! thanks for being the best !!

Ive been a member of this Credit Union for almost 15 years. They have always been extremely professional & have helped me with numerous loans & other finical questions/needs when i was younger & unsure of what was best. For that alone i will remain loyal to Spirit. The new location, upgraded facility & clean atmosphere are all just additional perks that secure my business even more so.

I have belonged to this credit Union since the Fairless Hills years and I have the utmost respect for everyone employed there. Ive done many transaction through out the years and never had a problem with anyone. Ive especially enjoyed my time with Ms. Angela with the many loans she has helped me with. She now is working behind the scenes and will be missed!

Spirit Financial Credit Union has been nothing but helpful and professional for any needs that may arise. Beautiful branch location with coin counter and a Keurig machine if you’d like a cup of coffee. Someone gave this a bad review about being closed on Sundays but they have remote deposit and free ATM at the branch. I would recommend and have recommended in the past.

I have been a member since 1973..I have never had any problem or troubles. The staff is always polite and helpful. This is my only Financial institution. I’ve even recommended Spirit Financial credit Union to my family and friends. Proud to be a long time member.

I have been with Spirit Financial (previously Fairless) Credit Union for about 10 years, have had 2 auto loans through them and a checking/savings account with them. They have always been friendly and able to take care of me. I just wish I could apple pay. Other than that, all good!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Everyone is so friendly and accommodating. I love the fact they know my name when I come in the building or go thru the drive thru. Would love to move all my accounts to this credit union. They’re more than a credit union, they’re like a financial family! A+++

I became a member of Fairless Credit Union when I married my husband, who worked for Fairless Works, US Steel. They have now become Spirit Credit Union and they are one of the best financial institutions I have ever dealt with. I, sadly, dont take note of their names but every associate that I have ever dealt with here has been very helpful, always professional and friendly. I would recommend this Credit Union to everyone.....

Wonderful Credit Union and I have All My banking thru them and Never had any Problems or Issues with them. The People that working there are also Very Wonderful!! Also they dont have All kinda Fees for every little thing!

Best bank ever, because its not like any other bank! They were super helpful getting both of my cars financed, helped me get a credit card when my credit needed help, and are so much more friendly and helpful than the big banks.

Spirit Financial Credit Union is it very good bank customer friendly. only downfall is about their ATM machines its not Network what the other ATM for deposits for deposit or cash like most of other banking industry are you cannot go to any network ATM the make it deposit you have to go to a local branch to make a deposit for your account

This bank used to be amazing. The staff at one point was friendly and knew your name. Now not so much. Flat out rude now. It’s like the hate being there. I actually get excited when I see Debbie or the old crew. They were amazing. And why are the bathrooms always locked. Its not right that I can never use the bathroom here especially on the weekends. I waited over 20 mins just to deposit money and checks. The line was threw the door. I dont use the ATM cause its old school and does not count out your money or send you a picture of your checks for record. You have to put it in an envelope and pray that the person counting it out the next day is honest. Not for me. I like my money counted in front of me and a slip telling me I deposited sAid money. My time with this place is done, Im just using up my old checks and after 10 years with them Im gone. New building did nothing but mask a sinking ship. Everything is new and you guys still have that crappy envelope swallowing ATM. Smh.
