The few times I’ve been here i ended up waiting almost an hour and their answer was that another patient was late and caused the back flow, but later the doctors explained that the front office doubled booked too many work for crows in a one hour time slot. Then after I was done with my visit and made my follow up appointment I left, while heading home they called me to tell me that I had not paid so I told them that when I get home I’ll call to pay. They ended up charging 3.5% for using CC, which big organization does that? I ended up being in their office for over two hours…waste of my time. Terrible front office staff, they need to be better trained in customer service.

This place is a joke, dentist was no help. Dr. Brian Funk refused to pull out a tooth. Then gave referrals to places that cant help for months. Receptionists there are also rude. Go next door to 2870 Mid Island Dental Arts, at least they offered to help find an oral surgeon asap.

The first time I joined dental world the dental assistant performed the cleaning very smoothly but this time I had a hard time because she was very rough and kept on poking my gums I did tell her but she said it was the new tools however she put for me the Florida gel and said it will stay for a week however it came out in a day.

Dr. Keung is a wonderful dentist. My family and I have been seeing her for about 6 years now. She is very caring and Meticulous about her work. She explains everything she’s doing. The staff is also great. Alice and Ron are wonderful.

The first thing they ask me is why I got my child there when they clearly gave me an appointment and booked me weeks earlier.The only well mannered people were the ladies at the desk.The doctor and assistants have no clue on how to look at pediatric population.They made us wait too long till my baby got all irritated and then when the doc came she had no clue what to do.I couldnt even hear what she was saying or asking!! She somehow looked at the child with him on my lap hurriedly and then went on to write her notes.Dr.Morcos is the worst dental doctor in my experience of seeing doctors all these years.I am not going back here in the near future.

Friendly office! I am unable to do regular xrays because of a condition and they have panoramic on site. Dr. Takes time to explain everything. I go for 1st cleaning there next week and they have a periodontist on site so I can see them too. Im not a fan of the dentist in general but it was a decent experience.

I have been a patient for 10 years. I had a root canal completed on 1-21-21. I really love your office. Everyone is so nice and kind. Ron assisted Dr Kern during all procedures. Ron is always professional and courteous. Dr Kern is such a wonderful down to earth person. She explains everything clearly and takes pride in her skills as a Dentist. Dr Kerns work and her focus on the details makes her great. I must say the office staff is great as well. Especially Nancy. Anna was off today but I have worked with her as well. I had a very pleasureable experience at Dental World. The staff was very courtious and professional. I didnt have to wait lomg and Dr Napoli was very gentle and did a great job. I would highly recommend dental world to anyone. Thank you Dental World.

Worst office ever. I made appointments for my children for routine checkup and cleaning. I specifically said CLEANING when it was scheduled. When they got there, my husband waited for an hour with my kids (ages 8 and 6) to be seen only to be told only X-rays will be done and they have to come back for the cleaning. This was NEVER explained when the appointment was scheduled. Why, during Covid times, should a patient have to go into their office multiple times to complete a routine checkup and cleaning??!! I have never had any other dental office separate the visits. Then the lady at the desk, Alice, claimed they explained this to me which they NEVER did. I asked to speak with an office manager and was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and no one returned to the call. I called my husband back to see if he was able to get the office manager to speak to me but they rushed him out of the office and said they were closing. Apparently they were too busy trying to leave for the day so they rushed the appointments and tried to cut corners even though my family was there EARLIER than their scheduled time and had to wait. Never again.

Took me the next day for a problem. Everyone was very nice and helpful.

They got me in before my own actual dentist could for an emergency. Everything was amazing...from the first phone call, to the end of my visit. I actually told multiple people how happy I was with the staff and Dr Napoli. This is definitely my new dentist!

Love this place been coming here for a little over a year now and I like it. Friendly staff clean office great doctors. Love the hygienist she is amazing very caring and great at her job, I have been to many other places and I honestly can’t say the same about all of them.

A superbly comfortable cleaning experience! Hygienist Ann and office staff provide the utmost attentive care and professionalism.

I just brought my 6 year old daughter for a first time visit at this office. Without greeting or speaking face to face with me I was told my child needed an x-ray as soon as she sat in the chair. I asked if they could look at her teeth first, as I would never just have anyone Im not familiar with take an x-ray of my child sight unseen.Without even speaking with me and after an hour of waiting past our appointment time, we left. No professional courtesy. Front desk was nice and apologized for the behavior.Upon reading, its clear that Dentists are not to use X-rays for basic visits, without justification. Either theyre trying to milk insurance, or are egregious in their arrogance thinking they can boss parents around. They dont have your best intentions, and if audited, they can get into trouble for pushing unnecessary procedures.Ive worked in the medical field, and can smell scammers. Avoid these unprofessional people in their not so clean looking office. If they can be so careless with children, God knows what theyre up to.

I needed to get a cleaning so I called my dentist. They said the next available appointment was 4 months from now . I called Dental world and they were able to take me right away !! The girls at the front desk were friendly . The dentist was honest and thorough. The dental hygienist had over 20 years experience and did a great job cleaning my teeth. Highly recommend

I’ve been a patient of Dr Napoli for years. Always a pleasure to be seen and treated by her. The entire staff from hygienist, receptionists, X-ray, checkout are all professional and courteous.

Ladies up front were very friendly and helpful. It was probably one of the dirtiest dental offices I have ever seen. Dentist was not friendly, never introduced herself, didn’t ask a single question, and hate even say it but she really a had a terrible stench, so bad I had to hold my breath when she was looking in my mouth. Refused to fill a tooth, instead insisted on a root canal. Her exact words were “Well you’ll have to go to another dentist because I won’t do it.” (Went somewhere else and had it filled no problem.) All about the money when it could simply be filled. If I could give 0 stars I would. Absolutely avoid this place.

Coming from a patient with bad dental anxiety, this is one review I am happy to post. The ladies at the front desk are warm and welcoming. They helped ease my mind when scheduling my appointments when I told them of my fear. I feel like I was treated with kindness and comfort. My dental visits were nice and painless from start to finish. For me that’s huge! Dr Fisher did a root canal and I have never been more comfortable. I will not neglect my teeth anymore knowing that I can be stress free here. Thank you to all of the staff.

I saw Dr. Seda for my fillings and she was amazing . I always get super nervous when I have to go to the dentist ( and that’s why I have been avoiding it for years ) but she was very calm and professional and made me feel very comfortable . I did not feel the shot at all ( and I got two of those !!!!!) and did not have any discomfort after. She is my go to doctor from now on and I’m planning on taking my kids to her too . Highly recommend her . Also the front desk ladies are super nice too. Overall great experience .

This place needs to be investigated.It seems as though they are known for scamming patients out money.And the billing dept are from the stone age. Horrible! Would not recommend taking a street dog there! They REALLY are worthy of 1 star.

Dr Seda is horrific. Pain for weeks after.You spend more time discussing prices with her then she does in your mouth. She should have been a sales rep. Floors gross, NEVER clean. Shes all about the upgrade, white filing, $$$$$$$ shes a pig... I tried another doctor. The one on Wednesday, she was equally as nasty. Skip this location. The xray techs and office staff are very nice but the ones doing the work, are THE ABSOLUTE WORST .... stay away...

Would rather my teeth fallout than come here. And they probably will dealing with the front desk. Called for an emergency, week for an appt. Not caring understanding or professional. What would make it better? A different staff.

Worst practice ever. Where do I begin? One year I had a crown replaced. In excruciating pain hours later.,returned to office to find dentist had left a piece of cementing agent inside cavity. Dental work done while dentist and hygienists gossiping about other staff members while in my mouth performing work. Todays debacle involved an emergency appointment with a very rude Dr Park who told me to go home and take Ibuprofen and make an appointment for root canal. Didnt even look in my mouth. Seriously? Ill be checking into s better practice. This place is just plain awful.

Stay away from this place. The dentist broke a drill bit in my mouth during a root canal and then I ended up with the biggest infection. She also said I need 4 more root canals. They already gave me two! I went to another dentist and he said my teeth were fine. I lost both of the teeth Dental World did from infection before I could cap them. Its been 2 years and my teeth are fine. They would have had me in dentures by now.

Dentists are great, but scheduling a nightmare. You make an appointment 6 months in advance, then they cancel day before. Every visit is an hour wait at least. You always need multiple visits for even the most simple procedure.

Dental world has been a wonderful experience for me and my family for many years. My mother and father were patients of Dr. Morcos many years ago.They were very proud when I joined the team 18 years ago.

My appointment was at 12 noon and I arrived at11:45. They did the X-rays and doctor examined me but at 1pm I left because the hygienist was still working on another patient.

I do appreciate that they did get me in on an Saturday after spending all night in pain. The dentist who did my root canal was very pleasant and got the work done. The ladies at the desk werent as helpful. They quoted me one price before the work and after the work they said, oops! Its actually double the price! I have also heard a lot of my friends from Levittown who went there and was extremely upset with the way that they were treated there. I would not recommend going to Dental World.

Horrible staff, all they do is watch movies. So unhelpful, Once they booked me an appointment, and when I called to confirm they said yes yes your booked. And when I went in they say sorry, you don’t have an appointment. What nonsense. The doctor also did my fillings wrong to the point where I had to see another doctor, who told me now I would need two root canals because the infection spread. horrible experiences.

I had X-rays completed, waited for 30 minutes, and then Dr. Kern refused to give me a check-up because I had a cold and she was pregnant. She couldnt even look at my X-rays projected on the computer right next to her. She then kicked me out into the waiting room and had to go check if someone would even give me a cleaning. Needless to say, Ive never been more frustrated as I had a hard enough time getting the appointment to begin with. So frustrating, since when can a patient be refused service because they have A COLD!?

They are not worth wasting your time. They will only do xrays from 9-11 am or 3-5 pm. They wont do a check up without xrays. It takes forever to schedule an appointment and the receptionist is very rude. They wont see a child until they are 4. If you are considering them because they take your dental plan keep looking.

Bad news, went there in terrible pain, was told one tooth had a cavity under the crown and other tooth was rotten needed to be pulled. They were unable to do anything charged $196.00 and sent me home in pain. Went to prior dentist in Manhattan and it was a piece of food stuck in gum and rotten tooth was just a cavity Avoid this place

I really dont know, if its the worst service,I made an appointment for cleaning, I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment, and the only thing they did was take plates, then I waited a long time waiting for my cleaning and the Dr. better comes to tell me what my problem is. I was surprised, I said none.I came for cleaning and she clearly said no, that I had to come back with another appointment. It had never happened to me. Whats annoying is, youre clearly saying, I want a cleaning appointment and they never specify that you have to come back. And wait more than 2 hours. Just to be told no.
